According to Master Yoda, I was just a newborn baby when Master Yoda found me at the entrance of the Jedi temple. It was a cold night on the busy planet of Coruscant. 
I was wrapped in blankets and placed in a small basket crying.

There was no sight of my parents or anyone who took care of me, abandoned and alone. I was an orphan.

Master Yoda felt compassion for me, he took me inside the temple and tried to calm down my crying.

Master Yoda sense the force in me, it was strong and pure, it took him by surprise, he took me in and presented me to the Jedi Council. All the Jedi Masters agreed to raise me as their own to make me a Jedi.

Growing up, Master Yoda never left my side, he became my father figure, and he took care of me as a baby, feeding me and giving me love and affection. He raised me as his own daughter.

He named me Giselle.

Giselle Kalyan.

I started to be trained at 5 years old with other younglings with me. Master Mace Windu thought us how to use the Force and how to control it. Always use the Light Side of the Force.

Always fear the dark side and the Sith.

I constructed my lightsaber by gaining my Kyber crystal. When I first activated my lightsaber. I expected the color to be blue or green. They were very common colors. I didn't want to be special as everyone.

Everyone already made fun of me by how Master Yoda was very protective and soft for me. I didn't want to be the target of pranks for the rest of the padawans anymore.

As I activated the lightsaber, the color was Purple. All of my friends stared at me in shock. Everyone begins to mutter and whisper about me. They thought things about me.

The whole Jedi temple begins to spread gossip and rumors about my lightsaber. I think they were just jealous of how I had a different lightsaber color than they had. Many begin to make fun of me and insult me.
I ignored them and continued my training.

But still, all the drama lead me to feel bad about myself, I wanted to fit in with everyone. Sometimes I hated myself. I thought I could never be friends with anyone.

Lucky for me, Master Yoda cheered me up.

Master Yoda smiled at me though, he was very proud of me, and he told me to not be afraid of who I was. I studied more about the color of my lightsaber. I was determined to become more confident within myself.

The purple color of a lightsaber meant nobility and wisdom, according to the Sacred Jedi legend textbooks. But it also meant reconstruction and uncertainty, which I couldn't understand it.

I spoke to Master Windu, he had the same exact lightsaber color as me, he told me all the meanings behind the purple lightsaber, it was extremely rare to find it.

Perhaps the Force thought I was special.

But I was a total freak.

As I grew older by age 7, I made a new friend in the temple, her name was Ahsoka Tano.

Ahsoka is a Togruta woman from the planet Shili, she was rescued by Master Plo Koon, who brought her to the Jedi temple when she was a child. She's was about 4 years old when I met her.

She and I instantly became good friends, we both trained together with lessons from Master Plo Koon. She was a smart learner and a talented warrior. 

She had a very kind heart.

Ahsoka was always trying to prevent me to stay out of trouble, but It was hard, I mostly caused lots of accidents during our training.

Moving objects with the force too hard was difficult, I end up breaking down objects.

Pull silly pranks to the Jedi Masters around the temple.

Not going to class training due to sleeping late.

All those mischiefs lead me to be in trouble.

I've been grounded lots of times by the whole Jedi Council. But I was used to it, they could never expel me, especially having Master Yoda always defending me.
But he did scold me.

Master Yoda definitely is my father.

What can I say? I was a very naughty girl growing up. A very naughty Jedi.

One day I was training with my lightsaber when I heard some padawans talk nearby hearing they heard how the Chosen one was found.
Master Qui Gon Jinn and Padawan Obi Wan Kenobi found him in the desert planet of Tatooine.

I was about 8 years old when I first saw him.

The Chosen One. The one who will bring balance to the Force. Bring the peace to the Galaxy.

He entered the temple along with Master Qui Gon Jinn and Padawan Obi Wan Kenobi.

He looked about my age, he had blonde hair with soft features in his face. Ocean blue eyes in his face. 
He was dressed in robes that looked very dirty with sand.

As he entered everyone's eyes were in him, we waited for centuries for the Chosen One, and now seeing him made it surprising for the Jedi.

I could tell he looked scared, I sense in the Force he had fear. For himself and for other some reason.

When he noticed me, I smiled gently, I wanted to give him a warm welcoming. He smiled back and continued his way through the temple.

I was very curious to know more of him, I secretly followed the boy while he headed towards the Jedi Council meeting center.

The Master Jinn and Padawan Kenobi entered the meeting first to address the boy to the council.
The boy was left alone waiting in the entrance of the Jedi Council center.

I made my way to him, I wanted to introduce myself to him. He could use a friend around.

"Hi!" I said smiling wide waving to him.

The boy looked at me startled, but he regain posture and smiled.

"Hello, I'm Anakin. Anakin Skywalker," Anakin shook hands with me.

Anakin, that's a very lovely name.

"I'm Gisselle Kalyan, a young Jedi Padawan," I said grinning proudly.

"That's your lightsaber? Can I see it?" Anakin asked excited seeing my lightsaber attached to my belt of my robes.

"Sure, here" I handed my lightsaber to Anakin while he took it in his hands admiring it.

"It's very amazing," Anakin pressed the turn button of my lightsaber and ignited. The purple spark came out surprising Anakin's blue eyes.

"Yeah, and it's a very unique color I guess," I replied blushing.

"It's a very beautiful color, just like you, I mean the color it's very unique," Anakin said playing around with my lightsaber.

He tried to make moves around with the lightsaber, he was a fast learner.

"I'm glad you like the color most people find it weird and unsettling," I answered.

"I love the color, purple somehow suits you, I like it!" Anakin turn off the lightsaber and handed it back to me.

"Thank you, I'm glad I made a new friend like you Anakin," I reply smiling.

"I'm glad I'm friends with the most awesome Jedi!" Anakin replied smiling wide.

I laughed and he laughed too.

"How old are you? You don't seem older than me," Anakin asked.

"I'm 8, turning 9 a few months, you?"

"I'm 9 years old, so I'm older than you!" Anakin laugh.

"Hey no fair!!" I laughed.

I smiled and blushed. We locked our eyes for what seems like forever, his eyes were beyond beautiful.

"So what are you doing in the Jedi temple? Are you going to train like a Jedi?" I asked curious.

"Mr. Qui Gon said he's going to train me to become a Jedi, but he says he needs approbation from the council,"

"So you come from Tatooine, what's it like there?" I asked. I've mostly never leave the planet of Coruscant.

Anakin's smile drop and he looked down. He looked sad.
"It's not very nice there," He replied in a small voice.

I regretted my question, and started to apologize.

"No please don't cry, I'm so sorry, it's all my fault, ugh I'm such a terrible person," I said putting my head down. I really hated myself.

"No it's alright, you're not terrible, it's just Tatooine isn't the best planet that's all," Anakin reassured me. He grabbed my shoulders to make me look at him.

I fixed my eyes to his. I smiled and he smiled back.
Suddenly the council door opened.

Master Qui Gon came out.

"Anakin come inside, the Masters want to meet you," Master Qui Gon replied.

"Alright I'm coming," Anakin replied walking into the door.

"Bye Anakin," I say waving goodbye.

"Bye Giselle, I hope to see you later," Anakin replied waving goodbye and entering the Jedi Council meeting.

I stood there in the entrance of the Council, I knew I had my duties, but I wanted to wait for Anakin.

I can't believe the Chosen one became my friend.
