Chapter ten...
Once Paul had placed (Y/N) in the back sit of the thopter, he got into the pilots chair but not before placing a tender kiss on her forehead who squeezed his waist back, her quarterstaff in her lap.
Paul fired up the aircraft, flicking on all the buttons needed. He started to fly the thopter across the desert, away from the people trying to kill them.
(Y/N) sensed something coming at them, her power coming a bit easier to her now, "There are jet flyers behind us."
Paul flew faster and headed directly into the sand storm.
"God why is the boy I love insane.." (Y/N) muttered to herself, holding on for dear life. Paul heard her mutter and smirked cockily to himself, flying faster at it.
The thopter started beeping, sensing something coming at them. Paul just pushed the lever forward more, going into the sand storm.
"Paul! we're not high enough!" (Y/N) yelled out.
Paul ignored his loves yell and they entered the sand storm, the ship rocking badly in it and getting destroyed by the harsh storm.
Suddenly Paul had let go of the driving lever, pushing it forward and reached out to grasp (Y/N)'s hand who was terrified, his thumb caressing the back of her hand.
The thopter was flying freely in the wind, moving freely and (Y/N) felt it. She felt how it moved with the wind, travelled with it. She closed her eyes and held Paul's hand stronger.
The cloud eventually cleared, the view becoming clear again and Paul had let go of (Y/N)'s hand, grabbing a hold of the levers to fly the aircraft. The trio all had clothes on their faces, covering their mouths.
Paul had a steady grip over the thopter for a while as they flew, and (Y/N) looked out the window seeing the desert again.
Though the helicopter began to free fall out of the sky, spinning and turning.
(Y/N) left out a tiny scream, reaching up to place one of her hands on the roof, flexing her fingers out. She gritted her teeth and forced her energy into helping the aircraft land a bit safer then it was going to.
As she did this it flew in her grasp a little and crashed against the sand, less harder then the group expected thanks to her quick movement.
(Y/N) let out a tired sigh and Paul helped her out of the thopter, cupping her face to check for any scratches, the coldness of his ring made her melt into his touch.
"Good, you're okay." Paul breathed out, grabbing the stuff they needed and took her hand to run towards the rocks, Jessica following close behind.
When they got far up on the rock they stared changing into the stillsuits and after (Y/N) got hers on easily, she took a glance at Paul to see him already looking at her with such strong longing, yearning hazel eyes.
The girl flushed at this, turning back around to help Jessica with her stillsuit.
"You breathe with this," (Y/N) showed her a device that was on the stillsuit and fixed her suit up.
Once the group was finished, they packed everything up and started their journey to find the Fremen.
(Y/N) had her quarterstaff slang over her shoulder again, with a hoodie cloth over her head along with the stillsuits mask covering her mouth.
"Now we have to find the Fremen." Paul told them, voice muffled by his mask.
"Let's go." (Y/N) nodded to the two, gripping her quarterstaff handle on her shoulder and led the group through the caves in the mountains.

The group had stopped for a little while, sitting on rocks and (Y/N) saw Paul stare off into a daze again, not knowing he was seeing her in the vision.
Paul was following (Y/N) down the mountain caves, stopping when she stop at something in a cocoon. A little desert mouse was being brought to life.
The male knelt down to her level, him still being higher than her as they knelt down on the ground watching.
Paul looked down at (Y/N) through his lashes, his cheek brushing up against the top of her head and she looked ahead to the mouse while he did this.
Just as Paul looked back up to the mouse, (Y/N) turned her head towards him, her eyes soft looking at him.
Back in the real world when Paul snapped out of his vision, he grabbed (Y/N)'s gloved hand in his own and started walking again.
The desert became darker as night time was approaching fast, "The sietch, where Duncan lived. Somewhere off the way." Paul told them, holding the present he got from Duncan.
(Y/N) took some binoculars from her bag, looking through them, "I can see greenery over there. That means Fremen live there." She observed.
"We'll cross after dark. That's how the Fremen do it." Paul said, grabbing the binoculars off of her, "We're about to enter worm territory. We can't walk like regular humans, if we do — we're dead."
(Y/N) hummed in agreement, "The film we watched. Fremen invented their own walk. It's called the sandwalk. At least according to the film books back home."
Jessica nodded understanding the pair, "Yeah, yeah. I go it."
"Okay, follow us. Do the same moves." Paul said, then started doing the sandwalk with Jessica behind and (Y/N) behind them all with her quarterstaff now on the sand.
They continued their slow steps in the sand and (Y/N) suddenly felt something in the sand, sensing vibrations coming from underneath. She immediately stopped in her tracks.
"Wait.." She muttered to herself, tapping her quarterstaff softly on the sand, feeling the vibrations becoming stronger, "It's drum sand."
"Run!" Paul yelled, grabbing (Y/N)'s hand in his and ran fast across the sand away from the worm.
(Y/N) felt Paul's hand slip from hers. She turned around to see him fallen on the ground, eyes widening she cried, "Paul!"
The girl ran back to him and helped him up by his arm, looking back seeing the worm getting closer, "Paul go!" She pushed him forward, them both running towards a big rock that laid in the desert.
She was a bit back from Paul and Jessica and as she turned back to look, the worm was hovering over her, looking straight at her.
"(Y/N)!" Paul yelled in panic for his loved one, going to run and get her.
"No! Stay there!" (Y/N) shouted back, pushing one of her hands out back to him and sent him flying back to where Jessica was with her power.
She and the worm continued to stare at one another, she narrowed her eyes down on it and gripped her weapon hard in hand.
The worm blew a strong breath out of it's mouth, blowing (Y/N)'s (H/C) hair around in her face and then disappeared into the sand.
It left (Y/N) standing there curious and curiouser.
