Shivina's POV:

I was getting ready for the meeting in our Mumbai branch, with the board of directors responsible for the business in India. Just then I received a call from Ishan, instantly answering it while descending the stairs to be present at the dining room for breakfast. 

Shivina: hi Ishu!

Ishan: hi Shivi! kya ho raha hai?

Shivina: bas office k liye ready ho rahi hun!

Ishan: shaam ko free hai kya?

Shivina: haan! kuch kaam tha?

Ishan: Movie k lye chalein?

Shivina: kon kon?

Ishan: main, Nivi, tu aur Shubman!

Shivina: I'm in!

Ishan: theek hai fir we'll pick you up at 7!

Shivina: ohk! but I'll be at office!

Ishan: haan toh wahan se pick kar lenge!

We ended the call wishing each other a good day, and now I'm in the elevator after having fresh khandvi made by masi.

All of the day went by from fixing the mistakes made by the employees and managers, introducing new rules, working ethics, new marketing strategies to several meetings with investors, employees, board of directors. 

It was already evening, I asked my PA to get me something casual to change into for the movie night. I and Nivi the day after party met at the park we used to go for walks while our cabin crew journey sorting things out between us. We decided to apologize to each other for whatever happened at the party and let go of things that were in past and not to drag it to our present in anymore.

I received a text from Shubman stating they were almost here. I walked out of my office getting in the elevator, but it stopped to next floor while on its way down. The doors opened as I saw Alex getting in.

Alex: are you going back home?

Shivina: no! I'll be visiting a place on my way back

Alex: then let me drop you there!

Shivina: actually Alex I'm going out with my friends!

Alex: oh great then!

While being in the elevator I messaged bhai and bhabhi that I would be late. We came out of the office only to find Shubman in the driver seat of his Mercedes. I looked towards Alex who was already darting his gaze at Shubman, instantly throwing daggers with his orbs.

Alex: I thought you were going out with your friends! I didn't knew you were going on a date!

The last words Alex said before leaving. I walked to the car as Shubman got out from the car opening the door for me. I love the little stuffs he do! Wait! did I say I love his antics? Brushing of my non sense thoughts I got in the car, in expectation to see Ishu and Nivi in the back seat but I was only welcomed by void. I turned my face towards Shubman, ready to bombard him with questions already.

Shivina: where is Ishu and Nivi? weren't they suppose to accompany us?

Shubman: they couldn't make it since Nivisha suddenly got reminded of their appointment with the doctor.

Shivina: now what?

Shubman: what? we can still go!

Shivina: but~

Shubman: May I?

He asked indicating the seat belt to which I instantly denied and fasten up my seat belt. He drove us to a nearby PVR. He passed me a mask before we got off the car, passing the key to the valet.

We got in heading towards the theater as he held me by my hands, before getting in he order my usual go to movie food i.e., popcorns, nachos and coke. We got inside the theater and soon our order was served. The movie we went for was Crew. I heard about it a lot on social media and was quiet curious too about it. Through out the movie we were laughing and enjoying the the OG Bebo's acting and the others too. 

After the movie ended, it was already 10 and we decided to get ourselves dinner before I starve myself to death. We got to a North Indian restaurant and ordered for Shubman's favorite butter chicken and naan, as it was one of my fav too. While waiting for the food to arrive, a girl whom I was noticing for a quiet long now decided to come to us for some reason.

" Hi sir! I'm ur huge fan! can I maybe get a selfie? " she said to Shubman with a lot of hope in her eyes. Shubman not being able to refuse, agreed for the selfie. He got up from his seat posing for the pic and I could see his hands meters away. He indeed is a gentleman!

While leaving the girl said something which made my eyes widen up and Shubman just smiled thanking her.

" You guys look cute together! "

After our dinner was served and we started eating some of the gravy was spilt beside my lips which he swiped clean of his thumb later tasting in, and that's it I had my eyes wider then our communication gap.

Shubman's POV:

While we were back on our way after our little date, I decided to stop at the marine drive which happened to be our last stop for the day. Well yes, this was my plan and I asked Ishan to plan this evening and later back out so that I could get my little date night with my baby. Obviously she wouldn't agree if I would have asked he so I had to do this. 

We sat on the cemented areas hanging our legs down. As it was one of the week days, there weren't much people, still we wore our masks. I finally decided to sort things out today.

Shubman: Shivi!

Shivina: hmm!?

Shubman: Why did you leave so suddenly that day from the party?

Shivina: nothing! I just felt like leaving!

Shubman: Shivi I want to say something!

Shivina: go on!

Shubman: I~ See Shivi after you left I felt the void in my life and after breaking up with Sara I tried dating and I tried hook ups too but I always looked for you in every person I met! Tbh you are totally my kinda person and the person I would like to date, to marry, to have kids with. I really love you Shivi! I've realized my lover for you ever since you leave India!

After I was done with putting up my side on the table, I could see a confused, scared, insecure, hurt and several other emotions depicting in her eyes. I took her hands in mine giving them a light squeeze, but I could see her turning her face opposite to me and a warn drop of tear descending her eyes.

Shivina: It's not easy Shubman! It's not! Our worlds are different and we can never be together! Your friends, fans, family, no one will ever except me! They think of me as the reason of your and Sara's breakup. You know na I've always been your fangirl and it's too unreal for me to accept this thing. You have tons of girls behind you who are ready to marry you straight away, why would you even chose me~

That's it for me, before my dumbhead love of life whose an overthinker could say anything further I chose to make her silent.

Shubman: Shivi calm down firstly!

She was now quiet but was again about to say something

Shubman: this time I'm gonna speak and who said our worlds are different you are no different then me, you're equally successful in your own field. Mom, dad, di everyone loves you! for the past 3 yrs mom has every time asked me if I ever contacted to you and when last time I said her that I met you finally she's so excited to meet you and di she literally cried knowing you are back in India! Shivi I really love you I know after my past actions it's difficult to trust me again but a single chance that's all I need to prove myself! And I don't care what my fans or relatives think until you are with me until my family is with me I don't care about anyone else!

I could see rivers flowing down her eyes with my each word. I instantly hugged her letting her take all her emotions out. Siting there for about 15-20 mins in each other's embrace I felt her looking at me.

Shivina: Shubman I~

Shubman: Shhh! It's okay take your time you don't have to answer straight away!

Shivina: no lemme speak! Our past experiences were not really good but I've always loved you even when you were in a relation with Sara! I tried my best to let my feelings go and move on but even after living away from you for 3 years I wasn't successful in that! I never really got time to date and when Alex proposed me last month I could only think about you and I rejected him right away. Shub I'm very weak at heart so please never break it! I want to give you a chance to give us a chance! I love you too Shubi!

That's it as soon as her words ended I engulfed her in a hug pecking her head several times. We sat there for another 5 mins, and during this 5 mins I clicked a pic and posted it on my personal account mentioning Shivi's personal account too.

Shivina's POV:

It was about 10:45 when I reached home and Agastya hugged me, as he saw me while coming out of his room. I hugged my munchkin and then he left to sleep as he had school tomorrow. While doing my night routine, my head was filled with several kinds of thoughts.

Did I do the right thing?

Does Shubman loves me or is it just an infatuation for him?

Does this relationship holds anything for the future?

And answer to all of this was tha promise, the word of reassurance and those hugs and kisses I receive from him. I shrugged off my intrusive thoughts, picking up my phone to check if any messages received. I saw that Shubman mentioned me on the story he posted in his personal account and a smile instantly popped on my face while reposting it. I also got a request by Shahneel di, aunty and uncle on my personal account which I gladly accept before following them back.
