"𝐀𝐑𝐄 you feeling okay princess?" Johnny asked as he and Stella sat in the doctor's clinic waiting to be seen.

"I'm alright, a little nervous though." Stella said, as she intertwined her hand with Johnny's

"Hey, it's gonna be alright." Johnny reassured as he kissed her temple. "You know I've got your back."

"Stella Walker?" the nurse named Jackie said. "We're ready for you honey."

The couple stood as the nurse led them to the room. After Jackie got Stella's vitals, she left the room, and Johnny held her hand. After waiting for a few minutes, a woman in her late 40's walked in. "Hi, I'm Dr. Montgomery. Nice to meet you both."

"Hi Dr. Montgomery, I'm Stella Walker, and this is my boyfriend, Johnny Lawrence." Stella smiled as she introduced both herself and Johnny to the doctor

"It's a pleasure to meet you both." Dr. Montgomery said as she sat down in front of the couple. "So, Ms. Stella, when did you find out you were pregnant?"

"A couple weeks ago. I was feeling nauseous, I had fatigue, and my period was late, so I just decided to go pick up a pregnancy test." Stella said

Dr. Montgomery nodded as she prepped the sonogram machine, and conversed with the couple. "How have you been doing symptom wise?" she asked as she began Stella's sonogram.

Stella sighed, then spoke. "Vomiting. I don't mean to complain, but I have felt more fatigue than usual."

"That's perfectly normal, but you're a nurse, I don't have to tell you that." Dr. Montgomery smiled, and Stella chuckled. "You're baby is doing excellent. It's the size of a sweet pea, so when you two come back for the next sonogram, it will have grown more."

The couple intertwined their hands, as the image of the tiny growing baby appeared on the monitor, and Johnny kissed her forehead. Stella herself was in awe. All her life, she had dreamed of becoming a mother, and now it was becoming a reality. "Wow." the beautiful brunette said, with a watery smile

"Congratulations, honey." Dr. Montgomery smiled, then stood up. "I'll give you two a moment. I'll be back okay?"

The couple nodded as Dr. Montgomery left, and Stella turned to Johnny who kissed her forehead. "Johnny." she smiled

"Princess, this is bad to say, but I have no idea what I'm looking at here." Johnny said

Stella kissed his hand, then turned to the sonogram machine. "Look at the screen. The tiny little thing on the bottom."

"That's our baby?" Johnny said with a watery smiled as he kissed her forehead

"Yeah, that's our baby." Stella smiled, as she placed a gentle hand over her small bump.

"It's so tiny." Lori smiled as she stared as the sonogram. "I can't believe that's my niece or nephew."

"What are you hoping for?" Carter asked as he wrapped his arm around Lori.

"Honestly, I would be ecstatic if it were a girl." Stella smiled as she sat back on the love seat in Abilene's living room. "I always wanted a daughter growing up."

"I'm gonna say something I regret and agree with Carter and say it's a boy." Kara said as she sipped her tea.

"And what's wrong with agreeing with me?" Carter asked

"Don't even go there." Kara laughed and her sister and best friends laughed as well

"How are you feeling symptom wise?" April asked. "Has the morning sickness subsided?"

"It's subsided a little bit, but it's like I told Dr. Montgomery this morning, I've had fatigue like no other." Stella said

"You know better than anyone, that's gonna pass." April reassured

"She's right hon, and 9 months from now, we'll have a little Stella or Johnny walking around." Amy teased

Stella playfully rolled her eyes as she threw a strawberry at her best friend, who caught it with her mouth. "How are things with Robby and August?" Amy asked

"Oh, so Johnny had them fight. No tournament rules. No mats. Just get it out of their systems." Stella said

"Do we even want to know what happened?" April asked

"You see that old rickety barn out there?" Stella said, as she gestured to the window outside and her best friends nodded. "The fight escalated to the barn up on the loft."

"Okay first of all, what the fuck? Second of all, that's completely unsafe." Lori said

"You're preaching to the choir here." Stella said. "But as long as they got their issues worked out, it's fine."

"Speaking of, where are August and Robby anyway?" Amy asked

"Oh, August took him to all of the cool rodeo spots around here." Stella said. " I can't wait to hear all their exciting stories."

It was 10:45 pm and Johnny and Stella were getting around for bed as George Jones and Tammy Wynette's Let's Build a World Together played on a low volume. As Stella stood in the ensuite bathroom brushing her long brunette hair, then put it up in a Pamela Anderson updo, Johnny smiled at the sonogram.

"It's so small, yet, so tiny." Johnny smiled as he stared at the sonogram. "Here's the million dollar question, when will it start kicking?"

"Probably not around the second trimester, but each baby is different." Stella smiled as she turned out the light in the bathroom and laid down beside Johnny

"Johnny wrapped his arm  around her, and put his free hand over her small baby bump, then spoke. "You know, if you would have met me back in the 80's, I think you would have liked me better."

Stella gave him a quizzical look, then spoke. "No. I love you. Just the way you are now." she said as she kissed his lips.

"I love you too, princess." Johnny smiled

"Goodnight, Johnny. I'll walk through this world with you." Stella smiled as she began to drift off.

"Goodnight Princess." Johnny smiled as he held her tight. "I'll walk through this world with you as well."
