Previously in Season 1...

"We finally meet, Ghost-Spider."

"Do I know you?" she asked.

The man kept smirking, playing with his watch. Her senses warned her about that watch and stayed alert.

"You don't, but I know you."

She narrowed her eyes at him. She was thankful that she still wore her suit.

"The name's Matt Murdock. I work for Kingpin by the way," he stated.

Her eyes widened. Kingpin wanted to recruit her...why was that?

She glared at him. He noticed this and smirked widely. "Don't be too upset. Kingpin just wants to free you from the media and the police from unjust acts. Why don't you follow me and we'll talk more on this discussion?"

After Kingpin tried to kill her father? Like hell, she will. She saw as he kept a tense form as if preparing for a fight. And she'll give it to him.

"I don't think I will," she stated strongly.

Murdock kept his composure, "I'm afraid you don't have a choice."

She frowned and looked around. There was a bridge behind her. She huffed and shakily stood up. Her legs were trembling from the numbness and she webbed to the bridge, lifting herself and sitting on the rail. Her eyes still narrowed from the unfamiliar place she is in. Shaking her head, she looked up and gasped loudly.

The Eiffel tower stood there in front of her. The moon illuminated its glow on the greatest art created...after Tom Hiddleston but that's not the point. Gwen got down from the rail and finally took in the place. There were tall buildings around, making her heart accelerate at a fast pace.

She webbed herself up at the closest building and took off her mask. She couldn't believe it. She is in Paris. Gwen looked down at her bracelet and opened up a holographic map. She figured she was teleporting across the world, but she didn't expect to travel to another universe.

Earth-011

"Wretched pigeons, wretched Ladybug, wretched invisible miraculous! I'll destroy every one of you!" Hawkmoth seethed.

He then grinned maliciously, "I now know what you look like, miraculous..."

πŸ•ΈπŸ•·πŸ•Έ

"What's your miraculous?" Ladybug questioned.

Ghost-Spider's eyes widened. That thing again. She sighed, rubbing her head.

"I don't have a miraculous," she confessed.

"What?!" They shouted.

"These powers are all mine. Trust me, I don't have the magical tools you guys do. They're all mine," she stated.

"I don't believe you," Ladybug crossed her arms.

Ghost sighed. "Whatever you believe is up to you. I'm telling the truth."

Ladybug frowned. First, this girl comes out of nowhere and now she's spouting nonsense that she doesn't have a miraculous and that these powers come from herself? Ridiculous. She shook her head.

"How can we know we can trust you?"

"You don't. But if there's anything that shows the opposite, you can do whatever you need to do," Ghost placed a hand on her chest.

Ladybug looked back to Chatnoir who was staring at both of them, unsure what to say. She sighed and nodded to Ghost.

"You can join us. But I don't think we'll trust you for now."

Only love can conquer hate.

Chat's eyes widened and looked down at his partner. Her whole face is masked. So, he used his five seconds and step on her hand and used his to move her mask up to her nose.

Her pale skin and plump pink lips were all he saw. There was a faint scar on her neck to her jaw. If he squints any harder, he can tell it was old.

"I have to apologize for my son, Ladybug. He's like his mother. Way too overly dramatic," Gabriel frowned.

"But he's right, you know. Simon Says is a real threat. You're in a lot of dang–"

"Stop."

Gabriel and Ladybug stopped and turned to Ghost who stood in a stance. "Ladybug, may I speak to you for a moment."

Ladybug frowned and was about to say no but the way Ghost stiffened and was on guard told her otherwise. She turned to Gabriel, "We'll protect you."

Ghost grabbed her wrist and pulled her to the dining room. She left a little bug on the floor if something suspicious comes up.

"What's going on, Ghost-Spider?" Ladybug crossed her arms.

Ghost sighed, "I know that you don't trust me to a certain level yet. But I don't trust that man. Not at all."

Ladybug rolled her eyes, "And what do you mean by that?"

"My spidey senses trigger when there's danger nearby. And that man is no good, Ladybug."

"There's no way he is a bad guy. He's Adrien's father!"

Ghost narrowed her eyes at her, dangerously walking to her. Ladybug felt a dark aura in her and walked back. "I don't care if it's the Queen of England! My senses are telling me something is up with that man and it's never wrong. Don't have your emotional values interfere with saving the world, Ladybug."

Ladybug glared, "My emotional values? Please, look at you! For all I know, I can't trust you either. You could be working with Hawkmoth for all I know!"

Ghost stared closely in case the man does any tricks but he didn't as Chat jumped away. Ladybug elbowed her, narrowing her eyes at her.

Ghost glared at her back and turned to Gabriel, "Stay out of trouble. My senses know when there is evil nearby. And we both know how we will stop it."

Gabriel's eyes widened at the threat. He saw from his akumatizations how clever the hero is when dodging, but her being able to detect anything abnormal. No wonder she suspects him. He frowned but later put up a small smile.

"I'll make sure to stay out of trouble, thank you again, Ghost-Spider."

Ghost pressed a button in her bracer and speaks, "Lieutenant. Do you copy?"

Her senses tingled wildly as she felt everything become slow. One of the men she tackled earlier stood up and pointed his gun at the family. Her eyes widened and lunged in front of them.

Sabine, Marinette, and Tom's eyes widened, and closed their eyes to feel the impact of the bullet.

But they didn't feel a thing. They heard the bullet fly, causing their ears to ring loudly but they still didn't feel any pain.

Ghost grunts as a bullet buried itself in her chest. She coughs as she drops to her knees.

Her dark vision was slowly showing light. She felt blinded by it and squinted at it. It was blurry but she was able to see a blue figure in front of her. She continued leveling down her breathing until she was able to see better.

It was a boy. Probably a few years older than her. His blue eyes and hair caught her attention. His peach skin was smooth at the touch as he kept rubbing her knuckles.

He smiled as he saw that she was staring at him. "That's it...good job."

Gwen sat there still staring at the boy, thinking his face could be a distraction from her attack.

"What's your name?" he asked. His voice was like a warm melody that helped her get entranced for a moment.

"G-Gwen. Gwen Stacy," she whispered.

He smiled. "Luka Couffaine."

πŸ•ΈπŸ•·πŸ•Έ

"We've gotta get inside his cockpit!" Ladybug exclaimed.

"Go for it," Chat stated.

Ladybug was about to leave when she turned towards Ghost-Spider and her mind thrifted off to the nights before. Ghost was serious in rescuing people and worked harder than anyone to do so.

She looked down at her yo-yo and summoned her Lucky Charm, confusing the others. A spray can dropped to her hand and threw it to Ghost. Ghost's sense's spiked and grabbed the item and turned to Ladybug in confusion.

"Stop Gamer, Ghost-Spider. I know you can," Ladybug stated.

πŸ•ΈπŸ•·πŸ•Έ

Gwen was already at the park, looking through the book. She frowned as the book was filled with miraculouses. Especially this Hawkmoth. She felt drawn to the pictures of the superheroes.

"So the miraculous is much more than I thought," Gwen whispered to herself. No wonder Ladybug was being protective of the miraculouses. But why did Adrien have this book? It's filled with codes she was not sure of.

πŸ•ΈπŸ•·πŸ•Έ

Gwen observed her again but she didn't see any twitches on her. She passed her the book, "Why don't you explain to Adrien your truth and give this to him."

Lila was about to reply when she spotted Adrien walking toward them. "Hi."

Lila felt more nervous and just sat next to Gwen as Adrien sat on the other side. Lila grabbed the book to hand it to him but she accidentally dropped it in the trash bin next to them.

πŸ•ΈπŸ•·πŸ•Έ

Ladybug saw her rejection and left the scene. Chat on the other hand stayed behind to check on Gwen. She has been getting into horrible situations. She was right, she always end up getting bad luck.

But is it always a bad thing?

Chat smiled as Gwen hugged Lila to her. "She's amazing," he whispered.

He didn't realize this, but seeing Gwen glance at him made his heart jump.
