"The plaintiff has no proof that my defendant been involved in any foul play towards the child." Aiden's lawyer argued

My new lawyer, Johnny, did nothing but chuckle before he pulled out records from the clinic that Aiden worked for.

I didn't even know that Aiden had been fired for unsolicited drug use and was working in another clinic now.

"Your honor may I step before you with some pretty important records concerning the plaintiff, Mr. Mahogany?" Johnny asked with the paperwork in his hands

Johnny was amazing.

As soon as he was ruled as my new lawyer and I told him about all of the people Aiden had begun paying off in the courts, not even a day later he had got a new judge over the case.

"Bring 'em up." Judge Washington replied making Johnny walk over to his podium and hand the records to him

The judge began to slowly read over them and said "Mr. Mahogany, you told me that you were concerned over Sarai's safety being with her mother...but from what I am physically laying my eyes on and proof of your erratic behaviors, Sarai would be in the best hands with her mother."

So much anger began to flood from Aiden's head, it seemed as if steam was forming before he said "Judge, respectfully, you don't know Serenity like I do."

"I may not have known her for as long as you, Mr. Mahogany, but a lot of people have a lot of great things to say about her, including her daughter." Judge Washington rebutted

"Judge Washington, with all due respect, My ex-wife is having multiple different men around my daughter and is not even taking care of her!" Aiden argued making the judge chuckle

"Last I checked this was a custody hearing concerning the safety and well-being of the child not who the mother decides to spend her time with." Johnny spoke up

Before Aidens lawyer could even get a retort out, Judge Washington just smiled and lifted his palm up indicating he wanted silence and closed his notebook.

"You see, Mr. Mahogany, I can stand before you to say you're actually a hell of an liar. You see, whether you know this or not, you fit the criteria of a malignant narcissist. A fit, charming...cunning young man...But malignant narcissists are compelled to prove their dominance and if not they spiral out of control into a gnarly rage." Judge Washington declared

"Which in all of my years in a systematic court system dealing with murderers, thieves and even the best liars, including yourself, I can look you in the eyes from your attitude and even a statement from your own daughter and believe in all my heart you to be a unfit parent for Sarai." The judge ranted

"This is bul-" Aiden began to state before Judge Washington snapped "I'm talking! Counselor control your plaintiff!"

Judge Washington then took a sip of his water and looked between me and Aiden then said "With that being said, I am granting the mother full custody with no visitation unless she feels it is necessary and I am granting her 40% of your paycheck a month, Mr. Mahogany, for child and spousal support reasonings. This court is adjourned."

Judge Washington banged his gavel down and began making his way out of the courtroom making me spring up and hug Johnny.

"Thank you so so so much." I beamed as he hugged me back with a slight chuckle, he then pulled back and grabbed his note pad and said "Now that 40% should equal to about $165,385.20 a year from him and $13,782.10 a month."

I nodded with tears now scrolling down my eyes. It had been 3 years of back and forth at court with Aiden, and I was finally getting my baby back, along with money I didn't expect to get.

"How much do I owe you, John?" I asked beginning to wipe my eyes

"Mr. Walker paid for it. You don't owe me anything." Johnny said handing me a tissue before I began to think of the blue eyed man who had fully earned my trust.

"But I am actually both you and his lawyer now, so I'll be seeing you around." Johnny said getting his papers settled in his briefcase

"Speedy and his speeding tickets huh?" I asked with a slight laugh

"I'm trying to keep his license from being revoked." Johnny rebutted making me laugh lowly

"I'll talk to him."

"Don't talk to him take all of his keys for a month or so." Johnny joked making me laugh as we began to make our way out of the courtroom.

I walked through the elevator doors to the parking lot and saw Paul and Sarai sitting on the pavement next to his car eating ice cream and talking amongst each other making me smile as Sarai squealed "Mommy!" as she began rushing over to me.

I bent down and swooped her up in my arms as she began to squeal holding onto her ice cream cone as Paul smiled getting up and walking over to us.

He kissed my lips softly and said "How'd it go?"

"I won." I replied making Sarai giggle and ask "What?"

"You get to stay at home with mommy, silly!" I cooed as she jumped in my arms cheering lowly as I kissed her forehead before sitting her down.

I wrapped my arms around Paul's neck before hugging him tightly, "Thank you so much! For everything."

"No problem, baby." He replied pulling back to kiss my lips softly

"Serenity!" I heard Aiden's voice yell making me flinch before I turned seeing him storming over toward me, with his lawyer trying to stop him.

Paul's expression then hardened as I picked up Sarai not wanting her to see his raging ways any more than she had already seen.

"You're not taking my daughter!" Aiden shouted

"Get Sarai in the car, beautiful." Paul said lowly

I opened the car door and put Sarai in her car seat before she said "Is he going to hurt you, Mommy?"

"He can't hurt me anymore baby." I replied closing the door getting in the passengers seat of the car seeing Aiden's lawyer still holding him back.

Paul gazed at him unbothered before he got in the drivers seat slamming the door.

He then sighed and mumbled under his breath "I am going to kick his ass one of these days."

"Watch your back you sneaky slut!" Aiden then yelled as Paul began to drive away, making me take a deep breath thinking about the next big problem I would have to face.

A/N: I'ma fight Aiden, on mommy😑 Anyways, how did you guys feel about court? Do you guys think that Paul's lawyer, Johnny, did his shiggity or in other words his thang? What about the Judge who told Aiden tf off? How did you guys feel about Serenity winning her case after 3 years battling against Aiden?

What about Sarai's reaction finding out she didn't have to be with her dad anymore? What about Aiden acting a ass? When do you guys think he's going to get his ass beat? Do you guys think Serenity should watch out for Aiden's threats?
