Aside from that, Cori has a tight-knit relationship with her father, who she aspires to become [in terms of how he rules over his kingdom] and tends to take his advice very seriously.

Queen Ariel Bergensen - Cori doesn't really share a tight-knit relationship with her mother, mostly because like her sister [Melody], she has a rebellious streak and her mother has become strict in her reign as Queen. However, their relationship will get better with time.

Prince Dion Bergensen - Though Cori is not as close to her younger brother, Dion, the two still share a typical sister-brother relationship. Their relationship will grow as Cori gets close to reaching her coronation.

Princess Melody Bergensen - Cori and Melody have a tight-knit sibling relationship as she is the one her sister goes to when she needs to be cheer up. As sisters, the two girls are affectionately close to each other as Cori plans around her sister's own schedule to ensure she doesn't miss anything.

Grimsby Bergensen - While Cori knows her grandfather means well, she initially doesn't see eye-to-eye with him as the two have different views on situations and issues. In fact, she doesn't even take her own grandfather's words seriously since she's persistent that she can rule her family's kingdom now [at seventeen]. Loyal, fierce and stubborn, Cori is an regal person who is more than ready to lead — if her family would let her. Though friendly, Cori can come across as stoic, given the girl's initial demeanor. She is straight to the point and if Cori feels her time is being wasted, she will bluntly make her opinion known.

In addition, Cori tends to become skeptical rather easily, especially once she gets word of four villainous kids coming to Auradon Prep. Like the others, she is less than thrilled with the prince's proclamation, believing Prince Ben was truly endangering their safety by bringing the four over.

While Cori reluctantly changes her mind about the villain kids at the end, a encounter with her mother's old enemies [and their descendants] might cause the girl to go back to despising the villains, especially when her younger brother/royal advisor is caught in a love spell.

When persisted, the oldest princess will focus on whatever she is currently fixated on until she is able to finally be satisfied with her end result. While improving the girl's work ethic, this characteristic does tend to annoy people whenever Cori is in this state.

Water - Ironically, Cori is not comfortable with being in water as she's secretly afraid of being pulled underwater by her mother's enemies. More so, the girl isn't a proficient swimmer [which also gets her teased by her mother and her youngest siblings, who are all better swimmers than she'll ever be].

Sailing - Despite being taught by her father first, it became apparent from a early age that the girl gets easily seasick and the princess tends to struggle with doing the basic sailing skills, which results in getting constantly teased by her father and her siblings, who are all proficiently better at sailing than she will ever be.
