okay so who's ready for something that i should not have been triggered by but i was anyWAY. it's so dumb how upset i got over this-

look how plain this font is. I SOUND RIDICULOUS BUT.

the end credits are usually so bright and colourful and stylised perfectly for the film, take black panther, for example, the most beautiful end credit sequence evEr.

just look at that!! ITS SO BEAUTIFUL. and with my favourites kendrick and sza providing the theme tune? PERFECT.

but at the end of infinity war? it was so blunt and tragic and stabbed me in my already broken heart. i was already sobbing and that bloody HEART WRENCHING theme was overwhelming me, and the screen was just so dim, and dull. all the hope and happiness had been sucked out of the room.

before we went into infinity war, we had to wait outside the cinema screen for a couple of minutes before we could go in. the audience before us started to file out and they were deathly quiet. in hindsight, i should have taken it as a sign that nothing good was going to come from this film, but i didn't. i went in with too much hope.
