Barry Allen had just finished partially catching up with his sister. They still they alot to talk about. He was had been taking a walk with Iris under a bridge after catching her with her not so secret boyfriend when a car chase had just passed them and he had to dive them out the way before a car could hit them. He had to chase Mardon with his new found abilities only for him to lose the criminal in a huge cloud of fog. Which also resulted in a man dying in a crash shortly after.

Shortly after that he confronted his doctors back at S.T.A.R Labs. Furious that he hadn't been fully informed about the current events. Harrison Wells had began to explain the events of last night's.

"Though we have no way of knowing exactly what or who was exposed. We've been searching for other meta-humans." Harrison explained to the young man before Caitlin told Barry that they were calling them 'Metahumans.'

"I saw one today. He's a bank robber. He can control the weather." Barry explained.

"This just keeps getting cooler." Cisco said excitedly.

"This not cool. Okay, a man died. Mardon must've gotten his powers the same way I did... from the storm cloud. He's still out there! We have to stop him before he hurts anyone else." Barry insisted before heading towards the closet where his suit was.

Wells proceeded to insist that it was a job for the police. As the two men were arguing. Caitlin remembered something from a month before.

"There might be someone else." Caitlin spoke up as Barry was storming out making him stop in the archway.

"What do you mean?" Cisco asked the girl.

"About a month ago, Hanna and Xander were spending the weekend at my place and they were watching the news. This was about a week after this press conference had happened and it was still being broadcasted. This team of well vigilantes had prevented this nuclear explosion and the mayor had thanked them." Caitlin explain before turning towards one if the monitors and quickly typing in something. "It happened at a park in the city and one of the eye witnesses caught this." Caitlin said before pressing a key on the keyboard.

A video popped up of 8 out of the 14 Allegiance members holding hands in a circle. It looked like they were in the centre of a hurricane that wasn't growing the wind just picked up and it looked like it was growing taller and in the centre of it all something was glowing. They were all suited up and were holding on for dear life. The video ended after a few seconds with only the pulsing light and strong wind.

"Not that many people have seen them in action but since the mayor did that press conference everyone in the city knows about that they exist." Caitlin informed the group.

"Do we know anything else about them?" Wells asked the girl.

"Nope, nothing." Caitlin answered.

"Then, for now. We have to consider them as a threat." Wells told the group who nodded in understanding.

he rest of the day had gone quickly for most. Cassie's little reunion with Barry went well as she returned back to the cabin. Luisa and Bailey had left and it was empty now. She had been training down in the Bunker for a few hours when the whole Bunker started flashing red lights meaning that something was going on. There was a building not too far from the barn that all if this was happening in. Nowadays they would use satellites to track any metahuman activity in the city. She quickly hacked into the camera, something Emaline had taught the girl. She watches as the Hurricane grows bigger but something was running around it. A blur. A red one.  She was tempted to call the team but they went away when she saw that the hurricane was gone, the fast breeze had slowed down and all you could see was dust and leaves hovering above the ground, slowly falling.

"What the hell?" She said before clicking out of the live footage.

She quickly called the rest of the team and with 10 minutes they were all sitting in the brief room.

"Why do you call us here, after this huge hurricane happens?"

"Someone else was there." Cassie explained.

"What do you mean by 'someone else was there?" Venus questioned

"This blur thing is the thing that stopped the Hurricane before it became fatal."

"This would be the first meta we've seen that isn't hell bent on hurting people in this city or anywhere for that matter." Leo pointed out.

"So what's our strategy?" Jake asked the group who just turned to him with confused looks. "Theres a new meta in town who we haven't got any information on. We need to do something."

"Jake's right. We need to do something." Emaline said.

"Maybe for now it's best we just watch our backs, do what we always do. If he ever gets in our way then we'll deal with him." Cassie suggested, everyone agreed.

I'm sorry for the hiatus
But I've gotten more motivation for this series.
I've also made some changes that I'll be announcing soon
One of which is Valerie had twins instead of 1 daughter.
