❝Don't come running to me when you lose yourself among the people that you thought had their life together❞
~Lynn
I slowly rose from my seat and walked out of the dungeon doors with a bloody angry Bellatrix Black. I casually crossed my arms as I walked, but quickly put them back by my side.
"Go ahead and go back to your dorm." Awe okay she's nice. She's not all that bad... at least she cares. "I can fin for myself, thank you." Oh.
"I bet you can, but you're my priority. I don't leave tasks unfinished," I said.
"Petty Gryffindors," she mumbled.
"You're the petty one. You're bleeding, beaten up, and acting all depressed, so okay don't know who the bloody hell you're calling petty."
"True," she smiled. "Where are you from?"
"France," I replied. "Beauxbatons."
"Pretty Princess, eh?" She joked.
"If pretty princesses talk back constantly and set of dungbombs in Etiquette class, then yes, I am very much a pretty princess," I smiled. She laughed and pointed right.
"So, um, what happened between you and Sirius to hate each other so much?"
"I don't even know anymore. Mother always put me in charge when I was alone with Sirius and Walburga's youngest, Regulus, when we were waaay younger and and I just got really fed up with Sirius trying to be the oldest. Like, Walburga liked me more than my own mother did, so I guess I liked the praise of being the best cousin slash niece," she shrugged. "Why do you care?"
"I was just wondering."
"If you want to survive at Hogwarts, I'd suggest you learn to keep your nose out of other peoples history. Sometimes it's best if you don't know what people have gone through."
And with that, I was left alone in the hallway.

Lost. That's what I was. I was lost in one of the biggest wizarding schools in the world, and had no idea where I was. I turned the corner, and my view was completely black, and my mouth was covered. I kicked and punched at whatever had me, but it was useless. Whoever had me wasn't letting me go any time soon.
"Calm the bloody hell down," a masculine voice said to me. It wasn't in a rude tone as much as in a 'let me help you' tone. It still scared me, so I continued my previous actions.
"Can you calm down for a little while so I can talk to you?" He snapped. He removed his hands slowly, and when I opened my eyes, I found myself in an abandoned part of the castle, even though it appeared to be recently cleaned.
"Who are you?" I asked quickly.
"Jordan Hayes. I promise you that this is not—"
"Do you mind telling me why I'm here?"
He sighed and said, "I need a favor. Can I ask you that much?"
"It depends."
"No. There's no 'it depends.' It's a yes no question."
"No—" before I could finish, his fist found my lips, cracking at the impact. "Goddamn can I not have a normal first day of school?"
"Never should you ever say no to me—"
he turned me around and hit me from behind. he grabbed me by my waist with one hand while the other hand wandered aimlessly around the waistband of my skirt.
no no no, this isn't happening.
he jerked my skirt down and i heard myself let out a whimper. what's wrong with you? STOP HIM. but i couldn't move. i couldn't breathe. i couldn't talk or scream or tell him no and i hated myself for it. i could only cry.
then things got worse. every movement he made was sketched into my mind, and i knew that it would forever haunt me. i felt so helpless and if i could just open my fucking mouth it would be over.
my legs started shaking, along with the rest of my body.
"yeah, you like that, babygirl, don't you?" my sobs became more audible and the tears began to pool between the left side of my face and the table under me.
"please," i managed to say.
"please what?" he whispered in my ear. there was no way that this was actually happening. i couldn't find my voice. i could tell him to stop, like i had meant to. i said the first thing that my body would let me say. and he thought i was begging for more.
i couldn't stop shaking. i was trembling and every passing second made the situation worse. i. can't. breathe.
"What the bloody hell are you doing Jordan? Leave her alone!" Another masculine voice said angrily.
"Jackson! what are you doing here? get the hell out, this has nothing to do with you," Jordan said angrily.
"You weren't in potions," he said slowly, eyes narrowed. "Let the girl go. Now. i'm giving you the chance to not get your ass beaten" He added, clearing the entrance to the door.
and he let me go. but i couldn't move. i stood there for what felt like an eternity before i was finally able to pick myself up. the other boy, the one who came in, moved in, but i moved back i pulled my skirt up and ran. i ran like hell. I didn't stop running until I ran into someone, falling to the ground face-first.
