﹙✶﹚Make sure to finish the rules and payments, and clear any queries before filling the form.

﹙✶﹚Ensure your availability and activeness throughout the award period. In case of emergency, or if you need to leave in between, do inform the host communities.

﹙✶﹚You can only apply in the first two categories. The third category (i.e. The Grand Awards) will be decided based on the next round of examination by other personnel and will be presented to the hence eligible books/graphics.

﹙✶﹚The last category, i.e. popularity awards will be based entirely on voting and participation points gained through the mini events held throughout the awards. The details will be provided when they come through.

﹙✶﹚The applications will be open for exactly 1 month, i.e. till November 6, 2023, after which no more applications will be accepted. According to the applications received in each category, the categories and subcategories may be altered. The slots may be closed after receiving a certain amount of applications, which will be notified accordingly.
