Like usual, I am engulfed in a sea of white. This time though, it fades into a deep sea blue, but we are still in our cylinders and not a pressure plate due to the fact that if we were, the tributes would float away before the games began. I spot Sparrow again, across from me this time, and she wears the same thing as me; a simple black swimsuit with stripes on the sides. Max is wearing a matching black swimsuit as well. As soon as the gong sounds, I push open the sliding glass door to open the cylinder and swim as fast as I can. Sparrows's grumpy face approaches me; she's a good swimmer. I'm running out of breath and I need fresh air. Because of this fatal thought, my brain reacted to first instinct; my hands clasped around a small oxygen tank and sling it across my back, strapping the front to my torso. I also grab another oxygen tank for Max. Clutching the tank in one arm, I try to use the force of the seaweed cornucopia to sling it onto my shoulder, but Sparrow decides to target me. She jumps on my torso, resulting in me flying backwards into the sea floor. The sand gently tickles my back as Sparrow forcefully grabs my oxygen tank and slams it against my forehead. A loud thud and moan escape my mouth almost immediately. Suddenly, I start to see red and purple. This sends complete anger through my body. Moving is suddenly an easy task; I get up with a grunt and pin Sparrow down, reversing the situation. I grab a trident that is buried in a boy's stomach and raise it above Sparrow's stomach. A low growl escapes my throat, although the voice isn't mine. "Go...away!" It spits. Sparrow's eyes widen like deer's and she nods while swimming away. I smile to myself, but suddenly, a sharp pain spreads through my back. I see a flash of Max, but then it's gone.

Gone for good.
