This morning we all went to şehzade mustafa's funerals and the atmosphere was so depressing ,i myself didn't have the power to attend but it was a must to do so .

I took my place between the sultanas and secured the scarf around me but then i noticed nurbanu glaring at me . I rolled my eyes and looked away

My eyes landed on mahidevran sultan , she had a very depressive look on her face . I pitied her so much , she had lost everything and her purpose in life was no longer .

" sultanim may it stay in the past , accept my condoleances " i said softly looking at her and she gave me a nod while patting my hand softly .

Hurrem sultan's eyes were piercing right into mines and she was ready to erase my existence .

" your inlaws are more educated than you " mahidevran sultan said as she spitted her venom .

" I will consider your sadness now and not respond to you " hurrem sultan spoke in the most educated way

" You killed my son and then act like an angel ,may you never see happiness " mahidevran sultan stood up angrily .

" Stop blaming me for everything , you don't hear yourself " hurrem sultan's voice raised as mahidevran sultan challenged her

" Hurrem , mahidevran . Stop this massacre , this funeral is a memory of our lost şehzade mustafa " fatma sultan yelled at both of them making everyone shut up

The women started reciting verses of the quran and we all looked down in sadness .

The funerals went calmly afterwards , then the aghas carried the coffin of the late mustafa . Mahidevran sultan couldn't help but cry at the sight

" Mustafa " she cried her chest out in agony and gülfem hatun and fatma sultan tried to hold her back while both of them shed tears

Everyone lined up for respect to the coffin passing by and nurbanu stood right next to me .

" Mustafa is first , you know who's next " she whispered and i couldn't help but glare at her

" Are you serious ? We are in the middle of a funeral what's wrong with you " i tried to speak as calm as possible

" I'm just telling you what's gonna happen " she tried to make me angry and make a scene but i had morals and i wouldn't ruin this funeral with bullshit .

We read quran quietly as hia coffin passed by , soon after everyone had to go back to their room but before i can make my way back a hand grabbed my wrist making me turn around to only face nurbanu

" What is it " i said looking at her angrily and she pulled me with her to a hallway

" Nurbanu i don't have time to waste with you " i pulled my hand away from her grip .

" Look , selim should take the throne . If i ever get rid of that stupid beyazid believe me i'm not gonna hesitate and kill mehmet too " she spitted all her venom and all i could do is look at her in dissapointement .

" Are you a maniac ? I swear i won't hesitate too and tell all of this to his majesty ." I yelled at her enough for people passing by to hear

" for selim i would turn into a maniac yes " she got closer to me and i pushed her away

" If you ever come and tell me the same thing again i will not let it slide " i threatened her and continued on my way .

Her words kept echoing in my head and i tried hard to brush them off .

I opened the door to my room and the view of ibrahim sleeping immediately brought me back to my normal state . He was sleeping like an angel and i didn't wanna wake him up so i entered calmly .

" sultanim " nurbahar got up from her seat quickly and bowed down to me .

" Nurbahar , good that you are here " i said touching her shoulder .

" sultanim what happened to your wrist are you okay " nurbahar looked at me in shock . I looked at it and it was ended red , all of it happened because of nurbanu

" Don't worry it's nothing " i said hiding it with my dress and took a comfortable seat next to my son .

I knew mehmet won't be available today so i decided to not wait for him to comeback . So i went into a deep sleep replacing the lack of sleep yesterday .
