"i was so worried about you, i shouldn't of let you off by yourself, you had nothing to defend yourself. I'm so so sorry i'm just so happy you came back to me."

he was so big and warm, you didn't want to leave him embrace. His hand was running through your hair, calming you even more. it seemed he didn't want to let you go, but as soon as you started
squirming he did. however he still had a hold of your arm.

"you're not mad are you?"

"mad? heavens no i could never. I thought you would understand that since the last time i saw you."

he said, his voice was so soft. it was like if it was slightly too loud you would run away.

oh yes.. when he said he loved me. Man he made it confusing for me. maybe i should just be like senku, say emotions are irrational. i couldn't do that to myself, i love tsukasa, but i love senku. I loved ryusui but i think i love ukyo. there's so many people that i love i can't do this.

"I was so lonely... i missed you."

"i know. don't worry now (y/n). you're here now. You'll be treated like a queen here, never having to life a finger if you don't want to. I will do anything in my power to get you whatever you want. just please... stay with me."

he stroked your hair gently. kissing your forehead.

"let's have a party!"

"a party? if that's what you wish, who would you like to go?"

Tsukasa's smiled softly, he looked so happy to have his best friend back.

"Everyone here! i went to meet everyone it would be so fun. and plus it will boost moral here."

you said, with a slight giggle.

"i'm glad you're still playful. I'll get hyoga to show you around. the party will happen tonight."

on cue hyoga came in.

"just the man i needed. can you show my dear (y/n) around."

dear (y/n)? he's being so sweet... i missed this so much.

you thought with a blush. you could feel hyoga got a bit frustrated, at the 'dear' comment.

"of course Tsukasa. Come with me (y/n)."

"Alright! bye Tsukasa, i'll see you soon."

you said, walking over to hyoga as he leads you out.

i don't want to let her go. What if she leaves again, i'll have to put ukyo, and hyoga on guard tonight. i'll have her sleep in my room too.

"(y/n)! we're back with the alcohol. let's make that cure now!"

senku yelled out for the girl, but no response.

"maybe something happened to her! we need to look now."

kohaku said getting ready to run after you.

"it's no use, kohaku."

gen said refusing to look at anyone.

"HUH WHAT DO YOU MEAN DID YOU KILL HER OR SOMETHING?! THATS MY GIRLFRIEND!!"

ginro said shaking the boy, going manic at the mentalist.

"SHE'S NOT YOUR GIRLFRIEND GINRO STOP BEING DELUSIONAL. BUT WHAT DO YOU MEAN GEN WHERE IS SHE??"

chrome yelled at ginro and gen. everyone was yelling.

"she's with tsukasa."

Came out of everyone's mouths, then yelling again, what's, why's, where's.

"i'll explain to everyone but i need to speak to senku."

"so this is where everyone sleeps, and over there is where we all eat."

"woah.. where will i get to sleep? these all look so cool! i wanna decorate with something."

you ask hyoga, filled with joy. this time you get to be around more than 6 people all the time.

"you're quite dainty. so you'll probably be sleeping in the same quarters as Tsukasa and I. The men here are quite... brutish."

"ah i see."

omg omg, quarters? does that mean i'll be on one of their rooms or my own? i'll probably die if i sleep in the same bed as one of them i'll probably die.

you thought with a slight blush on your face. you didn't even notice the blonde come up to the two of you.

"Hyoooooga!! do you know where Tsukasa is? oh! who is this girl? are you two dating. you'd look so cute, especially with your (whatever height difference)!"

"don't be absurd minami. and no Tsukasa is busy go bother someone else."

he said coldly. The girl, who's name you learnt is minami sulked in response.

"he never has time for me... anyway, anyway what's your girlfriends name?"

"once again, not my girlfriend. And her name is (y/n)."

"hey! yeah my name is (y/n). it's nice to meet you, you're so pretty!!"

this comment took the blonde aback. she usually only got these comments from men. So this coming from a girl was a shock.

"t-thanks! you're so pretty too. And i don't mean to pry but if you're not dating hyoga here, who are you dating?"

dating. she shouldn't be dating anyone. And right after she said (y/n) and i would look nice together.

"oh no no no im not dating anyone..."

"hm. i see well tell me when you are! i'll give you a bunch of tips."

minami said, waving the two of you bye.

SHE SAID I LOOKED CUTE WITH HYOGA?! AH! If only it was ukyo though... hyoga is really cold and doesn't compliment me. so maybe he hates me.

"do you think we look cute together.. actually nevermind i don't care."

hyoga says walking off.

"I think we do!"

you yelled out loud enough for him to hear. he stopped in his tracks but he did not look at you.

later on you're walking around. looking at everything. it was honestly a bit scary. everyone looked bigger and stronger than you. that was until you spotted some familiar hair.

"TAIJU!!"

you yelled out to the brunette boy. he turned around in the direction with the most confused face ever. which then melted into the biggest smile you've ever seen.

"(Y/N)!!"

"TAIJU!!"

you two ran into each other's arms. entering another warm embrace for the day.

"(Y/N), YUZURIHA AND I HAVE MISSED YOU SO MUCH!! wait.. WHY ARE YOU HERE?!"

"it's a bit of a long story but short at the same time. i'll tell you another time."

you said letting go of the boy. he looked like such a golden retriever.

"OKAY! WAIT SO WHAT JOB DO YOU HAVE? ILL VISIT YOU AFTER IM DONE MY WORK."

"uhh i don't have one yet i just got here. but i'll visit you at that hang out place in front of all the rooms!"

"ALRIGHT ILL SEE YOU SOON! ILL GET A SCOLDING IF I DONT STOP WORKING."

he then ran off to go back to whatever he was going.

maybe i should talk to tsukasa about working as a doctor here or something.

back with senku, he was struggling to make the cure. It's not that it was hard to do or anything. in civilisation he could do all of this in his sleep, while doing 50 other experiments. however in society, (y/n) wouldn't be with a murder by herself. he couldn't help but worry about the doctor. He liked to think that it was because you were a valuable asset and that's it. but it was deeper than that. he didn't want to say it. but he might even miss you.

there's never a time since the two of you met in the library, that he wouldn't be able to access you in some way.

it's been so long since to two of you were apart. even in this stone age, he woke up with you there. His dad going to the moon, you were there. when bullies broke his experiments, you were there. God you must of been the emotional support he always had that he thought he didn't need.

senku truly did miss you.

"senku, buddy are you good?"

chrome asked, holding multiple test tubes.

"yeah of course, why wouldn't i. i'm a scientist after all."

"so you wanna work as a doctor basically?"

"yep! i wanna do something around here instead of laying around all day."

"huh? why not just keep me company all day? you wouldn't have to sit in a room all day by yourself, waiting for someone to injure themselves."

Tsukasa said, as he began sharpening his spears.

"i guess you're right.. it would be fine if i just went to them while they were injured."

the brunette just hummed in response. the two of you sat in silence for a bit while you looked around his room. You got to his bed, deciding to sit on it you felt his blankets.

"AH THESE ARE SO SOFT!! WHO MADE THIS TELL THEM I LOVE THEM OMG."

you snuggled up under all the covers, in utter bliss.

"you may sleep there if you wish. i will find another room for myself."

"WHAT?! NO NO I CAN'T STEAL YOUR BED FROM YOU. THATS SO MEAN OF ME!! JUST SHARE LIKE WE DID WHEN WE WERE YOUNGER."

you then realised what you said.

share a bed...

we're almost adults. and i'm suggesting that. what the fuck do i do with myself. I could've just said no and slept in a different room.

"oh? you still remember when we used to share your bed..."

"of course i do! it was practically everyday, god i had to hold myself back from killing your mum sometimes."

"haha you're telling me. yours weren't any better."

(sorry if you have good parents i love them and i'm sure they're amazing.)

"at least we were together."

the male nodded at you. putting his spear he got up.

"you've changed a bit. you're more patient than before, and you're calmer, what happened?"

"hm? i guess i know what you mean. I guess being alone matured me a bit. why? do you not like me anymore..."

"not at all. When i said i loved you at our last encounter as the springs, i hope you know i meant it; i just want you to know that and think about it."

you nodded. You had almost completely forgetting about him professing his love to you after he has killed your best friend.   honestly was the time ever.

"i will don't worry."

"im glad. also you should get ready for the party my dear."
