NAVIGATING THE RULES; To ensure fairness and transparency, the competition adheres to a set of rules. To note, all participants are automatically counted as participant of popularity awards, i.e. their books, characters or designs have already been entered to all eligible categories. ✧

→ Proof of Promotions Must Be Given:Participants in the popularity awards must substantiate their promotional efforts by providing tangible proof. This rule ensures authenticity and fairness, fostering a competitive environment where commitment is supported by evidence, be it screenshots or links.

→ Voting Through Google Form:Streamlining the process, the awards utilize Google Forms for voting. This choice ensures simplicity, organization, and a secure platform for participants and voters. By embracing Google Forms, the competition enhances accessibility and maintains a standardized approach to collecting votes. The link is provided at the end of the chapter. Participants shall share the form to their friends and acquaintances and collect votes in their favor. The forms will be open till 28 December, 2023 and the results will be announced on 29 December respectively. Note that self votes are not counted!

→ Points Per Vote Is Same as Before:Consistency is upheld in the unchanging points system of the "ALL FOR ONE" awards. Each vote, whether singular or a bundle of ten, carries the same weight as explained earlier (for details refer to the "game mania" chapter). This stability guarantees a level playing field, reinforcing the idea that every participant enjoys an equal opportunity to accumulate points based on audience support.

→ Points Will Not Be Added to Other Results, Will Be Independent:In a departure from cumulative systems, points in the competition remain independent. This rule underscores the uniqueness of each participant's journey, emphasizing that success is determined solely by their promotional efforts and the votes garnered. This approach encourages a strategic focus on individual impact rather than relying on collective outcomes. Each participant's points stand alone, a testament to their individual achievements in the pursuit of popularity.
