"Hey," Willow smiled seeing John B start to wake up. She had been sitting in the hospital room for so long she had lost track. They tried to kick her out at night but she refused to leave her best friends side.

"Where am I?" John B asked.

"St. Olive's . You fell from Hawks Nest. You have a concussion and a broken wrist."

"I need to get outta here. DCS is gonna find me."

"He's awake?" Sarah asked, peeking her head into the room. Her and Ward walked into the room as John B tried to get up.

"Hang on there, kid. Hang on," Ward told him. "Sarah told me everything. About your little adventure, about you running from DCS, about how you were protecting her and Willow in the tower. John, I believe I owe you an apology. You as well, Willow. You were honest with me about a small indiscretion, and I went ahead and fired you ahead anyway. And I shouldn't have. Unfortunately, from time to time, I have a bit of a... short fuse. Ask her."

"It's true," Sarah said, sitting next to Willow.

"I'd like to make up for it, if you'll let me. I spoke with Sheriff Peterkin, and... I've offered to be your legal guardian, if you'll have me."

"What?" John B chuckled lightly.

"It'd mean a roof over your head and no more runnin' from the DCS."

"I really think you should do it," Willow told him.

"Sure, yeah. Sound's good."

"Okay, then, it's settled. Welcome to the family," Ward said. "And, Willow, I hope to see you around the house from here on out as well."

"Thank you, Mr. Cameron," Willow smiled.
