in the meantime, preparations are underway. not just for the selected's arrival, but for the arrival of the foreign selecting prince. the two future kings already dislike each other, creating tension among the palace as his arrival draws closer.

the queen is rather stressed as she still is trying to keep the family peaceful, but the twins are not excited nor thrilled to be put through this event

the king with his treaties and papers galore needs this selection to go off without a hitch, hoping to draw an alliance between two countries. but with the threat of foreign spies within the palace walls, every ones security is at risk.
