Fani Blair - As kids, Anaïs was naturally overprotective of her little sister. However, she never saw how she indirectly affected her as Anaïs was often viewed as the beloved and favorite daughter. However while her sister was shy, Anaïs was outgoing and soon, the girl was ambitious. Going against the promise the two made as kids, Anaïs left her sister behind and went to strike out on her own.

Over the years, Anaïs grew to forget her family, having found happiness in the form of her husband and son. Yet when Fani ends up resurfacing during one of her husband's nightly masquerade balls, she is ecstatic to see her, clearly harboring genuine love for her younger sister.

But Anaïs soon starts to become dependent upon her as Fani gradually gets inside her head, now manipulating her into believing that her loved ones were going to turn on her because of Cleo. As this starts to become true, the sisters seemingly grow closer in the midst of Fani bewitching her husband and her son.

So when Cleo breaks the hold on the two and they turn on her [as Fani foretold], Anaïs goes to side with her sister to get her revenge. As such, she allows her anger to blind her from seeing that she is simply being used in the greater scheme of her sister's plans. So when Cleo helps her see through her sister's deception, Anaïs turns against her sister to side with the girl. As such, this becomes the turning point in their relationship as Anaïs ends up dying at the hands of Fani, leaving their sisterly bond permanently damaged as the two will never be able to make amends.

Edward La Clare - Anaïs has a strong tight-knit bond with her husband as she loves him deeply. As such, these two share a healthy relationship together, but gradually, it will be clear that the two are really not-as-close as the two make it out to be. Her actions will be the main factor in driving Edward away from her, essentially as he starts to get close to Robert and Cleo. Their relationship will eventually become fragile to the point where he just flat out asks for a divorce.

Afraid to lose him and scared to be on her own, Anaïs panics and upon getting her sister to bewitch her husband into loving her again, their relationship will artificially go back to normal. Because of this, their relationship will appear normal on surface level... well, until Cleo go to break the hold on him and explains everything.

As such, Edward will formally end his marriage with Anaïs, serving as the turning point in their relationship. Because of this, she will forcibly get Edward to love her again, not realizing that she is actually hurting their family as Edward truly loved her, but could not stand to see the person his wife became. Unfortunately, their relationship will end on unfinished terms as Anaïs will die, unable to ever get the opportunity to apologize to her husband for tearing their family apart.

Robert La Clare - Anaïs has a tight-knit bond with her son as she loves him deeply. As his mother, she naturally only wants the best for him, which is why she can't help but initially be disappointed when he brings Cleo over.

Believing that he made the wrong decision, she tries to emotionally manipulate her son into breaking up with Cleo, but in doing so, she ends up pushing Robert away from her.

It isn't until she is saved by Cleo during an akuma attack and how Robert genuinely care for the girl that Anaïs feels guilty for being in the way of her son's happiness. As a result, Anaïs will apologize to her son and the two will make amends. During this time, she and her son will proceed to have their bonds restored to normal.

However, their relationship will become strain again when Robert catches her in the act of hitting Cleo. Though she'll try to gaslit her son into thinking Cleo was at fault, it won't work and as such, Robert will grow distant from her. This bond will further erode to the point where Anaïs has to get her youngest sister to bewitch her son in order to get him by her side once more.

While Anaïs will attempt to apology to her son upon being on the verge of breaking his hypnosis, she will forgo this to take a hit for Cleo, causing their relationship to end on unfinished terms as she'll end up dying and never being able to truly finish her apology to him.

Alex Parkins - to be developed

Aeliana La Clare - to be developed

Walter La Clare - to be developed

Cleo Monroe - Initially, these two get onto the wrong footing with each other as it will be revealed in Edge of Great, the woman Cleo splashed at the end of Act I was her. As such, she dislikes Cleo from the start as she refers to her as a "filthy peasant" and tries to get Robert to stop his advances with her by spreading lies.

But when Cleo saves her life during an akuma attack, Anaïs will have a change of heart, especially as she comes to see how much her son truly cares about the girl. As a result, she and Cleo will be on better terms with each other. Due to this, she'll come to view the girl as the daughter she never had and attempt to mold Cleo into the kind of person she wants her to be.

Because of this, Anaïs will start to become possessive over Cleo. This behavior will start to cause her to purposely isolate the girl from her friends and loved ones as she starts to verbally and emotionally abuse the girl to the point of gaslighting her into staying with the La Clare's family.

When Cleo fights back and threatens to tell Robert and Edward what she knows about her, their relationship will become antagonistic. But when Cleo succeeds and her family leave her, she'll grow to despise Cleo to the point where she becomes blindsided by her own thirst for revenge and sides with her sister.

So when Cleo saves her life [again] and Anaïs comes to see the hurt and destruction she cause her family, she attempts to take her life until Cleo convinces her that she still has a chance to make amends with her loved ones. As such, Anaïs attempts to make up for the way she treated Cleo but Cleo [who has already dealt with so much] decides to keep their relationship neutral.

Disappointed by this, Anaïs chooses to take Cleo's side in the event the girl would come to forgive her and goes against her sister in an effort to break the hold on her son. As a result, Anaïs will end up getting shot by her sister when she take a bullet initially meant for Cleo. Her last act will create a complicated end to their relationship as it is unclear if Anaïs genuinely sacrificed herself for Cleo or if there was an hidden agenda behind her final act.

Personality:
At first glance, Anaïs is it genuinely sweet and affectionate woman who strives to be a perfectionist of sorts. She is very caring and loving towards her family and as such, she comes across as the idol among young girls who strive to be like her.

Yet in hindsight, Anaïs is a manipulative person. She is very ambitious when it comes to her plans and when she doesn't get her way, Anaïs resorts to being emotionally abusive as a way of blackmailing people into doing her bidding. To a extent, she can be verbally and physically abusive to her victims as well.

While Anaïs does genuinely love her family, she also tends to manipulate her husband and son to keep the two in line. As such when the two see through this, she will be left heartbroken and unable to cope with being alone after finding and sustaining happiness for so long, she will be blindsided by her own anger and desire for revenge.

Because of this, Anaïs will unwittingly become manipulated by her little sister, who she plans on using as her pawn. As such, Anaïs can come across as naive as the woman will genuinely think Fani will want to be with her when really, this is not the case. When she is blindsided during this time, Anaïs will become more aggressive towards her family as she simply wants to rebuild her life with her loved ones once more.

Yet when she is saved by Cleo, who helps her see the consequences of her actions, Anaïs will come to see that she only made things worse between her and her loved ones. As a result, she will start becoming emotionally overwhelmed by her emotions to the point of believing herself to be unworthy of living.

As such, she will force Cleo to shoot her and when the girl refuses, Anaïs will attempt to end her life until Cleo assures her that she still has a chance to make amends. This will serve as the turning point of her character arc as Anaïs will grow to become remorseful of her actions towards not only Robert and Edward, but Cleo as well. It is this new side of her that Anaïs ends up switching sides and turning against her sister to free her son from her sister's hold.

But her final decision is put into questioning when she seemingly sacrifices her life to take a bullet meant for Cleo as it is unclear if it came from a genuine desire or if Anaïs simply had one, last hidden agenda to get her revenge. Regardless, the woman will die with unfinished terms as she will not be able to truly apologize to Robert and Edward for the way she treated them.

"Oh, Cindy, you can't really think this Bernadette {OC belongs to GeekyCookie1} girl truly wants someone like you, right? You're too fragile and besides, my son has given you so much. Why would you need anyone else to love you?"

"Ah, Iris [OC belongs to Sci-Briana14], my dear, why do you think you can act? You'll get to where you're heading, not at the rate you're going. Besides, you'll never compare to your mother and you'll just disappoint her along with your father. Really, love, you should quit. There's no harm in realizing that acting isn't meant for you."

"Ha! Poppy, Celestia {OCs belongs to GeekyCookie1}, Cleo will never view you two as her family as neither of you simply don't compare. You can keep trying, but at the end of the day, we both know the truth. Now, leave Cleo alone with me and stay out of her life."

"Heh. So, you're the girl who keeps trying to get in my son's relationship with Cleo. Uh, Bernadette {OC belongs to GeekyCookie1} was it? Leave my son and Cleo alone. Better yet, stay away from them. Cleo is very happy without you and she's better off with my son in every way possible. So, just give up. You were never good enough to be with her anyhow. Now, go."

"Rosetta, I see your niece Allie has potential to be a real actress. It's a shame you don't want to bring Allison here and let me teach her what I know. After all, I actually know how to act unlike you and Reina [OC belongs to Sci-Briana14]. Oh? You and Reina [OC belongs to Sci-Briana14] are best friends? Ha! I remember a time when you hated her. Well, I shouldn't be surprised. You were always a backstabbing traitor."

🄵🄰🄲🅃🅂 🄰🄱🄾🅄🅃 🄰🄽🄰🄸🅂

1. Anaïs is slightly inspire by Shadow Weaver from She-Ra and the Princesses of Power and Chloé Bourgeois from Tales of Miraculous Ladybug and Chat Noir [however, this is the show's version of the character that she is slightly inspired by... more so season 3 and onwards as that's when her character arc/redemption truly dies].

2. Because Anaïs still holds a grudge against Reina Hunter-Lopez {OC belongs to Sci-Briana14], she is pity to the point of aggressively talking down on the woman's eldest daughter, Iris {OC belongs to Sci-Briana14], who she believes won't have a chance of making it long into the acting world.

She also picks on Iris {OC belongs to Sci-Briana14] as the girl resembles her rival the most [in terms of personality and appearance].

3. Because Robert is madly in love with Cleo and the two start dating, Anaïs will do her best to keep Robert's rivals at bay. But between Rayan and Bernadette {OC belongs to GeekyCookie1}, she finds the girl to be the most annoying as Bernadette {OC belongs to GeekyCookie1} simply doesn't know when to quit.

4. Before she met the love of her life [Edward], Anaïs first had a crush on Shawn Lopez [OC belongs to Sci-Briana14] which led her into an already heated rivalry with Reina Hunter [OC belongs to Sci-Briana14], who would go on to become Shawn Lopez's [OC belongs to Sci-Briana14] wife. Note: this crush occurred during their high school years as Anaïs moved on from him once she and the others graduated.

5. Anaïs does not initially approve of Alex or Cleo as being worthy of being near her son as she views the two as peasants. However, she eases onto Alex after hearing his tragic backstory as a orphan and takes sympathy on him. As such, she isn't harsh on Alex and opens to the idea of having him around faster than opposed to Cleo [as she has a harder time getting to be comfortable around her].

6. Anaïs's relationship with Rosetta Bennett [Allison's aunt] was and still is similar to Marinette's relationship with Chloé Bourgeois [except I'm referring to the show version of Chloé, so it's really terrible]. In this case, Anaïs resembles Chloé [end of season 3 & onwards in the show] in terms of being excessively snobby and cruel. She is still to some degree, cruel to Rosetta just not as much as she was during her youth.

7. Anaïs's relationship with Reina Hunter-Lopez [OC belongs to Sci-Briana14] was and still is similar to Alya's relationship with Chloé Bourgeois [except I'm referring to the show version of Chloé, so it's really terrible]. In this case, Anaïs resembles Chloé [end of season 3 & onwards in the show] in terms of being excessively snobby and cruel to her.

She is still to some extent, cruel to Reina Hunter-Lopez [OC belongs to Sci-Briana14] but the woman is pretty good at defending herself [hence why her rival resembles Alya in terms of her personality].

8. Anaïs is (to some degree) racist, a trait she unwittingly pick up from her parents, who installed it into her when she was younger. While she has gotten better over time [as her high school years were rough], she will still have her moments. This will become evident when she officially meets Cleo and Alex.

9. One of the secrets that Anaïs is actively hiding is her youngest sister being adopted as Fani's real name holds a tragic link that led the girl to them in the first place. This will be explored within the second to last arc in Edge of Great.
