Well I don't exactly have a cover shop or might ever have one but I've been making covers for like more than a year now...

I started from an app i don't remember the name of to and now I use Photoshop CC 2018.

I can't say I'm good or something but to be honest, back in January 2018, I just wanted to give my books a decent cover. Idk when it went from "wanting to have good covers for my book" to "wanting to be able to make good covers" in general. It's just something that makes me really happy!!

It's been quite a journey :'')

Let's begin with the first cover I ever made for my book

Back then I had no idea that Wattpad book covers had a specific dimension lol. I didn't wat kinda shit I was pulling. Please don't hate me lmao...

Then, like every good learner, I landed on Canva heheh...and made some of the most horrible covers possible in the history of cover making... prepare for some concentrated H2SO4 to flood ur head...

After that came my short and sweet journey with Gimp. I realized not many people use it. Trust me it's really complicated to understand. The UI of Photoshop is much simplar. I was a noob and Gimp seemed like supercomputer shit to me 😂😂

I think I didn't even work on 2 months on Gimp properly when I shifted to Photoshop. And made some more basic shit...

⬆ The first two are the most recent ones I made and aren't made on Photoshop but Pixellab and Picsart. You can see I'm horrendous with Phone editing apps. The red one was for my real life friend, who doesn't know about this account and my secret identity lmao. Although idk when that bitch will start that book!!

Well this isn't every cover I made but this is pretty much the variety...coz I lost a lot of them and a lot of them were actually part of them se I just picked up few out of them.

So looks like you made it to the last. I think you might need to get a bit of eye check-up just in case...u know XD

Like I said I'm not the best. I most probably never be coz there's always better people than you. But I think I'm proud of myself that I, being a moody bitch, managed to stick to cover making for more than a year without giving up.

I don't have a cover shop. But still you can see many covers from other authors. I'd thank them for trusting me with their book covers and actually using whatever I made.
