𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐎𝐅𝐓 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 of the television was heard as Jenna stood in front of her closet looking for an outfit, or a dress to wear, while Jimmy sat on her bed, watching MTV. It was Saturday, and the couple had gotten word about a party in the hills. At first, the brunette was reluctant to go, as she never attended the parties in the first place and neither did Ali, but since Jimmy would be there, she's more relaxed about going.

"Why not wear a dress?" Jimmy suggested

"I don't know, maybe. I don't want to get too dressed up though, especially if there will be a lot of dancing, if that makes sense." Jenna said

"Fair enough." Jimmy said as he stood up, then looked at the photos of him and her together, as well as the photos of her, Nicki, and Ali together, and many photos of Alex and Norma

"All right, I'm gonna go get changed." Jenna said as she grabbed her light pink blouse, a white ruffled skirt, and converse shoes. "I'll be back."

Jimmy smirked at her, but it was a smug smirk, not a sweet smile that she loves so much. "You can get dressed in here, amour. You know I wouldn't mind."

Jenna rolled her eyes and playfully threw a pillow at him. "Oh shut up, you horny perv." she laughed and he laughed as well.

Once Jenna was changed, she walked back into her room, with her mascara and lip balm applied and walked back to her jewelry box, to put on her necklace from Ali as well as a pair of earrings from Nicki

Turning to face her boyfriend, she wrapped his arms around his neck and he wrapped his arms around her waist. "You know, we still have a little time before the party, so tell me, is the karate training still the same? You haven't talked about it in a while."

Jimmy sighed as he kissed her forehead and gently rested his against her's. "Amour, you know sensei, he's counting on Johnny to win because he won last year."

Jenna shook her head. "Jimmy, it's your turn to win and you know it." she said as she placed a kiss on his jaw. "For the tournament, I'll be right there on the sidelines to cheer you on."

"I know you will, I'm so happy to have you by my side." Jimmy smiled

Jenna kissed his lips in reply, then pulled away to put on her denim jacket. "You ready?"

Jimmy smiled and nodded as he put on his cobra kai jacket, and the couple walked down the stairs. "Hi you two." Norma smiled as she put down her book. "You headed out?"

"Yeah." Jenna smiled. "I'll be back by midnight."

Norma smiled as she stood up and pulled both of them into a motherly embrace. "Both of you, be safe, make good choices at the party, but most importantly, have fun. Jenna, don't worry about your father, I'll handle him."

"Thanks mom." Jenna smiled as she returned her mother's embrace

"Bye Mrs. Romero." Jimmy smiled

Jimmy led Jenna out the door, and to his car, where he opened the passenger door for her and she got in and put on her seat belt. After he got in, he put on his seatbelt and turned on the ignition as the radio began to play.

The couple drove down the road, hands intertwined, listening to the music, until they came up to Golf N' Stuff, where they saw Johnny's red convertible pulling up to the curb, as Ali and Daniel were walking out of the arcade.

Jenna rolled her eyes. "Shit."

Jimmy furrowed his brows in confusion. "What?" he asked

"Ali and Daniel are on a date, and Johnny's pulling up to the curb." Jenna said. "What do you wanna bet he's starting his shit?"

"Wanna find out?" Jimmy asked as he pulled in the parking lot

"You better not mess with him either." Jenna said

"I won't amour." Jimmy reassured.

The couple parked not too far behind Johnny's convertible, and rolled the windows down, as they listened to the taunts from their friends. "We're going over to the hill, you wanna come?" Barbara invited

"No, maybe next time." Ali said

"What, we'll make room." Tommy said

"Your little friend can come too if it's okay with his mommy." Johnny taunted as Mrs. LaRusso pulled up next to them in her stationwagon

"Hi kids!" Mrs. LaRusso smiled

"Hey mommy, can Daniel come for a ride?" Dutch taunted as Johnny drove away

"Jimmy, pull up." Jenna said, as he pulled forward, stopping beside Ali and Daniel. The brunette got out of the car and embraced her best friend. "Hey you two! how's the date, minus the village idiots crashing?"

"Oh, we had so much fun, we played arcade games, air hockey, and took pictures." Ali smiled as she embraced her best friend.

"I'm so happy for you." Jenna smiled, then turned to the older brunette in the station wagon. "Hi, you must be Mrs. LaRusso. I'm Jenna Romero, Ali's best friend, and a friend of Daniel's."

"Oh it's a pleasure to meet you Jenna." Lucille smiled. "Call me Lucille."

"Well, I better go, are you sure you two don't wanna come up to the hills?" Jenna asked, and Ali and Daniel nodded

"Thanks for the invite Jenna." Daniel smiled.

"Oh, of course." Jenna smiled

"I'll call you and nic tomorrow, okay." Ali smiled as she embraced her best friend

Jenna smiled as she returned her best friend's embrace. "All right, sounds good. Bye guys."

Jenna got back into Jimmy's car and sat back down and noticed the smile on his face. "What are you smiling at?"

"Nothing." Jimmy said as he drove towards Encino. "You're just amazing. You're always trying to include everyone in everything. You always make everyone feel like they belong. That's one of the many things I love about you, Jenna Romero."

"I love you too, Jimmy Lawson." Jenna smiled as she laced her hand with his.

Upon arriving to the party, Jenna and Jimmy walked in, hand-in-hand, the aroma of sweat, marijuana, and liquor filling the room. Looks that Kill by Mötley Crüe was blasting through the speakers as they made their way through the crowds. Jimmy found the Cobras, and Jenna found Nicki and the girls

"There you are!" Nicki smiled as she embraced her best friend

"You look great." Susan greeted, as she gave Jenna a red cup of liquor.

Jenna smiled graciously as she accepted the red solo cup, then furrowed her brows in confusion. "Thanks, but, what exactly is in here?"

"It's rum punch. It tastes like fruit punch, only better." Barbara said, as she refilled her solo cup

Jenna took a sip of her rum punch then noticed Johnny who had a pissed of look on his face. "Well, Jimmy and I saw what happened at Golf N' Stuff."

"Yeah, Ali wouldn't come with us, but as you know, she's not a party goer." Susan said as she refilled her red solo cup

"Hey sis, glad you made it!" Andrew smiled as he and Eddie walked up to the girls.

"Hey bro, hey Eddie." Jenna smiled as she embraced her brother. "You guys weren't kidding. These parties are wild."

"We told you." Susan said. "I'm going to grab more punch."

"Me too, we'll be back." Barbara said, as the two girls walked away

"So, what's up with Johnny? Why is he sulking around?" Andrew asked as he grabbed another beer

"He's upset because Ali wouldn't come to the party with them, but as you know, she's not a party person." Jenna said as she sipped her rum punch

"Typical Lawrence. I was wondering what was wrong because he's usually the first one to get completely shitfaced." Eddie said

"Well, you know Ali is dating the new kid Daniel now right?" Nicki said as she sipped her rum punch

"I'm sure Lawrence just loves that." Eddie said. "Has he left her alone?"

"Nope, or Daniel either." Jenna said

"Anyway, the guys are outback setting up a drinking game. Do you and the girls, and even the guys want to join?" Eddie asked.

"Maybe later." Jenna smiled

"We'll see you in a little bit." Andrew said. "Glad you decided to come."

All night long, Jimmy watched Jenna. He took a swig of his beer, and watched as she would laugh at something Nicki said, and she would occasionally take a drink of her alcohol.

"I think someone wants you." Nicki smirked as she looked over Jenna's shoulder and saw Jimmy walking up to her as Waiting for a Girl Like You began to play

Jenna turned around and smiled brightly. "Hey honey."

"Hey amour." Jimmy smiled as he kissed her lips, and gently rested his forehead against her's. "I know I've told you, but you look beautiful."

"Thank you baby." Jenna smiled, resting her forehead against his. "So Susie and Barb were right."

"About what?" Jimmy asked, holding her close

"You really can hold your liquor." Jenna laughed

"Well, Bobby and I both can." Jimmy said.

"Jimmy, I wanted to thank you for this. I know I've never been much of a party goer, but I guess I was too afraid of what people would think, you know, seeing the sheriff's daughter at the party." Jenna said

"Amour, you can't give a shit what people think. believe me, no one even paid any mind. Wanna go get a drink with me?" Jimmy asked.

"Sure, I could go for another rum punch." Jenna said.

As the couple stood at the refreshment table pouring drinks in their cups, Jimmy turned his head to find Nicki and Dylan on the dancefloor. "Hey, isn't that, Nic and Dyl?" Jimmy questioned. Jenna turned her head in the direction of which her boyfriend was looking: her best friend and brother were kissing

"So let me get this straight, you two have been seeing each other since the summer?" Dutch asked as he sat down. After the party, the group of friends, including Ali, whom Nicki had called, met up at the beach. "And you've been keeping it secret? Hey, were you two about to go upstairs and fuck?"

"You want to tell them, or do I tell them?" Dylan asked as he looked over to Nicki, who sat beside him on the couch

"I got it." Nicki sighed as she ran a hand through her hair. "A week before Johnny and Ali broke up, we became a couple. We met up at the beach and that's where he asked me to be his girlfriend, we just kept it on the low, as we didn't know if it was going to work out or not. Jen, I know I should have told you and shouldn't have kept this from you, and I just hope you can forgive me." she sighed as she looked at Jenna who was trying to process what just happened

"I'm not mad at you Nicki, I could never be mad at you." Jenna smiled as she embraced her best friend, then pulled away. "Please don't worry about it. Dylan, you better take good care of her. I'm not playing around."

"You don't know how much of a relief this is." Ali sighed. "I couldn't take it much longer."

"You owe Ali and I, big time." Andrew said.

"Wait, you two knew about them?" Jimmy said as he wrapped his arm around Jenna. "And you didn't say shit?"

"They made us keep quiet."

Jimmy pulled into the driveway of the Beverly Hills residence. Jenna smiled as he put his car in park, and turned off the ignition. The couple got out and walked up the walkway and into the house, where Norma was still awake and watching TV.

Norma turned her head when she heard the door open. "Hi you two. How was the party?" she smiled as she stood up and embraced her daughter and Jimmy

Jenna smiled as she returned her mother's embrace. "It was fun. Mom, did you know about Nic and Dyl?"

"Sweetheart, it wasn't my place to tell you." Norma smiled.

"I know." Jenna smiled. "If Dylan is going to date anyone, I'm glad it's Nic."

"So am I sweetheart. Well, I'm happy you two had a great time at the party." Norma smiled. "Jimmy, you're spending the night aren't you? It's after midnight and too late to drive back to Encino."

"If it's all right. I don't want to—" Jimmy said but was cut off by Norma

"Nonsense." Norma smiled. "Call your mother and let her know you're staying. Good night to you both and I'll see you in the morning."

"Night, mom." Jenna smiled and she took Jimmy's hand and led her upstairs. "Night, Norma." Jimmy smiled

The soft sound of the radio was the only thing heard in the background as Jenna walked out of the ensuite bathroom in her nightgown. She laid down in bed beside her boyfriend and snuggled close to him as he held her body close to his. "Good night, beautiful." Jimmy said as he kissed her forehead and held her close. "I love you."

"Good night, hon." Jenna smiled as she caressed the muscles on his chest with her finger. "I love you too."
