Leon and I barely got our last day to ourselves with the both of us preparing ourselves for the long awaited Gym Challenge. However while Leon was more hands on with the event his preparations tended to keep him occupied, so while Leon was free to do his things I spent my last day picking outfits for the opening ceremony. While I wasn't going to make an official appearance I still have a reputation to maintain.

While I sort through my closet I had Nessa on the phone with me, the Woman demanding every. Single. Detail. Of my vacation with Leon, before proceeding to gush over the more...Intimate, events. After she had her fit, I asked her about her Vacation. She had a very relaxing time and told me she would send me the pictures later. Before Nessa had to hang up she gave me a very heartfelt speech about how much she appreciated me getting the Chairman to sign off on the vacations.

I slept in my own bed that night, with my Pokémon who were very happy to be home again. However, the next morning was hell the very moment I woke up. The opening ceremony was to take place in Motostoke, home to the fire gym and gym leader Kabu. So not only did I have to get up and get ready, but make sure Leon was up and ready before suffering just about a two hour flight from Wyndon to Motostoke.

Thankfully we got there in one piece, however, Leon. Fucking Leon, wanders off. I had turned to pay the driver and bam! The tingle shot down my spine and before I could turn around the man was gone. My skirt and heels were not made for running but by the Pokémon God above I made it work. And it paid off because I end up finding him not too far from the stadium, to much shock talking to Gloria.

"Hi Honey," I smile, the younger girl smiles as I get closer, "Leon," I sneer. "(y/n)," He chuckles nervously, "I hope to see you at the opening ceremony Honey, but Leon and I have to get going. Someone decided to wander off and now we're a tad late," I grit out a forced smile. Leon scratches his cheek nervously, "Well we better get going then." He waves. I take Leon by his hand and drag him to the stadium.

I pull him through the doors dodging all the aspiring trainers who gasp in awe at him. I drag him in to the male locker rooms and promptly shove him inside, "And don't you come out until it's time! So help me Leon, I will let Raihan become the new Champion when you suddenly disappear after stepping out of this room before then!" I snap. The locker room falls quiet at my threat but I smile flawlessly at Allister, "Hello sweet one! I'll be watching from the sidelines so break a leg, not literally please." I chime before backing out of the locker room.

I take a deep breath and make my way out to the side lines of the field. Thankfully my heels are thick enough for me to walk across the field and not sink into the grass. I take out my pokédex as The Chairman starts the ceremony, I let a smile play on my lips as he introduces all the Gym Leaders, taking pictures of Nessa, Raihan, Allister, as well as a few others. However I grin when the challengers are then released. I snap pictures of both Gloria and Hop, even Piers' little sister so I can show him later, I mentally coo over how cute they all look. I'll have to send Hop's and Gloria's moms these pictures.

The Ceremony ended quicker than I realized, soon enough I'm walking back to the locker room to pick Leon up only to be met with not just the Champion but The Chairman as well. Leon sent me a forced smile, as I openly glared at The Chairman. We were far past the point of faking pleasantries. "May I help you, Chairman Rose?" I quip coldly, "I heard that Leon endorsed someone this year, and not only that, but you as well?" He questions. "Is that a problem? I wasn't aware I had to run it by you," I muse, raising my eyebrow, "Not at all, in fact I encourage all the staff members to endorse at least one trainer during their career." He smiles.

"Then why are you here?" I huff, "I'd like to meet them," He smirks. I open my mouth to flat out tell him no, but Leon's eyes catch mine. Silently warning me not to cause a scene here, I grit my teeth, "So shall we?" He continues. He doesn't wait for me to respond before walking past me, I wait until Leon passes and follow behind him. The Chairman leads us to the office where the kids stood waiting. The Chairman approaches them, but while he makes light talk about being endorsed by myself and Leon I glare holes into his head. I must have broken through at some point because he then quickly excuses himself.

I turn to the kids with a bright smile as soon as he's out of sight, "Look at you two!" I gush, "You two looked so good in your uniforms. Took lots of pictures to send to your moms," I giggle. Their faces flush at my enthusiasm as Leon laughs with his arms crossed. "Come on Lee, get your girlfriend underwraps. She's not even my sister yet and she's already actin' like one." Hop groans, I scoff and roll my eyes. "Your brother is the last person you should be asking for that Hop. Especially since he almost missed the ceremony this morning. The man is always causing trouble." I hiss.

"Your tellin' me! Gloria got into it with a lot at the hotel yesterday!" Hop huffs, "Gloria!" Leon and I chide. The girl pouts with cheeks tinted red, "To be fair they were blocking all the other trainers from checking in at the hotel. Some group called Team Yell who cheers for Marnie." She continues to pout. "Marnie?" I whisper leaning over to Leon, "Piers' younger sister, Team Shout is the people who looks after his sister when he isn't around." Leon informs me, leaning down to whisper in my ear. I nodded my head before clearing my throat, "Gloria, ladies don't start fights." I chided, "But we do in fact, finish them." I grin leaning down to her height. The girl beams brightly, Leon lets out a long sigh from behind me.

"Now off you two go! You got a gym challenge to beat. One of you two has to beat this clown." I grin grabbing my thumb at Leon, "Need I remind you, you're dating this clown." He reminds, "And I love him very dearly." I remind right back. Hop gags as Gloria laughs with a light blush to her cheeks, "You two are so sick! Honestly," Hop grunts resting his hands on the back of his head. "Come on Gloria! Let's get out of here before they infect us." He grumbles, turning to leave, "Your brother is a real piece of work Lee," I muse. Leon shrugs with a small smile, "He means well," He offers. "Remind me to tease him when he confesses to Gloria." I smirk, "Noted," He smirks right back.
