"Agent Smith, it's too dangerous! We must evacuate!" Officer Jones, aka Adrien, exclaims behind the desk.

"You're suggesting we run, Officer Jones?" Agent Smith, aka Myléne, asked looking back to the camera and back to his co-star.

"After it devoured my family, my friends, even my beloved dog, Sniffles? Never! I won't run! I no longer fear it, I'm going to face it, then I'll–" Myléne stops as Ivan looms over them with a monster mask and screams.

Nino sighs, "Cut!"

Myléne trembled and crawled under the teacher's desk as everyone waited exhaustingly.

"I'm sorry Myléne," Ivan apologized, taking off the mask.

"Myléne! That's like, the tenth take, and we're only on the first scene!" Nino rubbed his face.

"Fourteenth actually," Alix smirks making Nino's eye twitch. "But who's counting?"

Nino groaned.

Myléne peeked from under the desk and looked around at her classmates who look exhausted.

"I'm...sorry. I'm gonna do better on the next take, I promise."

Nobody believed her and only deadpanned.

Nino groans and turns to Gwen who was at the very back with headphones and wired instruments.

"Gwen! Are you almost done?" Nino walked up to her, everybody watching.

Gwen sensed stares and opened her eyes to see everybody waiting for her. She sighs and takes off her headphones.

"If you're expecting me to make Dubstep as the background track for this so-called movie, you can forget it. I prefer to use real instruments, thank you," she grinned sarcastically.

"Not only that but to make the props for the movie, which by the way we don't have the budget and you ask me to make them out of cake is disgusting."

Nino facepalm as Rose spoke, "The guns made of cake look real and tasty! You're an amazing artist!"

"Thanks, Rose," Gwen smiles and goes back to the soundtrack with her computer.

Nino sighs and turns to Myléne, "You're playing a hero from the special forces. You're not supposed to get all freaked out!"

"I know, but...that monster mask he's wearing is so...realistic and scary! No offense, Gwen," Myléne waved.

Gwen waved her hand saying no offense taken.

A few weeks back there was an announcement for the short film festival that the class wanted to participate in. All except Gwen, because for one: she has a job and can't be going to afternoon activities and second: She doesn't want to.

She was annoyed when Marinette mentioned the festival to her parents and they were excited to let their worker go.

Adrien remembered the time when Gwen fixed Alix's watch and gave the idea to make the props, which irritated the girl because she had to do it alone.

And then, Max volunteered Gwen to do the coding for the CGI for the movie. And finally, sweet little Juleka one time heard Gwen playing the drums one afternoon at school by herself and wanted the girl to make her soundtrack for the movie.

F for Gwen.

Ever since Nino, the so-called director, and Marinette, the producer, encouraged the girl to do it early. She did and only managed to do the props like the guns made out of a frozen cake in which Tom let her use. Ivan's mask consisted of parchment paper and cloth because using clay is too heavy and uncomfortable and plastic and other makeup are expensive.

Chloé wanted to torture the girl more and recommended her to also make the outfits which Gwen immediately declined.

"Just big ol' me, Myléne. Nothing to be scared of," Ivan assured but Chloé had other plans.

"You ask me, he doesn't even need a mask!" she and Sabrina laughed.

"Ivan, put the mask back on, you're playing the monster! And Myléne, we need you to stay in character!" Nino looked at Myléne.

Myléne grew nervous and started singing under her breath and accidentally bumped into Adrien, who was getting his make-up fixed, and screamed in fright.

"And the Oscar for the best pathetic scaredy-cat afraid of its own shadow goes to...Myléne!" Chloé laughs. 

Myléne looked down embarrassingly as Adrien glared at Chloé, "Chloé, seriously?"

"Yeah, so what?"

Myléne couldn't take it anymore and runs away from the classroom. Their eyes widened but didn't do anything to stop her. Gwen grew concerned but all the things she had on her plate made her groan internally.

Ivan was sweet to go after his girlfriend as Nino glared at Chloé.

"Epic, Chloé! Just epic! What are we supposed to do now without our leading actress?"

Chloé scoffed, "Who needs her, anyway? She was totally lame!"

"You're lame!" Ivan shouted coming back to the classroom. "Myléne was crying her eyes out in the bathroom thanks to you!"

"Me, lame?!" she demanded and Marinette immediately got in between them.

"Hey, Hey! Everyone, chill out!" Marinette whispered to Ivan, "You're right, Chloé is lame." She then turned to everyone.

"But fighting isn't gonna bring Mylene back. I'm the producer, and I'm gonna do everything in my power to finish filming tonight!"

Max stood up in front of Gwen and interrupted her, "The deadline for the Parisian Student Short Film Festival is tomorrow evening, precisely 26 hours, 15 minutes and 14, 13 seconds from now."

Marinette sweatdropped, "Thank you, Max. And we still have editing, post-sound, soundtrack."

Everyone flinched as Gwen's aura darkened when Marinette listed out loud. "No rush!" Marinette nervously laughed, assuring Gwen who will do all those things.

Gwen rolled her eyes and continued making the soundtrack.

"And who's gonna take Myléne's part?" Adrien asked.

"Um, me of course!" Chloé spoke, bringing everyone's attention to her.

"You haven't even read the script!" Alya irked.

Chloé ignored her and walked to Adrien, smirking, "Of course I have! The first scene anyway. I can even tell you that it ends with a kiss between Agent Smith and Officer Jones."

Gwen stopped, her eyes bulged wide, and turned to Adrien and Chloé. She frowned and grabbed the script and saw that it was scratched out.

She groaned and turned to Nino, "I also have to make a romantic song?!"

Nino nervously grinned and nodded.

"I didn't write that!" Alya exclaimed and glared over to Nino.

"Uh...I wrote it. It was just a little tweak. You know, to move the story forward," he tried but Alya was having none of it.

"What?! You edited my script without even telling me? That's low!" She turned to Gwen. "Don't write the song!"

Gwen sighed but Nino spoke, "Wait a minute! You mean our script! Gwen, write that song!"

Gwen rolled her eyes and just wrote an extra note to make a love song, she cringed.

"Oh, who cares who wrote what? We've got to film this thing, right?" Chloé stated.

"She's right. Principal Damocles is only allowing us to use school until 6 p.m. sharp. Which leaves us 9 hours, 12 minutes and 12 seconds, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6..." Max counted.

"Hold on!" Marinette shouted, "We can't let Myléne just leave just like that, it's...wrong! We all chose her to play the leading female role! And...we're all in this movie together! She needs our support. I'm gonna find her and bring her back."

Before Marinette took a step Chloé teased, "Always trying to save the day, aren't you, Marinette? Good luck finding the filthy hole that scaredy-cat's hiding in!"

"Coffee?" Rose offered to Gwen. Gwen smiles and drinks the coffee in one drink, "Thanks."

"How are you doing so far?" Adrien stood next to her.

Gwen sighs and would have offered Adrien a seat, but she had her papers and instruments on the seat and table. Not to mention, the laptop she borrowed from Max.

"I'm going to kill you," she pouted.

Adrien blinked and apologetically looked at her, "Sorry about that, if I had known you were going to do most of the work, I never would have offered you to do it."

Gwen shook her head, "It's fine. Nino's lucky I had some songs saved with me. And now with that stupid love song, I'm lost, hungry, sleepy, and dead."

Adrien chuckled and looked over her computer, "How many do you have completed?"

"I came here early before school. I managed to record the chorus and I asked Juleka to sing them. I'm just putting them together. I can't ask Juleka later for the love song so I have to make up whatever's on my mind," she shrugged and continued to try writing the lyrics.

"It's not that bad. Just write from the heart," Adrien smiles at his idea but sweatdropped as Gwen looks at him like he made the most idiotic idea ever.

"I write pop, thriller, and action songs. Love is not easy," she shook her head.

"What? Are you telling me you have never fallen in love with someone?" he crossed his arms.

Gwen flinched and erased what she wrote. His eyes widened at her behavior, "You never loved someone?! How is that possible?"

"Shut up," she crumpled the paper and threw it at his face. Juleka came to the rescue and began fixing his make-up.

"Nobody? Not even a small crush?" he asked.

Gwen shook her head, "Love is for children. I don't need it." She stops and turns to Rose who is in love with love but shakes her head.

She sighs, "I'll watch a romance movie later, and see how it goes."

Juleka and Adrien sweatdropped again, "You have no heart."

"Marinette is taking a long time! Adrien, come and we can film the scene!" Nino shouted.

Adrien sighs as Gwen puts on the movie Flipped and Rose gives her popcorn as they filmed the scene.

Nino did not like Chloé's acting and immediately rushed to Gwen and dragged her to the scene. Gwen was surprised and grabbed her popcorn.

"What do you want? I'm studying," Gwen narrowed her eyes at him.

"Please be Agent Smith," Nino pleaded, taking her popcorn away. "You're the only girl who doesn't look scary and looks like you can act."

Her eye twitched, "Props, Soundtrack, edit, and acting? I need a raise," she crossed her arms.

"We're not getting paid either!"

Gwen groaned as Nino pushed her next to Adrien, "She's Agent Smith now."

"What?!" Chloé was appalled. There's no way she's not going to let this happen. Just as she was about to scream her head off, the others immediately agreed.

Chloé huffed and moved aside as they started the scene. Gwen sighs and grabs her cake-shifted gun and walks close to Adrien, who smiles teasingly at her.

"You definitely owe me," she mouthed.

He chuckled and nodded.

"And Action!"

Gwen sighed and got into character. She slaps Officer Jones across the face, making everyone wince in surprise but not as shocked as Adrien who took the hit.

"Wha?" Officer Jone's eyes bulged as Agent Smith grabbed his collar and pulled him to her face. A few millimeters from making contact.

"I'm not scared of that monster. That thing devoured my family, my friends, my lover, and my dog. I'm going to kill it myself, even if it kills me." She gritted her teeth and glared at Officer Jones.

"You're either with me or with that monster. Your choice. But I'm not waiting for you to make that choice now."

Everyone stilled at her acting. She's something.

Agent Smith let go of her collar and took a few steps to the door when Officer Jones grabbed her wrist and pulled her to his chest. Their eyes connected, being entranced at the moment.

Everyone held their breath as Officer Jones spoke in his husky voice.

"I'll always choose you. You may not love me like your lover but I love you. I'll protect you with my life. As long as you have me."

Gwen's eyes widened at his wording. It wasn't part of the script. Adrien's green eyes captured her completely as he leaned in. His sweet smell hovered her nose as his lips made contact with hers.

His lips were smooth as feathers and warm. She somehow felt familiar to them and stood there in shock. He wrapped an arm over her waist, pulling her to him more. Her eyes widened for a moment but she somehow felt warm. How is that?

Officer Jones let go of her, but Agent Smith didn't let that happen and grabbed the back of his neck and shoved his lips to hers. They both closed their eyes and felt the moment. It was as if they were by themselves on a still night.

"And...Cut! Good job, Gwen!"

Gwen and Adrien separated from each other. Gwen's face flushed as she had completely forgotten about the audience. What was that just now?! She cleared her throat awkwardly and nodded to everyone.

"You can teach that when Myléne comes back, I'm going to be working," she rushed to the movie but everyone immediately interfered and wanted her at the movie.

It got out of hand as Marinette and Alya came back to film the scene but it was too late for them as they saw Nino and Gwen slightly arguing.

"What's going on here?" Alya asked.

"Gwen won't continue the movie. She's great in the first scene, we don't want to waste more time!"

"First scene? Does that mean..." Marinette turned to Adrien and to Gwen and she paled.

"They kissed?"

Nino and the others grinned, "Yeah! Great acting too. You guys should have seen it!"

Marinette goes to speak when they suddenly hear a scream from the basketball court and stop talking.

"Did you guys hear that?" Adrien asked.

Marinette walks to the door and hears the screams again. "I definitely heard that. We better scope this out!"

All the students ran to check it out, leaving Rose behind, "A fruity snack for the road?"

They all rushed down the steps to no one there. Nino wasn't going to miss this chance and started filming.

"Hey! Anybody here?" Adrien yelled.

Gwen stops as she notices Marinette standing still and walks up to her.

"I saw the same pink goo...," Marinette gasps. "The bathroom!"

On the goo, there was an armband. She instantly recognized it, "Kim's. He was just here a second ago. Where's Max?"

They all turned around but there was no sign of them. How is that possible?

"They vanished," Nathaniel panicked.

"Or they're playing a sick joke on us," Alya crossed her arms.

"We should go to principal Damocles' office and tell him what's going on! Nino, come one. Stop filming!" Marinette asked.

Nino shook his head and grinned, "Not a chance! This is just getting good!"

Without anyone noticing, Gwen ran and hid until they were gone. "Another Akuma," she sighs.

"And I still have to finish getting the film by tomorrow," she rolled her eyes and punched her fists together. But not before dropping her headphones on the floor and hoping no one would break them.

Ghost looked around and was weirded out by the sudden pink goo on the roof, blocking all exits. Her fists glowed and jumped. She punched the goo but it didn't do anything.

Ghost frowned and used all her strength on this punch but it didn't do anything. She jumped back down to the principal's office where the others were and found Ladybug there too.

"We've got to calmly evacuate the building, okay everyone?" Ladybug ushered everyone.

Chat stepped beside Ghost and spoke, "Easier said than done, Ladybug."

Nino grinned seeing the other two heroes, "Triple legit!"

"I tried punching through the goo, but it's no good," Ghost shook her head.

"Totally indestructible. So, it looks like we're trapped inside the school for now. Just stay put and try to relax, guys," Chat smiled at them and then directed towards his partners.

"Shall we take a troll, my lady, Ghosty?" Chat moved the girls to a corner where no one can hear them.

Ghost leaned against the bookshelf and listened to their conversation, "We both know that Hawk Moth's taken another innocent victim somewhere in the school," Chat started.

"And there's only one way to get rid of this pink goo and get everyone outta here," Ghost added.

"Capture that victim's akuma," Ladybug smirked.

"Exactly. I love it when you read my mind," he smirks at Ladybug as Ghost rolls her eyes and smirks too.

"And we better find this thing first, and its prisoners."

"Wow! You did it again!" Chat grins and Ghost turns to Nino who got closer and filmed them.

"Don't mind me finding the missing peeps and solving this crazy mystery with Chatnoir, Ladybug, and Ghost-Spider...This movie's gonna be so swank!"

Ladybug smiled and walked towards the group, "Stay together, right behind us! Ghost, you're stronger than us. Stay behind them and protect them."

Ghost nodded and walked behind the group.

They ran out, following the goo and Ghost stops as Chloé and Sabrina stop.

"We're better off on our own than sticking with the other. Why would we stay with the group when we could just hide out on our own."

They begin to walk off but Ghost stops them, "Although it's a great plan, I don't think so. The monster could be around and we have to stick together. Come on," she ushered them to follow the others.

They enter the classroom and Ladybug sees Adrien's shoe on the floor.

"Anyone recognize this shoe?" Chat asked the others innocently.

"That's Adrien's shoe!" Nino looks at Ladybug, worried for his best friend.

Ladybug frowned, "That's weird, There's no pink slime here."

Nathaniel looked at the teacher's desk and disagreed. Ghost senses went off and webbed him before the monster was able to get him.

Horrificator stood up and the students grew afraid of it and ran away. Horrificator was able to capture Chloé and Sabrina before running away.

It stopped in front of Juleka who smiled at it, "Awesome."

Horrificator roared at her but she wasn't afraid of it, "So awesome."

Her reaction caused Horrificator to shrink and spit goo at her. Ladybug grabbed the girl on time and took her away.

Ghost grabbed Nino and ran to the door as Chat distracted it. "We better hurry and find out where that akuma's hiding!" Ladybug shouted.

"I don't see anything. Just miles of slime," Chat jumped next to her.

Horrificator spits goo at them but they dodged and jumped out to the court, Horrificator followed them.

"Help! Help!" Chloé and Sabrina shouted. Ghost jumped above Horrificator and webbed Sabrina's sweater and pulled.

Horrificator snarls and pulls Ghost to it, smacking its tail on her. She flew back and hit the top rail.

Horrificator snarls at the students and they hide from fear, making it grow. Ladybug's eyes widened, "Fear! It's fear that gives it its strength!"

Horrificator spits goo at them again. Chat noir jumped away as Ladybug used her yo-yo as a shield. She ran toward it and wrapped her yo-yo around its foot and pulled. Chat noir attacked with his staff but Horrificator spat goo at him, making him stuck against the upper rail.

Horrificator grabs the yo-yo and spins Ladybug and throws her to another basket. It spat goo at her. Ghost jumped to the scene and punched Horrificator to the ground.

Horrificator snarls at her and spits goo at her, but she effortlessly dodges and keeps webbing its feet on the ground. 

Horrificator growls and tries to remove the web but Ghost glows her fists and runs to it. Just as she was about to punch it, Horrificator used the girls as shields. Her eyes widened and directed the punch to the ground, making it crack.

Horrificator then spits goo at her, making her stuck to the ground too.

"Coward!" Ghost shouted. "Using victims as a shield is cowardice!"

Horrificator walks to the student and grabs Nathaniel and Alix too. It looked at Ivan and licked his face before it left.

"Oh no! It's taking Nate and Alix too!" Rose panicked.

"The more scared people are of it, the more powerful it gets! By defeating fear, we defeat it!" Ladybug shouted to her partners.

"Okay, but first we gotta get out of this sticky situation quickly before it dries," Chat used his staff to break the basket Ladybug is in and free her. She used her yo-yo to get Chat out of the goo. Ghost glowed her fists one more time and broke the goo.

Ladybug and Chat ran to meet her and spoke, "Did you see how it just left Ivan alone?" Ladybug asked.

"Yeah, what's that all about?" Chat asked.

Ghost frowned and turned to them, "I think the monster is Myléne. There's no other explanation."

Ghost looked down and saw a trail of goo and smirked, "We can track it."

"Good plan," Chat grinned.

They looked around following the tracks when they stumbled into Gwen's familiar headphones. The students gasped. "Gwen's gone too!"

"Don't worry, we'll find her and the others," Chat smiled at them. Ghost nodded and kept tracking the goo and they stumbled into the workshop.

Nino couldn't hold in his excitement and scream, "I'm so amped!"

"Turn your amp down to about 4, will ya?" Chat instructed.

Nino chuckled nervously, "My bad..."

They entered the cellar having Ghost as their guide and found the lair. There were large egg-shaped goos around.

"Anybody in here?" Ladybug called out as the others looked around.

"Ladybug, it's me, Chloé Bourgeois!" One of the eggs called out from the inside.

"Don't worry! We'll get you out of there!"

Chloé's eye twitched, "Well, hurry it up already!"

Ghost rolled her eyes, "Is everyone here? Mr. Damocles? Alix? Nathaniel? Marinette? Adrien?"

Chat's eyes widened and hid behind a goo pod, "Yeah, yeah. I'm fine! What about Gwen?"

Ghost stopped, "We've got everyone!"

Ladybug attempted to break the goo apart but it was no use. The others called for help and she assured them that they will when Horrificator appears and spit goo at them. They stop as Horrificator stood in front of them and snarls at them.

Ghost used this chance and went to attack it, throwing punches and kicks while dodging its attacks.

Ladybug used this chance and use Lucky Charm, dropping guitar strings on her hand. She frowned at it until finally realizing Myléne's song and looked around, spotting trashcans, traffic cones, and a box.

Chat and Ghost grew tired and Chat used his cataclysm to break the bars. Ghost grabbed each one and stabbed them to the ground and having Horrificator trapped inside.

Ladybug gave each object to the remaining students and smiled, "Okay, we're all going to sing."

"Sing? So that's your plan?" Chat stepped next to her.

"The only way to get through this is to get your fear under control. You all know Smelly Wolf, don't you?" she asked the others. Everyone nodded but Ghost. She's never heard of it.

"Seriously? Smelly Wolf?" Chat asked.

Ladybug handed him a trashcan lid and turned to Ghost. "Make sure it doesn't escape when it weakens."

Ghost nodded and crouched to her stance (Like Tom Holland Spider-Man) as they all sang. She chuckled as Chatnoir used the remaining materials to make a drum set.

Horrificator roars at them and started to shrink.

"It's working!" Chat grinned. Horrificator shrinks more and runs to Ivan's arms.

"That's the same button I gave to Myléne," Ivan looked down at the creature.

"That's where the akuma is!" Ladybug beams as Ghost grab the pin and break it, freeing the Akuma.

Ladybug purified it and brought everyone back from the goo pod and cleaned the school. She, Chat, and Ghost pounded their fist together in victory as Myléne and Ivan shared a kiss.

After the akumatization, Nino left his phone to Gwen as she edited the movie. She groaned as she brought everything to her place. The band was nice enough to let her finish the soundtrack at school.

As she arrived at the lonely apartment she grabbed the computer and made herself dinner.

Her senses went off as she felt someone was inside the apartment and stiffened. She grabbed the knife from the counter and waited for the person to come behind her.

She stayed relaxed as the steps were loud enough for her to hear and swiftly turned around, pointing the knife near their neck.

Chatnoir gasped and raised his arms in surrender, "I'm sorry!"

Gwen blinked and lowered the knife and loosened her grip. She frowned at him, "What are you doing here? How do you know where I live?"

Chat nervously laughed and pointed to the balcony, "It was open."

"So you let yourself in? What are you, a smuggler?" she raised a brow. "What are you doing here?"

Chat looked behind her and found dinner prepared. "I thought the good company is great for dinner?"

Gwen narrowed her eyes at him, making him gulp. She chuckled, setting the knife down, making him sigh in relief.

She went to the top shelf taking two plates and two cups. She set them down and turned to him and gestured him to sit. "Might as well eat dinner. I have to finish up a project."

Chat pretended to be intrigued, "What kind of project?"

Gwen stuffed a spoonful of Chile colorado and took a drink of soda, "It's a short film project with my classmates. That's why Nino was filming throughout the whole akumatization. Thanks for saving us, by the way."

Chat smiles at her, "No problem, You weren't hurt were you?"

Gwen shook her head, "I got taken before I could even go to the principal's office."

Chat nodded, "And what was your job for the project? Make-up?"

"Nope. The soundtrack, Prop preparation, and Film editing. Nino tried having me act too but it was too much."

"Really?" Chat got curious about the acting part and asked, "What scene were you told to do?"

Gwen's face flushed as she remembered the kissing scene and coughed awkwardly, "It was nothing, it was one scene. It won't be in the cut though."

Chat smirked and leaned, "It sure isn't nothing, your face is red."

Gwen pushed his face away from hers and looked away, "It was just a kiss. Nothing, really."

Chat leaned back, liking to tease the girl, "Was the kiss good?"

Gwen narrowed her eyes at him, "Why do you care?"

Chat shrugged, "I'm curious."

Gwen looked for any lies from him but couldn't find anything and sighed, "I don't know. It sort of was my first kiss."

Chat blinked once. Twice. Thrice. "Your first kiss?!"

Gwen's eyes widened at his outburst and waved her hands at him, "It's nothing special. It was acting."

Chat deadpanned, "If it was your first kiss, it was meant to be special!... Was he a good kisser?"

Gwen blinked at him and tilted her head in confusion, "Adrien? I'm not sure, he's good I guess."

Chat felt like an arrow struck his heart three times. Was she disappointed it was him?

He couldn't believe what he was hearing. Was he a bad kisser? And he was planning to kiss Ladybug further in the future only to be told he is not a good kisser by his friend.

"Don't worry about it, I never experienced love so how would I know anything about who is a good kisser," Gwen laughs, seeing his reaction.

Chat glared at her playfully and finally registered what she said, "Wait. You've never fallen in love with anyone?"

She shook her head, "I don't need to. I don't want to."

Chat frowned as she looked down at her hands, "Why is that?"

Gwen looked back up at him and sighed, "No offense, but it's none of your business. My problems are my own. I don't need anyone to tell me anything."

She stood up and grabbed her plates to wash. Chat sadly frowned at the girl.

When he walked into the apartment, he noticed there was no single picture of her family or friends.

She's completely alone.

Gwen sighs and leans to the dishwasher, "I'm sorry. You can leave if I made you uncomfortable."

Chat shook his head and walked to her, turning her to him. "Don't apologize. You can tell me anything and I won't spill a thing. Cat's honor," he raised an arm.

Gwen wasn't sure if she should tell him but only shook the thought away. She only talked to Chat as Gwen twice or three times now. She can't trust him.

"Thank you," she smiled at him. "I have to work on editing the short film and finish making the love song," she cringed and he couldn't help but laugh at her.

"Do you need help?"

"No thanks, I will have romance movies to teach me how to love someone in three minutes," she joked.

He laughs as he followed her to her room. A blue-grey sheet covered the bed. It was uncovered as the girl didn't bother cleaning her room because she lives alone. There was a lamp on top of a desk next to her bed.

The tv was was next to the window as the curtains were shut closed. Computers, tablets, and mechanical tools were either on the ground on her desk.

Gwen pushed everything away and flopped to her bed to edit the movie. Chat sat next to her and observed how she professionally used codes to add more light and attach the music in between the scenes.

She made sure to include her favorite song when Ghost-Spider showed up and made the beats appear when she would strike something.

At the end of the movie, she added all the credits and attached a slow harmony to it.

She now needed to make a love song at the soft-touching moment with Ivan and Myléne which only appears for two minutes but Nino still insisted for it to happen.

She took it off and put on the movie. Chat laughed and shut the computer. She looked at him in question but he made her face him.

"What do you think love is?"

Gwen hesitated and spoke, "It's a shown affection towards someone and express it lovingly?"

Chat shook his head and chuckled. "Fine. What do you think love is, genius?"

Chat looked at the window, picturing Ladybug, and smiled. "Love. It is an intense feeling you have for affection towards someone. You feel like you can't part from them because it only makes you feel like you can't be without them for a second. You feel a strong urge to be by their side and hold them and never let them go," Chat smiles as Gwen looks at him in awe.

Gwen smiles at him as she knows how much he loves Ladybug. But the poor guy doesn't have his feelings returned.

"I think I got it. Thank you."

Chat nodded and stood up, "How are you going to record it?"

Gwen smirks and nods to the microphone she had on the corner, "I got this."

Chat saw as she grabbed her keyboard and started playing random notes for her song until she finally finished the chorus and grabbed her mic and plugged it into the computer.

Gwen sighed and closed her eyes, ignoring Chat, and started singing.

Chat couldn't help but stare as Gwen swiftly sang her song. He looked down at the lyrics she wrote earlier in class and couldn't help but connect himself with the song.

He closed his eyes as she sang the song until some of the particular lyrics made him listen.

His eyes snapped open to her as she finished the song. Gwen stretched her arms above her and turned to him and nervously chuckled.

"Was it bad? If it is, I'll use better lyrics."

Chat got out of his daze and shook his head, smiling at the girl. "It's perfect."

Nino and Gwen finished showing the short film to the mayor as it got into the credits.

"Well, Mr. Mayor? What do you think? Off the hook, right?" Nino asked.

But Mayor Bourgeois was not impressed at all making Nino depressed and Gwen to be irritated. She worked her ass all night for that expression to be shown in the end.

Nino stomped out of the office and Mayor Bourgeois stopped the girl, "Who wrote the songs?"

Gwen grins mischievously.

Gwen walked out of the building to see Nino relieving his frustration to his friends.

"We didn't make the cut! He said the monster was a horrible replica completely unbelievable! No joke!"

Adrien patted his back, "Don't worry, bud. This is how all good movie directors start out."

He noticed Gwen grinning behind them and asked her why she was all happy about.

"Mr. Bourgeois loved my songs on the movie and gave me $900 for them. He was going to give me a hundred but I cheated my way through and got nine hundred. Pretty cool, right?"

Alya smiled and patted her back, "At least your work paid off."

Gwen nodded, "Yeah, except I couldn't sell the love song. That's mine to keep."

Adrien's eye softens at her and patted Nino who was now more depressed because he didn't get paid for anything.
