There was an awkward silence between Suga and Taehyung, none of them was saying anything.

Taehyung: Ahem, you wanted to talk?

Suga: You claim that you killed Irene

Taehyung: If I did?

Suga clenched his fist.

Suga: She's back to me

Taehyung: But that's impossible

Suga: As I thought, ofcourse

Taehyung: Let's get to the point?

Suga: Irene did come back te, atleast that's who she claims to be. But she's not my Irene. She's nothing like her. She just looks like her

Taehyung: What do you mean?

Suga: I think the woman is sent by someone. I want you to meet her prove it's not Irene, since you're the one who killed her, you should be able to.

Taehyung: Are you 100% sure it's not Irene?

Suga nodded but there was a bit of doubt on his face.

Taehyung: I mean I did shoot her.

Suga: Wait so you actually didn't watch her die?

Taehyung: I left the job to some other guys. They dumped the body into the sea. If somehow she survived the bullets and didn't drown, she might just be alive

Suga got up in anger.

Suga: Motherf****r, I will kill you

Taehyung: You're the one who wanted to know

Taehyung calmly got up and walked out. Suga threw the glass he was holding.

Rina just showed her bullet mark to prove that she was Irene.

Taehyung: Now I hear this...I never shot Irene

Suga and Jimin were left shocked. Rina's jaw dropped.

Suga: WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!

Suga held Taehyung's collar and was about to punch him.

Jimin: Hey Suga, calm down

Jimin seperated the two guys.

Jimin: Man, what are you talking about?

Taehyung: Although I wasn't supposed to say this, I did it for Bulletproof. Irene is still alive but this girl isn't her

Suga: Taehyung, where is she?

Taehyung: I don't know exactly but I do have an idea

Suga walked out.

Suga: Let's talk

Taehyung looked at Jimin before leaving. Jimin nodded.

Rina: Ah Fuck!

Jimin: Now, what's your name?

Rina: My name isn't important. What's gonna happen to me now?

Jimin: Nothing good

***** More than 6 years *****

Taehyung: Agent 007,  listen to him or else this girl dies

Jackson: Hoho so you really care about this girl? Well Agent 007, SHOOT!!

Irene: Y/n, this won’t be your fault!!

Taehyung looked at Irene who was ready to die. He pulled the trigger. He shot the bullets to the roof before cutting the call. Irene opened her eyes.

Irene: Why didn’t you…

Taehyung brought the gun close to her forehead again.
Taehyung: I’ll let you go if you don’t appear before Y/N again or anyone from Bulletproof

Irene: But why?

Taehyung: You’re Y/N’s friend. Stay alive. Play dead.

Irene: But will you tell Y/N? She’ll think you killed me!

Taehyung: Let it be that way. You became Y/N’s weakness. Stay away from her if you want her to stand strong

Irene looked down.
Irene: I understand. Y-You also, don’t tell anyone about me. Someone so weak like me. There’s no way I’d survive in Y/N’s world

Irene thought about Suga. A tear fell from her eye.

Irene: Someone like me can only bring people down

Taehyung: Good, you know

***Back to present***

Jungkook’s grandfather sat infront of him.

Grandfather: You should be getting married already

Tzuyu: Aha ofcourse-

Jungkook: That’s not happening anytime soon

Grandfather: What do you mean?

Jungkook: I said

Grandfather: There are many people ready to jump to your position. Get married!! We need an heir. Forget marriage if it’s so hard. Just bring me an heir

Tzuyu: Grandpa, I know you want great grandkids but we need to take it slow

Grandfather: How much slower? It’s been two years since you got engaged

Jungkook took a deep breathe.

Jungkook: Tzuyu, leave the room. I need to talk about something important

Tzuyu left the room a bit disappointed.

Jungkook: Blackard is back

Grandfather: What?!! But Kace, that bastard is dead. So is his daughter

Jungkook: You know you’re talking about my mother, right?

Grandfather: Yes, the woman who killed my son. Anyways, who’s leading it? You’re their last decendant

Jungkook: It’s someone we’ve known

Y/N looked next to her before answering the question.

Y/N: Oh we’re going to Korea

Kai: Yeah to meet Y/N’s ex lover

Y/N glared at Kai.

Kai: What? We all know you had someone there

Y/N: I don’t remember such a person

Memories rushed into Y/N’s mind. She knew she was deeply in love with someone but she wasn’t sure who. She couldn’t remember his face.

Y/N: Jessi?

Jessi: Yeah

Y/N: I think I know who that person is

Y/N was kind of whispering.
Y/N: The guy I loved

Ofcourse after seeing Jungkook you would know.
Jessi could see a bit of sadness on Y/N’s face.

Jessi: Hey?

Y/N: Huh?

Jessi: Things are going to work out

Y/N smiled and nodded.

Kai: Work out between who I wonder?

Apparently, no one except Jessi knew about Y/N and Jungkook.

Y/N: Don’t peep into a girl’s convo

Kai started laughing.
Kai: Girls? You both are like monsters

Y/N: Kai, you seem way too energetic today

D.O.: His first love also lives in Korea

D.O. spoke for the first time since yesterday. Y/N and Jessi looked at Kai, shocked. Kai’s face had turned red.

Y/N: The hell! How come I don’t know?

Kai: H-H-Hey, there’s nothing like that

This was the first time Kai was stuttering out of embarrassment.

Jessi: The player actually fell in love? Interesting

Suga was sitting in the his car outside a private hospital. He was in a small town in Ulsan. Taehyung had told him that Irene might be working here. He couldn't gather up the courage to go inside. He was nervous. Moreover, he had mixed feelings.
Like, Maybe she wouldn't want to see me..

Just then a car stopped parallel to his and a woman stepped out. It was Irene.... Suga was about to get out when he realised that she had a kid in her arms. A man got out from the driver's seat. Irene smiled at him. They both entered the hospital together.
Suga hit the steering wheel. He couldn't believe that Irene had found someone and even started a family.
For nearly half an hour he stayed quiet in the car until he decided to face her. He wanted to ask why she didn't even try to reach out to him. He entered the hospital and walked to a nurse nearby.

???: Mister, what brings you here?

Suga: I want to meet Irene

???: You mean Dr. Irene? Well, you can't. Firstly, you're not a kid, she's a child specialist. And secondly you need to get an appointment beforehand.

Suga: I need to discuss something important

???: I'm guessing it's related to your child's condition. Since it's an emergency, we can ask the doctor.

The nurse walked towards a certain room, Suga followed. She opened the door.

???: Dr. Irene, someone came without an appointment for you

Irene was sitting with her back to the door. A man was facing her, sitting with a 3 year old kid. Irene was happily talking to them and prescribing medicines.

Irene: I'm available. I can't ignore a patient

???: The senior doctors won't be happy

Irene: We won't tell them

???: Okay then, I leave him to you

The nurse walked away.

Irene: Nurse Yuna will guide you further

The said to the man sitting in front of her. It was the same man who came out of the car with her.

??: Okay Thank you. My wife was worried about our little boy. You already know how she is

Irene: No, I should thank you. You gave me a lift as my car's gone for repairment.

The man got up holding his kid and left.
Irene turned around. Her smile slowly faded.

Irene: I can't believe... It must be one of those dreams...

She stood up and tool few steps towards him.

Irene: How did you... what's going on?

Suga slowly started to laugh but not out of joy.

Suga: So all along you were alive, yet stayed away from me

He turned around and walked out.

Irene: Wait!

She followed him out and tried to keep up with his steps. Finally she caught up and held his hand. Suga forcefully pulled away.

Suga: Stay away from me

Irene: But Suga...

Tears had already piled up in her eyes.

Irene: I didn't know what to do. Had u stayed, I would have only became your weakness, a burden

She had started to cry by now and tears streamed down her cheeks. Suga walked closer.

Suga: I said stay away

He gently hugged her.

Suga: Or I won't let you go

Irene: Suga...

Irene could feel her shoulder getting wet from his tears. It was impossible, Suga never cried.

Irene: You don't have to let me go

Suga: I Love You

Irene: I Love You too....

Kai knocked on a door. A girl opened it.

Kai: Hey babe

The girl had a blank expression.

Kai: Don't tell me... you've forgotten me?!

The girl nodded.

Kai: Yo! We went to the same middle school, Jennie.

^Kim Jennie^

Kai: Don't you remember we were in the boxing club?!!

Jennie: Ah the weakling

She finally remembered him. Those words hit Kai right in the heart. She walked back inside her apartment leaving the door opened. Kai took it as invitation.

Kai: I mean I admit you were stronger back then, but I'm much stronger now. You won't believe I'm in a gang

Jennie raised a brow before taking out a tin out of the fridge. She handed it to him.

Kai: Still as quiet as before I see

Before Kai moved to abroad he used to study in the same middle school with Jennie. He had liked her ever since.

Jennie put her hand near her head which came upto Kai's chest.

Jennie: Tall

Memories rushed into Kai's mind. That time he was shorter than her, which wasn't very good.

Kai: Oh right. I'm above 6 now, Miss 5'3".

Jennie showed four fingers of her right hand.

Kai: 5'4"?

Jennie nodded.

Kai: So you live alone?

Again she nodded.
Kai: It's been more than 10 years. I've still have feelings for you

Jennie grabbed his arm and dragged him to the front door. She opened the door.

Kai: Hey! I just came!

She pushed him out and closed the door. Her cheeks were red and she didn't know why.

Kai: Oh dear...

He smiled at the other side.

Y/N: Where's Kai?

D.O.: He had something to do

Y/N: We can both guess

Y/N said as she walked inside wearing a beautiful gown. She held D.O.'s hand and entered the party hall.
Bulletproof had thrown a party, inviting all those with whom they had good relations. Blackard was also invited. Everyone thought it as a kind gesture.
But Y/N had something else in her mind. On entering she spotted Jungkook standing not afar. She whispered something to D.O. and walked to Jungkook.

Y/N: Thanks for the city

Jungkook: I would've given you Busan, but Incheon is closer to Seoul. It would be easier for you to visit us, right?

Y/N: Jeon Jungkook, what are you upto? Considering our gangs' histories, shouldn't we be enemies?

Jungkook: I wouldn't want anything bad for my mother's gang

Is he trying to point that Blackard is related to him?

Y/N: Well, it's under me now

Jungkook: Let's form a Mafia alliance

Y/N: What?

Jungkook: We'll help each other. Bulletproof can help you expand more. Blackard is rich because of it's business. Surely it can add Bulletproof in it's shares

Y/N: As I thought, you needed something in return

Jungkook: If I don't ask anything in return, I would look like an idiot to others

Y/N: I accept the alliance

Jungkook: But know one thing. I don't accept others on my level. I don't compete

Y/N: You dominate?

Jungkook grinned.

Y/N: So you're saying, you'll be superior in this alliance?

Jungkook: You can say that

Y/N: Well, we'll continue this alliance as long as it benefits me. But after that we'll break it

Tzuyu: Look who is talking to my fiance

Tzuyu appeared out of nowhere.

Y/N: Fiance?? Here I thought you were his guard

Y/N spotted Jimin at the back raising his glass.

Y/N: See you around.

Tzuyu: Why do I always feel that's there something between you and her?

Tzuyu didn't know anything about Y/N being Jungkook's Ex-fiance.

Y/N sat next to Jimin who was drinking.

Y/N: Hey!

Jimin: Y/N, have a drink

Y/N: I can't hold liquor at all

Jimin: That's great. Have fun tonight without any worry.

Y/N: Good idea

Y/N took a glass of wine and drank.

Jimin: Everything going fine?

Y/N: Yep!

The guy I was in love with, whose face I can't remember... Is definitely Jimin...

Taehyung: Why did you risk your life in this business?

Rina: For money

Taehyung: That's all?

Rina: That's all

Taehyung: So if we kill you, nothing would matter?

Rina: That's......okay first it was for money. But then they told me that if I fail, they'll kill my...family

Taehyung: As I thought, family

Rina: A foster family. I can't die without making sure that they're safe. So don't kill me yet

Taehyung: I wonder if you can be useful

Rina: I can send fake information to KIA

There was a knock on the door.

Taehyung: Someone wanted to meet you

Taehyung opened the door. There stood Irene with Suga.
Irene's eyes widened.

Rina: Ah, this bitch

Irene: Irina.....

Rina: How long has it been? Sister

D.O. quickly called Jessi.

D.O.: Y/N's drunk. She told me not to interrupt if she leaves with a man

Jessi: Who's she leaving with?

D.O.: Park Jimin

Jessi: Haha you don't need to stop. Someone else will

Her words made sense when Jungkook took Y/N from Jimin and walked to a car.

D.O.: I'm getting her

Jessi: No. He's not going to harm her. Perhaps this is actually good

D.O.: What do you mean?

Jessi: D.O., they have known each other from past. This might help her bring her memories back

D.O.'s straight face was shocked for the first time.

D.O.: What...?

Jessi: Someone needs sleep. I'll talk to you later

D.O. watched Y/N get in a car with Jungkook and leave.

???: Who knew it would end up this way

A girl who looked like a guard stood near D.O.

???: When your fate is fixed with someone, nothing can change it

D.O.: Do you know about Y/N's past?

Y/N was in the car. She looked at Jungkook and narrowed her eyes.

Y/N: Wait a minute. You're not Jimin

Jungkook: That's true

Y/N: I want Jiminnnmm~~~

She whined like a little girl.

Y/N: I want that guy, the one I loved. Not some random thug

Jungkook's jaw dropped on 'random thug'.

Jungkook: Okay I feel a bit disrespected

Y/N: Huh? What's so disrespectful?

Jungkook got close to her ear.

Jungkook: I'll make you recall everything tonight

Namjoon stood in the parking lot with his arms crossed behind his back. One by one 6 cars stopped. Top agents stepped out of these cars.

Taeyoung: What a surprise! We're meeting the HQ

Lucas: I didn't expect to see the rest of you

Baekhyun: This better be big

Hani: I cancelled a mission for this

Lisa: Hey now, I'm excited

Seulgi: Boss can only speak if you guys stop

A seventh car arrived and a girl stepped out joining the circle with other agents.

Baekhyun: My my, is this Agent 003?

Agent 003 ignored him and looked at Namjoon, as if she only wanted the order and nothing unnecessary.

Taeyoung: The killing spree, huh?

Lisa: Oh we've met once during the training! At the academy. Remember?

Again Agent 003 ignored.

Namjoon: We're not hear to talk about that

All the top agents were here except Jackson or Agent 001. And obviously Agent 002 and Agent 007 were not there.

Namjoon: I've called you all for a special reason.

Everyone got serious, nothing like this had happened before.

Namjoon: You're about to die

Y/N woke up. Her head was paining slightly. She looked around and it seemed familiar room. She got up and walked to the mirror.

Y/N: Cool, I'm wearing clothes. Nothing happened.

The door of the bathroom opened. Jungkook stepped out. He wasn't wearing a shirt, ie., he was barechest. Y/N could see him from the reflection on the mirror.

Y/N: Wait, did something happen last night?

Jungkook: No. You fell asleep. In my arms.

Y/N was almost blushing.

Y/N: Wasn't I with Jimin?

Y/N turned to face him and was stunned to see something. She walked closer to him. On Jungkook's arm was a specific tattoo which said  '𝓕𝓞𝓡𝓔𝓥𝓔𝓡 '.   Y/N touched the back of her neck where she had that same tattoo.

Y/N: You... can't be....

Jungkook: But I am. You really were expecting Jimin to be the one? The tattoo is the prove. The guy you love

Jungkook took a few steps close to Y/N.

Jungkook: Is me

Y/N: It can't be...

Jungkook: Why is it so hard to accept?

Jungkook held Y/N's arms.

Jungkook: Look around. This is where we lived. The two of us

Y/N: No....No..stop!!

Jungkook: Listen, if you think if anyone else. I will destroy everything. Only see me, only think of me. Like how I've only thought of you. Like how I've suffered.

Y/N: You don't understand!!!

Without even putting her shoes on, Y/N rushed out of the room. Jungkook looked out of the window. She grabbed the keys of the car from the driver and drove away.

Lucas: What do you mean by we're about to die?

Namjoon: KIA suspects a traitor among top agents. So they've decided to assassinate all of you

Lucas: Hey what do they take us for?

Namjoon: They've already appointed mercenaries, a lot of them

Hani: And why are you telling us?

Namjoon: I want all of you to think back. What has KIA done? As an organization that is supposed to protect the country? We've concentrated more on dirty politics. Agent 001 is Jackson Wang, leader of Black Feather Gang.

Baekhyun: Hey

Namjoon: A drug lord that works for KIA. We let prisoners go for money, we kill for money. Now tell me, are we really good guys?

Baekhyun: And what can you do?

Namjoon: I'll build a new KIA and you all will help me. Because the 'current KIA'  has already decided to kill you.

Lucas: What's you plan?

Namjoon: Destroy the authority

Seulgi: Wait my parents are the part of the authority

Namjoon: Your parents, Bang Sihyuk and a few of the authority have agreed with me. They'll help us

Taeyoung: But what about the traitor? Is there one within us?

Namjoon: No, KIA only needed a reason to kill you all since you all too much about KIA's secrets

Namjoon: But.. what about that Rina thing?

Rina: Like I sais, there's no traitor or spy within us

Lisa: Count me in. The current KIA has gone against us, we need to take action

Seulgi: Then I'll also join

Hani looked at Lucas and nodded.

Hani: Agent 010 and me, count us in

Taeyoung looked at Baekhyun.

Baekhyun: I don't like this. But since they turned their backs on us, I wouldn't mind blowing their brains

Taeyoung: Same opinion

Everyone looked at Agent 003 who was silent.

Namjoon: Agent Jennie?

Jennie: My duty is to follow your orders. So I'll follow

Taeyoung: Damn, you're a machine

Lisa: No, she's a human

Taeyoung: Frankly, we all are machines

Namjoon: You won't be anymore

Taeyoung: What?

Namjoon: After I form new KIA, you won't be agents anymore

Hani: Elaborate

Namjoon: I'll appoint some of you to the police department. You'll become normal cops with high ranks. I'll send some to the army. You'll be appointed as commanders. But if you want to work for intelligence, you're always welcomed. Basically, you don't have to hide in the shadows anymore. You'll be allowed to live normal lives. This time you'll be protecting the country for real.

Hani: Is that really possible?

Namjoon: Yes is it

Y/N stopped the car out of the house. She got out and walked inside.

Y/N: JESSI!!! WHERE ARE YOU?!!

Jessi stepped out of the kitchen.

Jessi: Why are you shouting??

Y/N: You knew??!! Everything about me...and that.... Jungkook?

Jessi: Yeah

Y/N: Why didn't you tell me?!

Jessi: You said that you didn't want to know about your past. Besides, you had already guessed it, right?

Y/N: I thought it was Jimin...

Jessi: Huh?? How can you be so dumb?

Y/N: No way!! It can't be Jungkook!! He's the Boss of Bulletproof!

Jessi: Okay stop shouting. You're going to---

Jessi stopped and looked behind Y/N. Y/N turned around with tears in her eyes. A little boy walked towards her.
