Night

The outside of the hotel was full of paparazzi and different reporters. I could tell it made him nervous, so I squeezed his hand, pecking his lips. "Lance, look at me." There was so much fear in his eyes. "I love you."

His mouth went to that big smile I was in love with, and the words that escaped his mouth made me blush. "I love you even more."

Holding my hand tight, we walked out the door. Paparazzi immediately swarmed us, asking different questions. "Joseph!" A reporter yelled. "Are you still in contact with your ex, Sebastian?"

"No." I responded as we tried our hardest to move through them.

"Do you guys plan on getting married?" A woman asked.

Lance smiled, kissing my lips. The cameras went off more than before and I could barely see anything through the flash. "Yes, we plan on getting married." He answered, moving me through the crowd.

"Lance, does your ex-wife know about this?" A reporter asked, getting my attention.

My heart stopped. "His what?"

"No more questions!" a bodyguard interrupted, guiding us to our car. There was a spark of anger in me as we got in the backseat. He never told me he had an ex-wife. The noise died down as our driver drove off, and the silence was deafening. As seconds passed, my temper grew with it.

"Ex-wife?" "Why didn't you tell me you had gotten a divorce?"

"She doesn't matter, you're the only thing that matters to me," "I should have told you, I'm sorry..."

He tried rubbing my hand, but I quickly shrugged him off, looking out the window. "Just give me a moment." my emotions got to me but it wasn't my usual crying, it was anger this time. "What else are you keeping from me?" I fumed.

"Nothing! Joseph, nothing..." he stressed, forcing his hand into mine. "I'm sorry, okay? It won't happen again." He turned my head towards him. "I love you."

"Is she still in your phone?"

His face turned dropped to a frown. "Yes, but it's not like that, I swear!"

I took a deep breath, trying not to cry. "Why is she still in your phone, Lance? We're engaged."

"I'll delete her now!" he rushed going into his phone.

"No, give me the phone!" Snatching it out of his hand. I looked through his messages, seeing a bunch of congratulations on our engagement. But a text caught my eye.

Morgan

Don't you love me? Just text back.

I know it's been two years, but I still care about you. Let's just get a drink and talk.

I saw you and that guy on TV. You're into guys now?

ANSWER MY FUCKING TEXT

LANCE!

I haven't responded to you for a reason, Morgan. I'm engaged, so please respect me and my husband. If you text the number again, I will get a restraining order. - Lance

The fact he called me his husband made me happy, but the anger still coursed through me. "When I said yes to you that night, Lance, I expected you to not keep things from me. So what else are you KEEPING FROM ME?"

"Nothing! I swear! Joseph, I'm not them! Trust me!" he begged as tears flowed down his face. "I love you, you're the love of my life!"

The driver pulled into my parents' driveway. But the pain of him leaving me just pounded on my chest. "Joseph! I'm not gonna hurt you! Just believe me. Please..." he pleaded, but every thought of him cheating hurt. It only made me more upset by the minute.

"You're lying to me, Lance, you're a fucking liar..." I cried, getting out of the car.

I stormed towards the house before he stopped me. "Joseph, she could never compare to you. I want you to be the father of my children. You be my husband! You be my everything!" he begged, as he kissed my lips, wiping away my tears. "I made a mistake that I will never make again, okay? I would never betray you like they did. Do you understand me?"

The seriousness in his voice won me over. He wasn't like Sebastian trying to be scary or intimidating. It was genuine care, the care I've longed for since forever. I wiped his tears from his eyes. "I'm sorry..."

"I'm sorry for not telling you. I won't keep anything from you again..."

My eyes went to his man-bun and suit. He looked good, and I just wanted to brighten the mood. "I think I like you better in a speedo personally." I sniffled, staring at his lips.

He slid his hand down my back, cupping my ass. "And I like you better with no clothes."

I kissed him, and everything felt like heaven. His soft lips against mine and the smell of his cologne was so addicted. I just wanted to feel his mouth on my dick like last night. Everything we did that night popped in my head and my dick grew in my pants.

"Save it for tonight, Jose." he cooed, giving my neck small kisses. I moved his head from my neck, connecting my lips with his. My hand slid down to his crotch and his moan turned me on even more. "Jose..."

"I can't kiss my fiancรฉ?" I mumbled as I added tongue, exploring every inch of his mouth. We sat there making out in front of my parent's house before a loud voice took our attention.

"The party is for you two! So stop fucking out here and come in!" His sister yelled.

He rolled his eyes, giving me one more kiss. "Let's go..."

I just laughed as we made our way to the front door. I squeezed his hand, reassuring him. He took a breath before opening it to everyone. They cheered, raising their glasses. "I want grandchildren!" My mother shouted, making everyone laugh.

My eyes scanned the crowd and my heart sunk at the sight. It was my brother and Alex together. His arm wrapped around his waist. Don't let them get to you... "I have an announcement for my Fiancรฉe." I got on one knee, taking the special box out of my pocket. "I know we're already engaged, but I want to show you how much I love you and ask you myself..." I opened it, revealing a Sapphire ring. "Will you be the love of my life?"

His eyes watered as we all waited for his response. "Yes... I will." he whimpered. I stood up, putting it on his finger and he instantly busted out crying. My arms wrapped around him, letting him soak my suit. The crowd cheered with a few aww's in between. "I love you." I proclaimed, rocking back and forth with him.

Crying, he held onto me even tighter. "I love you more!"

I'd never seen him like this... "You guys can enjoy yourself. I think I broke my future husband!" I joked, getting a laugh out of the crowd. Everyone dispersed, and I stood there rubbing his back. "Hey, we still have a party to attend." I laughed. He let go of me and I swiftly wiped his tears. "That's enough crying for today..."

He sniffled, pecking my lips. "You remembered, I thought you didn't..."

"I remember why, too. Your grandma loved the color purple. She'd be so happy if she saw us right now."

He kissed my lips, rubbing my facial hair. "You're so perfect."

"Yeah! Yeah!" "I have more presents for you! So come on!" I cheered, taking his hand. I speed-walked through the crowd, going to the living room.

Everyone was talking and enjoying themselves before my mother got up from the couch, hugging Lance. "Thank god you came around! I know my son is in good hands now..."

He laughed, hugging her back. "Took me long enough, but I got what I wanted..."

"You guys sit while I get my husband's presents!"

"You've been using that husband word quite a lot." He laughed. "Glad I know we're on the same page now."

Giving him a small kiss. I disappeared into the crowd. Getting to the stairs, all I could think about was our future together. I didn't have to settle or change what I wanted with him. We both wanted a future, a family and I wouldn't have picked anyone better to do it with than him. Going into my room, I darted straight to my closet. Grabbing the bag of gifts before a voice startled me.

"Love of your life?"

I turned around to Alex, staring me down...
