Love Seasons

You loved me
And I loved you too
But our love wasn't the same
When your love was like
warming each others hands
in the cold July night,
mine was the burning fire in
the middle of the forest
Swiping off every possible life
just to shine brightly
When your love was like a
chill in the summer night,
mine was the freezing cold
in the December night
And when you couldn't bear it anymore and tried to run away time to time
I held you back, because
I didn't know what to do without you
But as the seasons changed,
and the winter was nearing
you couldn't hold it anymore
and you left without saying goodbye
And this time, I would never
try to hold you back
cause, for me, even if your love
was like a soothing wind
in the hot weather,
mine was the bloody storm
that could squeeze out every life in you
So I will stay back,
hoping that you would not
just find someone better than me,
but someone better for you
