MARVEL DROPS TRAILER FOR THE NEXT SERIES OF PHASE 4

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is set to release another series in their phase 4 roster.

Staring Keabetswe Mokwena as the leading heroine Jamila Stevens, Nathalie Emmanuel as Jasmine Stevens, Michael B Jordan returning as Erik Kilmonger, Sofia Wylie as Nala Stevens, Xolo Maridueña and Dara Reneé as Fernando Gomez and Davina Robinson, Jasmine Guy as Lindiwe Stevens, Madison Bailey as Gioia De Niro, Chloe Bailey as Magdalena Miller, Marsai Martin playing Halle DallaRosa and Coco Jones and Jonathan Daviss playing the twins Cleo and Marcel DallaRosa.

Filming began in early November of 2020 and concluded mid March this year. November and December the cast spent in Atlanta but for the remaining 3 months the group of actors flew down to Johanesburg, South Africa to film the remaining scenes for this season.

Season 1 ( yes Marvel has confirmed the development of season 2 ) is set to follow Jamila returning to her home country accompanied by her friends, Davina and Fernando because of a family emergency that leads to the 25 year old discovering the truth about her families demise.

The sound of heals hitting the ground can be heard as the black screen fades into a kitchen. Jamila's hands close a tap while the sound of pots and pans being put away can be heard in the background. The girl dries her hands with a towel before the screen moves and shows Davina standing to the right of Fernando, who is in the middle and Jamila walks and joins the two by the man's left. The three wear looks of pride as they look upon the sparkling clean kitchen before walking out.

Fernando runs in front of the women, turns to the two and begins to walk backwards.

"Can we please go for a celebratory dinner?" Fernando begs as the three walk through the empty foyer.

"Fernando we've been going for celebratory dinners almost every week this year because of you." Jamila says

While Fernando swivels around and joins Jamila by her left before the trio walk up a set of stairs.

"The centre has been doing extremely well these past few months. The government is happy with us, our suppliers have been on time and a lot of people have been getting better which is worthy of a celebratory dinner." Davina pointed out making Jamila let out a sigh.

"How about tomorrow? Big fancy dinner at a restaurant with way to many forks. My treat? I'm to tired today." Jamila suggests as they reach the entrance.

"That is fantastic and I will see you two lovely women in this spot in ten minutes?"

The two girls nod before Fernando skips down the hall towards his office while whistling a tune. The two women turn to each other with a smile before walking towards their individual offices.

The screen shows Jamila entering her office. The camera trail across the girls desk. A few papers are on the desk along with some pens and pencils. The camera moves up slightly to a picture of the Stevens family.

In the picture Jamila and Nala ( who were very young at the time ) are sitting on their mothers lap who sat in between her husbands legs. Eriks arms wrapped around the woman's waist and his lips smooshed against her cheek, the woman wears a big smile while the two young girls in her lap where smiles as well.

The camera moves to Jamila pressing a button on the telephone on her desk.

"You have one voice mail." The phone says before she presses another button.

Jamila begins to close the blinds when she freezes at the sound of the voice.

"Jamila." Her grandmothers voice says making the girl turn towards the phone.

*marvel logo starts*

"I don't know if you'll hear this. I mean who uses voice mails anymore? But I need you to listen. I'm not sick...if that's what you're wondering. But I think our family is."

*marvel logo finishes*
*some sort of trailer song plays in the background idk which one*

The screen shifts to Jamila, Fernando and Davina sitting in the living room of Jamila's apartment. Jamila holds her phone in her hand as the voicemail plays.

"I'm really worried that your sister and I may be next. I can't explain much over the phone so please come home the moment you can." The voicemail ends

The three each wear a worried look.

*screen goes black*

Then shows the said trio at the door of the Stevens household. Lindiwe opens the door and a look of relief washes over her face.

"Hi gogo." Jamila greets with a teary look in her eyes

The woman pulls her granddaughter into a tight hug, the girl hugs back.

*THIS SEPTEMBER written in purple and gold in front of a black background shows*

Screen shows the text of a missing persons flyer being put on a window.

"Over the past couple months-" Lindiwe says.

A group of 6 people exit a swarm of green magic and walk towards a house in a neighbourhood. Each person is dressed like a soldier, each have a high tech gun and are wearing a mask of a similar making. The person ( Magdalena ) leading has a black mask and has black and purple dreads that are tied into a high bun. They march towards the house before the said person kicks down the door.

"Our family has been disappearing-"

The screen shows Nala on a sports field in her school, (other students walking about) in her hockey gear getting a sip of water when she makes eye contact with Magdalena who is standing by a tree. She leans against it and (wearing dark purple high waist pants, a black halter neck top, silver hoops and black boots with her hair in two Dutch braids ) waved to the girl with a smirk who hesitantly waves back.

"One-"

Magdalena and this other woman with brown wavy hair and highlights, chase Jamila's relatives through their home.

"By-"

The said woman throwing a ball of green magic at one of Jamila's other relatives who dodges it, hitting a lamps instead.

"One."

The screen shows the worried looks of Jamila, Davina and Fernando who are now sitting on the sofa in the Stevens house.

"We're the only ones left." Lindiwe says.

*MARVEL STUDIOS PRESENTS*

"Do you really believe-" Magdalena speaks.

The trio dressed in formal attire walk down a hallway.

"That they've told you everything-

Jamila ( in the same formal attire ) and Gioia ( also in formal attire) getting cover from soldiers who are shooting at them.

"But one thing-"

Jamila fighting the mentioned second woman before getting thrown into a cool drink freezer at a store by the same green energy.

"I can promise you-"

Jamila and Nala clinking their ice cream cups together as they sit in a car.

"Is that they've been lying to you-"

An explosion is shown. One person to the left who is closer to the blast and another person to the right who is further from the blast but both being thrown by the blast.

"From the moment you met them."

Magdalena finishes as she emerges from the darkness and shows her face with a smirk. She is sitting across Jamila on a metal table, who looks irritated.

*JAMILA STEVENS LOGO*

screen goes black before changing to the trio in a car following a truck.

"Hear take the wheel." Jamila says to Fernando

Before climbing to the back seats of the car making the car swerve as Fernando climbs from the passenger seat to the drivers seat.

"I don't know how to drive in this country!?" He screams in a panic as Jamila gets a few gadgets from under the seat.

"Yeah neither of us do." Davina pointed out.

"You two have also been juggling a job at Stark Industries and The Kind Givings Community Centre for the past five years. You'll figure this out." Jamila assured

She attaches two battons onto a strap on her back and opening the sunroof.

The moment it's open she climbs through it and balances on the roof as Fernando mumbles to himself in Spanish.

Jamila throws a gadget onto the truck in front of them.

"Maldita sea! Jamila!" Fernando yells

Him and Davina look up at their friend who salutes them before jumping onto the truck.

"This isn't gonna end well." Davina says
