It's been 1 weeks since he found out and Riddle hasn't tried to corner me alone or even ask me about my boggart again.

Which could be a good thing,but I'm overthinking again,what has he got planned?

I've seen Malfoy, Parkinson, Nott, Greengrass, Zabini and even Lorenzo around school,but there's been no Riddle.

It's Halloween today and everyone in 3rd year and above are at Hogsmeade,Harpers apologised a dozen times,I've had several conversations with Lorenzo,who insists on me calling him Enzo and Harry and Gin want to meet me outside Gryffindor Common Room.

I'm walking to meet them now,but I'm a bit worried;Ginny looked worried when she asked me to meet her.

Harry is pacing back and forth outside Gryffindor Common Room and a small smile spreads across his face when he sees me.

"Hey Em,"

"Hey Hazza,"

"Right come in,"He says before holding the portrait open.

"Hey Em,"Ginny says,raising a hand from where she's perched on the armrest on a cherry red arm chair.

"Gin!"I exclaim,before she gets up off the sofa and walks up to me. "what did you need me for?"

Harry and Ginny look at each other before turning back to me.

"Let's go to Harry's dorm,"Ginny says and they walk me up to his dorm.

"So Emily," Harry says, "I need you to get us intel on Riddle,"

"What?"

"Listen,"Harry repeats. "We know that last year this Tom Riddle guy like possessed Ginny,right?"

Ginny shudders at the mention of Tom Riddle.

"Right,"I repeat slowly,still not getting it.

"Tom Riddle also more or less said that he was Voldemort,"he adds. "Think about it,Riddle and Riddle!"

"So you think that Mattheo Riddle is the son of the guy who tried to kill you?"

"Exactly,"

"What if he just happens to have the same last name though?"I ask.

"He's in Slytherin,"

"And so am I?"I ask. "Next thing you know I'll be the daughter of Sirius Black."

"Emily,"Ginny sighs. "Just keep an eye on the dammed boy,"

"Not happening,"I say and Harry groans.

"Well what do you want in return?"The brunet asks. "My old notes from last year?"

I roll my eyes. "If you think I'm that stupid,I'm not Harry. I don't need your old notes,I can probably make better notes myself."

"I'll be in your eternal debt?"

I pause for a second. Having the Boy Who Lived in my debt for the rest of his life could get me bonuses and rewards.

"Fine."I say slowly,"but Gin owes me too,"

Ginny groans in response.

Later after the Halloween Feast ends,we're all loitering in the Common Room when the wall slides open and Snape saunters in.

"Professor Snape,"The prefect gasps and we all sit up straight and pause what we're doing to hear Snapes announcement.

"You have 5 minutes to get ready,Sirius Black has been spotted inside the castle,you all are to be sleeping in the Great Hall,so take something comfortable."

We all stare at him.

Snape scowls. "I'm not supposed to give you 5 minutes,you're supposed to go straight there but I'm letting you get ready so you don't have to suffer.So go are you'll be sleeping on the cold floor.Trust me,it's not a pleasant experience,"

"You heard the big guy,"Anderson yells. "Get moving!"

Everyone moves quickly and before long we're just waiting for the last stragglers.

"Okay thats everyone,"Felicity Davis,the prefect says to Snape.

"Davis,Carrow,Pucey and Warrington,you stay at the back and make sure everyone gets to the Great Hall safely,"Snape tells the prefects.

When we finally get to the Great Hall,everyone immediately grabs a corner of the hall for themselves or friendgroup.

The Gryffindor's,Ravenclaws and Hufflepuffs are all sleeping in a mix,whereas the Slytherins just have one side of the hall.

I'm glad that Snape had made us grab something comfortable,if he hadn't we'd be stiff by morning.

"Why are we here?"Someone whispers and we hear a reply from the Gryffindor side.

"Sirius Black broke into our tower,he defaced the portrait of the fat lady."

Someone on the Slytherin side snorts,and before long the whole side is cackling.

"Now,now,"Percy reprimands as he walks over to our side. "There was no need for that,"

"Shut up Weasley," A few voices reply.

Percy opens his mouth,just as Dumbledore enters the Great Hall.

He starts giving a speech but I fall asleep before he finishes.
