"It's not true, is it?". Hoseok asks Jimin as he walks over to where he, Yoongi, Taehyung, Seokjin and Namjoon are standing. 

"What?".

"The article about you and Jungkook. I thought you hated each other.".

Jimin groans.

"Yeah, it was just a stupid... accident.".

Seokjin raises an eyebrow.

"So that picture is the reason you hung up on me?".

"Fuck you, don't tell me you're still salty about that.".

Yoongi laughs.

"So, how's Kook doing? Last time I saw him was at MMA's.".

"Why was Jungkook at a music show?". Taehyung asks curiously.

"To cheer me on, don't get your hopes up. He's going to be single for the rest of his life, by the way it's looking.".  Jimin scoffs.

"No shit. And I don't want to talk about him, ugh. Uh, Yoongi, Hoseok, wasn't it your anniversary yesterday?".

"Stop trying to change the subject.". Hoseok tells him. "I know you're just salty because you had a scandal with him, as if you're not totally in love with him".

"Excuse you?! I am not in love with that crusty ass straggot-".

"Jimin, you're, like, Draco Malfoy level obsessed with him.". Taehyung says, trying not to laugh as Jimin glares, running a hand through his hair angrily.

"Okay, and? It's because I hate him.".

"You hate him, but you also want him to dick you down.". Namjoon says, to which Jimin glares at him.

"I'm unfollowing you and removing you from all my tags and telling your fans that you pissed your pants when you auditioned to be a trainee.".

Namjoon gasps.

"You would never.".

"I'll leak your 2013 search history too, bitch.".

"That's just evil." Seokjin says. "Count me in.".

"What's evil?". Jungkook asks, giving Taehyung a quick hug, but the smile disappears from his face once he sees Jimin. "Never mind, I'll just-".

"Yeah, you should go.". Jimin snaps, and Seokjin snickers.

Usually, Jungkook would love Seokjin, but when he's with Jimin and Taehyung the three turn into this Mean Girls archetype trio, and even if they completely disagree with the other's opinions they'll still laugh and compliment their insults. A nightmare, really. Even their matching Chanel earrings and crop tops makes Jungkook want to throw up. They clearly coordinated their outfits today, Jimin in soft pastel pink, Taehyung in pastel blue and Seokjin in lilac.

They remind him of those three from Mean Girls, Jimin's Regina George the terrible, bitchy, rich, blonde queen Bee, Seokjin is Gretchen Wieners with even richer parents and tea on everyone in the industry, it's even rumored he carries around a notebook with the gossip that he shares with his best friends and Taehyung, his best friend Taehyung whom Jimin probably only invited to his little clique to piss Jungkook off but ended up adoring him, is definitely Karen Smith. Dumb, gorgeous and slutty.

"Oh, shut up, Jimin, let him stay.". Taehyung chides.

"Ugh, it's fine. But that's with your outfits, Jesus, I'm getting a headache just looking at you.".

Taehyun scoffs.

"Rude. I'm sorry that we're not stuck in 2016 with black skinny jeans and combat boots.".

"I know, right?". Seokjin agrees. "It's 2021, get over yourself, Kook.".

"Am I the only one that's scared of them when they're like this?". Yoongi whispers, and Hoseok laughs.

"Nope, you're not the only one.". Namjoon says.

"Good to know.".
"Okay, anyways-". Jimin starts. "Namjoon, Seokjin, how was filming yesterday?".

They both share a look, Namjoon coughs and Seokjin grins.

"It was great, actually!". He answers.

"Fun. Kind of awkward, but fun.".

Jungkook raises an eyebrow with a smirk, at the same time that Jimin snickers.

"Fun?". They both ask, then glare at each other until Jimin rolls his eyes and clears his throat.

"Anyways.". He says, just as Jungkook coughs and tells Namjoon to elaborate. Hoseok covers his mouth, trying to hide the fact that he's laughing at the way Jimin and Jungkook both glare at each other, clearly not as bemused by the situation as the rest of them.

"Can you not?". Jimin asks. "I'm trying to have a conversation with my friends, and I don't remember inviting you here.".

"Huh?! They're my friends, too!".

"Didn't expect them to do charity work, wow. Nevermind, then.".

"Charity work?!".

"Oh, you know, supporting rookies and all, I get it.".

"I've been in the industry for four years already, Jimin. Only one year less than you.".

"And what looks like ten less years of knowledge, huh?".

Jungkook resist the urge to slap him across the face, wipe off that stupid, smug smirk and clenches his fists instead.

"Is this seriously about yesterday? Like, I'm sorry that I'm not like you and pretend to adore my fans while talking shit about them and wanting to sacrifice everything I own just for fucking money and clout-".

"Whoa, guys, play nice.". Yoongi reminds them, and Hoseok shoots him a thankful look.

"Jungkook, go change, we can shoot your scene earlier, and Jimin, uh, didn't your manager tell you two that you're supposed to at least act like you don't hate each other? Stop picking fights.".

"I'm not-".

"Jimin.".

Jimin huffs, rolling his eyes angrily and glares at Jungkook.

"Whatever, have fun or whatever. Basta-".

"Jimin.". Taehyung chides.

"Mhm, you too!". Jungkook responds with a smile mirroring Jimin's usual sweet, innocent smile. "Have fun at whatever publicity stunt you're pulling to be trending on Twitter again!".

"Wait, Namjoon!". Jimin stops Namjoon in front of the coffee truck that one of his friends ordered for him, perks of having rich friends, of course.

"Yeah?".

"So, you and Jin, huh?".
Namjoon pauses.

"What?".
"What's going on between y'all?".
Namjoon freezes again.

"Uh... nothing?".
"Please, don't act like that. You're as obvious as Yoongi and Hoseok on their Instagram.".
"I-".
"You know you can tell me anything, right? Does the great Kim Namjooon, formerly known as Rap Monster and saviour of rap-".

"Min, I'm going to need you to shut up.".
Jimin laughs shamelessly, leaning  against the truck.

"You have a crush.".

"I never-".

"It wasn't a question. it was a statement. You have a crush on Kim Seokjin.".

"Okay what the fuck, brought you to that conclusion?".

Jimin clears his throat.

"Alright. Firstly, Hoseok showed me how filming yesterday went, and I could feel the sexual tension through the screen. Secondly, the two of you have been flirting at events, ameet-ups, dm's and award shows for years.".

"Flirting? We never flirted.".

Jimin laughs, hitting Namjoon's shoulder.

"Don't tell me complimenting each other back and forth and "accidentally" brushing against each other all the time isn't flirting. Thirdly, you cried when there was a rumour that he was dating Jisoo.".

"Tears of happiness.". Namjoon responds. "They would have made a beautiful couple.".

"Bullshit. Four, you reread his texts all the time and act like you got caught watching porn when someone asks you what you're doing.".

"When I got caught watching porn, my reaction was very different, thank you very much.".

Jimin's jaw drops.

"You're not even trying to deny it at this point.".

"Just go get ready for filming, Jimin.".

"Mhm, fine.". Jimin rolls his eyes and blows him a kiss before strutting off. "Have fun fantasizing about your crush!".
