Vandana's POV :-

I turned towards Mumma saying "Mumma you go and rest. I will go and check on dada".

I said all this to her in stern voice and stormed out of there to my dada's room. I will just go and check on dada and then I know where I need to go and to whom I need to talk to know what is right and what is wrong at this time. While thinking everything which Ma said I didn't even realized that now I am in front of my dada's room. I took a deep breath and went inside. And there lays my dada looking pale and lifeless which again broke my heart into millions of pieces. I just hope that he gets well soon because I can't see him like this anymore now.

Author's POV :-

She went towards king's bed and sit beside his head and places her hand on his hairs, stroking them lovingly. She was looking like she will burst into tears any moment. 

All the workers were seeing their princess looking such helpless for first time in their life . They know their princess's strength is their king, who is sleeping peacefully on the bed not aware of his sunshine's helpless state.

Suddenly Vandana said "Out everyone. I need some alone time with my dad"

Without questioning their princess's words, everyone bow down in front of her and left the room silently. On the other side after making sure that everyone left, our princess kept her head on king's chest waiting for him to take her in his warm embrace but whom were we kidding. Princess herself knows that this miracle can't happen.

Still keeping her head on king's chest, she said in a low voice.

Vandana- I now got the meaning of your those words dada which you said to me just before your attack. I know you knew what was going to happen. And I also know you wanted me to be strong in this situation. I know by this you want to prove the world that I am not a spoilt princess who uses her powers in a wrong way but The princess who stands for her kingdom and who can sacrifice herself for her kingdom and I promise, I will do everything which is in my hands. I am not here to complain dada but the truth is I really need you. Please come back dada. Your sunshine needs you. Your princess needs her superhero. 

 She remembers how just one night before all this attack, how she and her dada were sitting in her room, in their corner and seeing the stars which is their favorite thing to do. She still remembers how her dada said her words which were impossible for her to understand at that time but now she got what he meant by those words. His simple but complicated words were- "The lesson is not how strong we may have been in past; It's about how strong we are right now. This is our unmeasured strength. This is the power we have inside us, to persevere and prevail."  

She remembers how she kept asking again and again about meaning of those words but king's only reply was "You are wise enough to understand meaning of my words at the right time. I trust you and you should trust yourself too my princess"

She came back from her past trance after a long time and saw that it's been hours she is sitting in the comfortable embrace of her father. She sat up straight and wipe her tears which always fall without her permission.

Vandana's POV :-

After wiping up my stupid tears which always fall without my permission, I looked towards the watch present in the room. Oh God! It's already time for dinner. I didn't even realized it's been hours I am sitting here. Okay it's only 9:00pm right now but nowadays I have ordered everyone to have dinner early so that they can rest properly because everyone is so stressed out nowadays that they sometimes sleeps without even having dinner. 

So I now need to go and check on everyone if they had dinner or not and if not then I myself have to make sure they had a proper one. 

I bend down to place a get well soon kiss on my dada's forehead and mumbled "I miss you and I need you my superhero." in his ears and then I stood up in all my glory. Dada taught me that a princess should maintain her glory even in times of hardness.

I now need to first check on everyone fast because they are waiting for me to have a talk with them. And I know after dada they are the only ones who can solve my every problem and dada knows it maybe that's why he is sleeping peacefully not worrying much about his princess.

I called all the workers and guards inside and said to them in a authorized voice.

Vandana- I don't want any carelessness in King's security if anything, I repeat anything happens to King in presence of you all then I won't spare even a single person and don't you dare to take my words lightly and besides all this if you guys need me here then just give me a call, I will be here. Did you all understood?

Everyone- Yes princess.

And then I went from there after warning them one more time and don't think that what everyone might be thinking of my rude behavior. Everyone single person of kingdom knows that if I am being strict and rude then it's for their safety. And I can never handle any carelessness in my kingdom's security and in dada's absence I need to be more careful about everyone's safety.

I then went towards the room where mumma was staying from the time dada got into this state. Because I can't see her crying all day looking at dada's condition so I asked her to stay in a different room till the time being and I made sure that room is beside mine so that I can know if she is fine or not even in middle of night. I went inside the room silently to see her sleeping peacefully realizing it's already past dinner time, I looked towards her maid and she nods at me understanding what I want to say. I relaxed knowing she had her dinner at least. These days time slips so fast that it's hard to realize I was having a fun conversation with dada just before his accident or I can say planned attack. I didn't thought he will be in this state next moment. Wiping my lone tear which was ready to fall out of my eyes without my consent I exited the room to reach my next destination which is my younger brother's room.

                                                                           ***************

Third Person's POV :-

Somewhere else three people are sitting in a room looking all angry. One of them yelled throwing her wine glass on the floor.

Sm1- Nooooo. This can't happen. Our plan can't fail like this. 

Sm2- Relax we need to do something else otherwise whatever we did till date will be in vain.

Sm3- But what to do now?

Sm2 said with a dirty smirk playing on his lips "I have already decided that. But before that I need to punish those useless workers of ours who made our plan a failure."

Looking at Sm2, Sm1 and Sm3 also starts smirking. They ordered everyone to come inside the room. They were 5 of them. They were looking horrified at the thought of what was going to happen with them. They were shaking with fear.

Sm1- What should we do with you guys.

She stated with a dirty smirk playing on her lips and she trace her gun on the face of one of them and hold his jaw tightly with her other hand and said with a never ending smirk on her face "You already knows what's the punishment of failure here. right dear?"

And then they shoot of all them without evening blinking their eyes. And why will they blink their eyes. They are monsters who can kill anyone for their benefit. They can do anything to satisfy their ego.

Sm3- Clean this mess right now.

He ordered to the other workers present in the room who were shaking in fear after seeing this horrible scene in front of their eyes. And all three of them left from there to some kind of room which looks like office.

Sm2- Now let's get back to work. So the plan is....

After listening to his plan, all three of them starts laughing evilly.
