• okay, I get it. sex sells.

     • however, most of my followers know that I don't write smut, b/c I'm not comfortable doing so — the closest thing I'll do to smut is probably some steamy scenes, but that's it

     • I don't want to get cancelled

     • I'll be honest. I do get jealous from time to time b/c authors who write smut (that's some type of talent that I don't got) do get more recognition than those who don't, but it's whatever.

• so tell me why I feel even more inferior when people comment this:

• "do they only read my stories for the smut (that's nonexistent)?"

• and surprisingly, people only comment weird shit like this when I'm writing about my 4 year old OCs:

• I guess it's for a good laugh?

     • ah, and those who promote SMUT on MY message board (I do actually find these a little funny):

     • @ least the second user had enough decency to give me a little heads up and offer me to read their story.

     • straight up didn't say anything & just posted this on my board like chile— give me a warning first??

     • you gotta love when people self-promote on stories that gets lots of views or ppl's message boards w/ lots of followers
