"You have some explaining to do.." Yamaguchi said as he burst into Hanamaki's room. Tomoda was standing behind him, his facial expression was unreadable.

"Explain what?" Hanamaki threw on a dumb smile, hiding his phone in his back pocket.

"We got news that you were out with the bitch today? Did we not talk enough? After all that he's done, you still hang out with him!?" Yamaguchi half-yelled, he was fuming with anger.

"That wasn't pleasant news..." Tomoda spoke, there was clear hurt in his voice. At that moment Hanamaki felt guilt, but... what's wrong with reconnecting with someone?

"He tutored me.." Hanamaki said, but Yamaguchi just scoffed at his words.

"Tutor?! You have a boyfriend who is at the top of his major and you need some stupid nobody to tutor you?!" Yamaguchi felt Tomoda place a hand on his shoulder, he gestured Yamaguchi to calm down and to let him talk to Hanamaki one on one.

Yamaguchi left the two alone, but Makki couldn't maintain eye contact. Tomoda was handsome, smart and nice - hurting him would be a crime at this point. He took a better look at him, it almost reminded him why he fell for him in the first place. Fluffy chestnut hair, long enough to tie into a little ponytail, he had a perfectly sculpted face and amber eyes, tall, fit and extremely charming.

Yes, he was there when Hanamaki needed someone the most.... yet, the image of Mattsun kept flashing before his eyes, his dark hair and defined jawline, his dark yet alluring, bewitching and seductive eyes, his lips which he licked every so often...

No, no, no. How could he think that with Tomoda in front of him?!

"I'm not mad, Takahiro", Tomoda spoke, his voice was that of  a perfect tenor, "I know you wished to talk to him again. Just tell me next time, okay?"

He walked closer to Hanamaki and pulled him into his embrace. "I love you a lot and wish you to be happy", he whispered. Hanamaki could practically hear his heart being torn in two, as he managed to muster up a quiet "I love you too...."
