Lisa Lim, an 18-year-old student at Crystal Catholic College, prays every day for her admired Jimin Kwon to return her love.

When her prayers go unanswered, she turns to a book of magic, hoping that casting one of its spells will help. However, instead of love, what manifests is black magic and a devil.

Standing before her is Taehyung Kim, the powerful and evil immortal king of hell. "The compensation for the contract to grant your wish is your virginity; I will give you Jimin's heart, but you have to give yourself to me," he declares, his voice echoing with dark authority.

Spell of Temptation follows the story of Lisa Lim, a college girl who is deeply in love with her classmate, Kwon Jimin.

Desperate for his affection, she uses a mysterious book to summon the Devil, wishing for Jimin to fall in love with her.

In return for granting her wish, the Devil demands her virginity as the price. However, the spell fails because Jimin is a devout believer in God, so the Devil uses his powers to disguise himself as Lisa's older brother, "Taehyung," and transforms his crow familiar, Elpass, into a younger brother.

As Devil (disguised as Taehyung) gets closer to Lisa, she begins to develop feelings for him. Meanwhile, Jimin, unaware of the supernatural events, eventually confesses his love to Lisa.

On the day of Jimin's confession, the Devil comes to claim Lisa's virginity, but just as this happens, Jimin arrives and reveals himself as the archangel, using a sword to impale the Devil.

A fierce battle breaks out between Jimin and the Devil in the church, and the Devil is gravely wounded.

As Devil collapses, he promises to take Lisa's heart with him, confessing his love for her. Lisa, conflicted by her feelings, rushes to the Devil's side and wishes for him to stay.

The Devil agrees to remain with her in exchange for her eternal love. Jimin, unable to fight true love, admits defeat and steps back.

Devil reverts to his true form, planning to claim Lisa, but she faints from the overwhelming emotions before he can take her virginity.

In the aftermath, the Devil assumes a new identity, and Jimin, determined to protect Lisa, summons Hyuna, a half-angel, half-demon, to deal with the Devil's obsession.

Hyuna reveals the Devil's love for a human woman, and the Devil is dragged back to Hell, taking Lisa with him.

Once in Hell, Lisa learns of the Devil's past relationship with Hyuna and runs away, disgusted by their connection.

Devil, furious, rejects Hyuna and forces Lisa to return to him, claiming her virginity multiple times.

Back on Earth, the Devil grows increasingly jealous as Jimin comforts Lisa. The devil demands Lisa's loyalty and love, even in front of a gathering of demons.

During an intense moment of intimacy, Lisa swears she has not betrayed the Devil's love, and he dismisses the demons to take her privately.

The devil then asks Lisa to become his wife and live with him in Hell, but the price is her death. He leaves her to ponder the decision.

While contemplating, Lisa is struck by an iron beam that falls from above, killing her. Jimin, realizing that Hyuna was behind the accident, arrives just in time to prevent Death from taking Lisa's soul.

Jimin uses his powers to stop Death, and the Devil discovers Jimin has taken Lisa to Heaven. After killing Hyuna for her role in Lisa's death, the Devil travels to Heaven to retrieve Lisa.

There, a confrontation between Devil and Jimin ensues, with Lisa torn between the two.

As Devil and Jimin battle, Lisa's memories of her life with Devil resurface. She grows wings and rushes to the Devil, shielding him from harm.

Jimin, realizing that Lisa can only be happy with the Devil, opens a path to Hell and acknowledges her choice.

Lisa bids Jimin farewell. Jimin, accepting her decision, says goodbye to her as his angel.

In the end, Lisa leaves her former life behind and chooses to join the Devil in Hell, where she becomes his wife, embracing her new life with him for eternity.
