'You didn't work hard, you broke your promise, now you're getting a punishment'

Eomma slapped me hard on the face while pulling my hair
I fell to the ground
Appa kicked me on my stomach mercilessly
'This is what you get for not doing well'
'Appa p-please s-st-stop, i-it h-urts'
He didn't stop
Appa then punch me in the face and then my stomach
I was bleeding from my stomach, I thought that maybe it was probably the scar that split open
I lost too much blood and fainted
I looked lifeless on the bloody floor
Eomma and Appa left me there and went to their room

I felt tears coming down my cheek
I harshly wipe it away and went to the bathroom to wash my face and take a bath

I came out and look at the time
Yerin: 6am, wow I woke up earlier than I thought
I said expressionless

Yerin: I'll just go out for a morning jog then
I went to the bathroom and change to some sport wear
I grab my towel, my headphone, my bottle of water, and my phone
I put the towel around my neck and went out of my room
Then I went down the stairs, put my running shoes on and left

I jogged to the park and and watch the sun rise up
Then I jogged to Han River
I sat down on a bench and took a water break and wipe my sweats
After about 3-5 minutes of break, I start jogging again
I stop and looked at the river and went to the railings
I did some stretches to loosen up my muscles

I jogged back home and drink my morning shake
It was almost 12pm so I start getting ready to go to work, but since it's my day off, I'm just gonna go to the training room

I got there by 11:55 and went inside
Everyone greeted me and yes I am the 'best' bodyguard out of all the other male bodyguards, One of the most known female bodyguard in the company
I greeted them back with an emotionless face and it's fine because they know that I'm like that
I went to the training room and start training until someone called my name

Yuju: you have another-
Yerin: protecting and body guarding to do
Yuju: yes and here is the-

She handed me the information
Yerin: *sigh* Kim Taehyung, son of the CEO from the Kim's Company
Yuju: yes and it's a big job, you know since it's Mr. Kim's son, we all wanted you to do it
Yerin: another male protecting job *sigh* yea
Yuju: you are emotionless, but I can tell that you were faking that, also you are going to their front door tomorrow morning, okay
Yerin: okay... address

Yerin: thank you and how long am I suppose to work for this old man
Yuju: he's only 20, that's not old
Yerin: old, I'm 18 and how long do I work for him
Yuju: as long as they want you to
Yerin: ugh okay bye, I need to take a shower

Yuju POV
I miss the old Yerin, the silly, goofy, 4D Yerin I used to know, it's all because of her parents *whispering*

The next morning
Tae POV
I was still asleep, but then something woke me up
It was the doorbell ringing multiple times
I covered my ear with my pillows, but I just couldn't ignore it anymore, so I went to open the door

I open the door and see a beautiful and cute looking girl in front of me
I decided to flirt with her
Tae: who are you, beautiful lady
I looked at her up and down and bit my lips
She noticed and said
???: I'm not here to seduce you dude, now excuse me
She said coldly

Yerin POV
Someone called Taehyung opened the door and I saw a smirk on his face
Tae: who are you, beautiful lady
He look at me up and down and bit his lips
Ew, I knew it, he is just like the others, a big pervert
Yerin: I'm not here to seduce you dude, now excuse me
I said coldly
I wore this on purpose to test him and this is actually my clothes for the job

I push him aside and went in

I walked to the living room and look out the window

She push me easily to the side and came in
How can a girl be so strong and cold, she is different, other girls would've fallen for me already
(No I don't fall for people easily)

I close the door and went into the living room and saw her there, looking out the window
She looks... ugh why can't I read her face
She's so expressionless, so cold that you can feel it when she past by
I then heard her voice, her voice is so charming- ugh focus Taehyung

Then I saw my dad coming
Mr. Kim: Tae- oh who's this
???: I am your bodyguard, Jung Yerin, sounds familiar right
Jung Yerin, what a cute name, but bodyguard, how she looks so small and weak

Yerin: I am sure
She said expressionless and with a cold tone
Mr. Kim: prove it
Yerin: all your bodyguards, ask them to come to the training room and I'll prove it

We brought her every single one of our bodyguards to the training room
Yerin: if I beat them all at once, will that prove that I am the real Jung Yerin
Mr. Kim: yes

What is she thinking, she can get killed, just look at the size difference
When the bodyguard was about to punch her, I stop them

Yerin: I won't ruin my reputation just because of how I look so if you don't believe me, then if I beat you in arm wrestling then you will stay quiet
I nod

Yerin POV
I did arm wrestling with Taehyung my 'boss'
We were in position and I can see how shocked he was by how strong my grip is
Man2: 3... 2... 1... start
It started and I didn't go easy
He was strong, but not strong enough to push me
He was struggling for a minute then I slammed it down on the table
Yerin: now that I beat you...
You turn to the mans
Yerin: ... lets start
All the mans come at once and was going to attack, but since I have fast reflexes, I did it first and they all fell straight to the ground

Yerin: now do you believe me Mr. Kim
Mr. Kim: yes... I'm sorry for doubting you Ms. Jung
Tae: dad, who is this Ms. Jung or Jung Yerin small and weak looking girl, but actually strong
I'm seriously so lost right now...
