We got drinks and food at some restaurant. Grover ordered salad with no meat. I let Annabeth order for me because I know nothing about Greece except the gods and monsters. Annabeth ordered something called a Moussaka. Lamb and cheese something like that.

"Percy, what happened to you?" Grover asks.

I let out a breath.

"Whatever I say, please don't freak out." I say.

They nod. Grover draws forward.

"I met with Takhisis the Dragon Queen, and I learned how this cancer started. Blame Takhisis." I say.

"What?" Annabeth looks at me.

Grover looks up at me.

"I think I might be changing." I say.

"Yeah, you're getting more and more depressed." Annabeth says.

"No, changing into something... sinister." I pull up my sleeve.

The scales are forming again. They gasp. Annabeth grabs my arm and examines it. I nod.

"Yep, so this is what I'm dealing with." I cough.

Annabeth looks at me in concern.

"Oh, and I might help her destroy Mount Olympus?" I squeal.

"What?!" They scream in my ears. 

The food comes. I'm starving. I put a big pile of food on my plate. I've been kidnapped, I've skipped breakfast because I almost died. Yeah, I needed this. Not the burning off my mouth part but it did taste good. Annabeth grabs me and looks at me sternly. Grover drops his salad.

"Percy, you don't honestly think you'll destroy Mount Olympus?" She asks.

"I... don't know." I sniff.
