Bhavya nervously stood in the Oberoi Mansion's modern kitchen, clutching her mother's treasured recipe book. Today was the day she'd cook her first meal in her new home, for her husband and their family.

As she scanned the ingredients, her mind raced with memories of their wedding day. Rudra's warm smile, his promises of forever, and their ups and downs during the wedding, it was such a adventurous wedding.

"Bhavya, what's cooking?" Rudra asked entering inside the kitchen scaring her a bit.

"Surprise!" Bhavya replied, trying to sound confident.

"Nervous?" He asked and she nodded. "Police wali ho kisi ko tumhare haath kaa khana pasand nhi aaya toh arrest karlena." He jocked trying to calm her and she chuckled.

"Rudy yaar, go and let me cook!" She pushed him out of the kitchen. "Accha accha yeh lo." He said giving her a chit. "Yeh kya hai?"

"Rudy special halwa recipe." He replied winking at her. "Rudy go!" He heard her saying and he chuckled leaving her alone.

"Arey bhyi bhavya kaha hai aaj toh uski first Rasois thi naa?" Pinky asked curiously and smiling.

"Sorry! Sorry! Actually pehle sirf khud ke liye khana banati thi toh adat nhi thi itne logo kaa khana banane ki isliye time lag gya." Bhavya said politely.

"It's okay bhavya no worries!" Jahnavi said smiling at her.

"Toh kya banaya hai humari nayi bahu ne? Surprise hai?" Pinky asked

"I just hope ki kacche andey naa ho!" Tej jocked and the family giggled.

"Tumhe pta hai Bhavya maine na apni pehli rasoi mein na paneer butter masala banaya tha aur shivaay ko itna pasand aaya tha ki woh Sara chatt kargaye the!" Annika said remembering her pehli rasoi.

"True that it was Bhayankarli fantastic." Shivaay said and Annika smacked his arm playfully.

"Agar tum logo ki masti ho gyi ho toh nayi bahu ke haath ka khana hum khale?" Jahnavi asked and they nodded.

"Halwa!" Bhavya said smiling. "Arey wahh! Halwa toh hume bohut pasand hai!" Gauri said in excitement clapping her hands.

Bhavya carefully placed the steaming halwa dish on the dining table, garnished with chopped nuts and a sprinkle of cardamom. The aroma wafted through the air, enticing everyone's senses. She served them all and looked at them nervously, hoping that they would like her cooking

"Maine Jo recipe di thi ussi se banaya hai naa halwa?" Rudy asked in her ear. "Arey nahi nahi, pagal ho kya?" Bhavya replied her eyes still on the family waiting for their reactions.

"Fir toh bilkul accha nhi bana hoga halwa!" She glared at rudra and hit his chest softly.

"Halwa bohut hi swaad hai!"  Jahnavi said and all agreed.

"Wow, Bhavya! You're an amazing cook!" Omkara exclaimed.

Gauri nodded in agreement.

Shivaay smiled. "It's amazing bhavya!"

Annika exclamed. "Ekdam khidkitodh halwa hai!"

The elders gave her the Shagun.

As they savored the halwa, Rudra's eyes locked onto Bhavya's. "This is the best halwa I've ever had. You're the best!"

Bhavya's cheeks flushed, her heart overflowing.

"Family tradition," she said, smiling. "My mother taught me."

"I'm really glad bhavya ki tumhari cooking annika jesi nhi hai." Shivaay teased Annika.

"Aap na meri cooking se jalte hai." Annika defended herself. "Nahi, tumhari cooking mein nhi khana jalta hai." He said and she showed him a butter knife. "Sajanwa beri hue humar, eyes se water ki hui bauchhar!"

The evening filled with laughter, love, and the warmth of shared moments.

"Holo jitna khush hona oberois kyunki iske baad toh tumhe Rona hi hai." A person smirked glaring at the happy Oberoi Family.

"Rudy aapko maine kitne baar bola hai gila towel bed pr mat rakha kijiye." She said thinking it to be Rudy behind her. "Mere devar ko abhi se dantna shuru kardiya na tumne!" Annika said giggling.

"Arrey bhabhi aaiye naa!" Bhavya said smiling at her bhabhi.

Annika hugged her chhoti devrani with so much of love. "Tujhe pta hai Bhavya maine aur gauri ne ek dusre se ek promise Kiya tha ki apni Bhavya ko kabhi woh sehne nhi denge Jo humne saha oberoi bahu banane ke liye. Hum tumhe humesha protect karenge" Annika had tears in her eyes by now.

"Par jab veer ne tumhari jagah Soumya ko mandap par bheja toh i thought I failed my promise i couldn't keep my promise. I'm so sorry!" Annika said and bhavya nodded in no.

"Bhabhi kesi baate kar rhi hai aapki wajah se toh aaj mein aur Rudra ek saath hai aur khush hai." Bhavya cleaned her tears and hugged her.

"You are the best bhabhi!" Rudra said joining the hug as he had heard their conversation. "And I'm sure you'll always protect us and our relationship!" Rudra continued.

"Bhabhi aap sirf humari jethani nhi hai humari badi behen hai. Aap kabhi apne zehan mein yeh baat bhi mat Lana ki aap hume protect nhi kar payi!" Annika was overwhelmed and kissed her devrani's forehead.

"Rudy agar humari chhoti behen ko tang kiya na toh bohut maar khayega mummy Kasam." Annika said in her Kumari Rosie Rani accent and they all laughed cherishing the moment.

"Omkara ji, hume aapse kuch baat karni thi." Gauri asked nervously looking at her husband who was working on his pending art work.
