Catching up to Lo'ak was hard, Kiri and Tuk had joined the five of you in following Lo'ak to Payakan. Jumping in and out of the water, you all see that Lo'ak had stopped and in front of him a tulkun whining as he swam toward Lo'ak.

"Lo'ak!" both Tsireya and Neteyam call out, "wait!"

All of you swim along the surface and see Lo'ak pulling on something on Payakan as an annoying beep starts to bounce through all of your ears. Suddenly, you are all on alert as you see a weird looking floating grey thing flying toward you all. You point it out with a panicked look, "sky people?"

"Bro, c'mon, help me out! Hurry the ships coming," Lo'ak cries out as Neteyam swims ahead of you all, jumping on to Payakan to assist in pulling out the red beeping needle. Ao'nung swims up closer as well, being the best swimmer as you all and joins in.

"Bro, come on."

"Hurry!" Tsireya calls out, looking back and forth between the boys and the ship. Payakan lets out another cry. You swim up to his side, staying on your ilu to pet Payakan's side, trying to calm him down while watching the ship get closer.

"Call dad! Call dad! Just go, do it," Neteyam yells at Lo'ak with desperation, still tugging at the tracker.

"Don't go, wait!" Tsireya yells as Lo'ak walks to the top of Payakan, you look up at him as he presses a button on his neck. Rotxo, Kiri, and Tuk got on to Payakan as well, Rotxo immediately helped while Kiri and Tuk struggled to get on since they joined in late and were still in shock.

"Dad, I mean Devil Dog. Do you read me? Do you read me?" Lo'ak says, the second 'do you read me' being more desperate.

"We are with a tulkun who is under attack," Lo'ak start, you get off your ilu to get closer to Payakan in the water, patting the area around his eye. Both Kiri and Tuk had joined you in comforting Payakan, helping him calm down , "gunships inbound. It's two clicks out. It's all of us! Ao'nung, Tsireya, Rotxo, and (Y/n) too. We're at Three Brothers Rocks."

After a moment Lo'ak yells out, "yes, sir," and he goes back to helping the rest of them pull out the tracker.

"It's getting closer!" you yell out, crawling to the top of Payakan.

"3, 2, 1, pull!" Neteyam yells as you watch the four of them try to tug out the tracker. When that didn't work, Neteyam went back into the water and on an ilu, throwing a rope at while calling out, "Ao'nung!"

"Hurry up bro!" Lo'ak says, desperate to get the tracker out of his brother. Ao'nung quickly tied the rope around the tracker and Neteyam tied the rope around one part of the saddle that was on the ilu.

"Go, go, go," Ao'nung says when he finished tying the rope. Your heart was racing as you saw more grey devices leave the big one.

"There's more coming," you say, worry in your eyes as you look at the tracker still in Payakan. You shake your head as you go beside Tsireya and place your foot at the base of the tracker to help push it out, Ao'nung, Rotxo, and Lo'ak rearranging themselves to pull the rope out. Neteyam was still in the water, frantically getting the ilu to swim forward as it splashed their fins from the resistance.

"Pull, pull harder!" Tsireya yells out after looking behind them to see sky people heading towards your group. You look back and you regretted doing so, fear striking you as you saw many grey ships approaching fast.

Somehow managing to pull the tracker out, from all the pulling you all did, you all fell into the water. But the tracker was out and a sense of relief washed over you.

"It got out! Kiri, it got out," you hear Tuk cheer as you pop your head out of the water.

"Go Tuk! Get out," Kiri says with worry for her younger sister, the both of them diving into the water.

"Are you good?" Ao'nung quickly asks you as you nod your head, looking at him then Neteyam.

"Come on! Get out of here," Neteyam says, collecting the rope with the tracker, keeping the item on him. "Go that way! I'll draw them out."

"Okay," Ao'nung says, grabbing your arm as you both dive into the water. Neteyam says to swim away on the ilu, the beeping of the tracker still haunting your mind.

"Lo'ak, c'mon," Tsireya says.

"Payakan! Go, go, give. Shoo!" Lo'ak says, worried that his spirit brother would get caught. Payakan starts to swim away as you all get on the ilu that brought you here, all of you following Payakan to ensure that he gets away safely. You see Neteyam deviate from the group and you silently hope that he will be okay after you hear a sudden loud noise hit the water.

You all end up in a seaweed forest, speeding on your ilus as you hide along the stalks and leaves of the plants. When you spot one of the sky people's ships drift along the surface you all swim further along the forest. All of a sudden these underwater machines start to chase you all, the sky people being obviously in them. With how fast you're going, you almost swim into one of them, drifting hard on your ilu and hitting one of the leaves. You hold your eye as you see Tuk fall off the ilu she was on with Kiri, worried about the child you stealthily go over to her and grab her arm, letting her sit at the back of your ilu. Feeling her arms tightly wrap themselves around you brought you comfort that she was safely riding with you.

Tuk points out one of the leaves that folded into a cone, pointing at her face signalling that she needed air. You nod your head and head over to it, letting go of the ilu and making sure that she got into the cone first. As you pop up, you hear her heavily breath and you place a hand on her back, supporting her up as she holds on to the leaf.

"Are you okay?" you ask, concern lacing your voice. Your own heart was beating fast, not being able to control how you were currently feeling. Tuk nodded her head, not speaking as she was panting. A light passes the both of you and fear holds you for a second and lets go when another figure pops up and it turns out to be Lo'ak.

"Tuk! (Y/n)!" he calls out, Tsireya joining the three of you soon after. The light shines brighter as Tsireya looks down and her eyes go wide.

"It is coming!"

"We gotta go," Lo'ak says, and you all nod your heads before taking in deep breaths and going back into the water. The machine was closer than you had expected and another one soon showed up, sending an object towards you guys that opened up in a net. Your eyes widened in surprise as the net wrapped itself around you, Tuk, and Tsireya with Lo'ak just outside the net. Tuk was in a panic as she grabbed Tsireya's hand for comfort while you tried to find the best angle to block the two from the sky people's sight, not wanting them to hurt them directly.

All of a sudden a na'vi who looked to be from the forest grabbed the net and you yelped at the sudden movement, holding on to the net to stay upright with Tuk and Tsireya. You noticed from the side of your eye Lo'ak holding on to the net as you sent him a look that said 'are you crazy?'

"Hang on!" he says, placing a foot on the net as he takes out a knife, "watch out! Move your hand," he says as he starts to saw the net.

"Hurry up!" Tsireya yells, but Lo'ak didn't get far before you were all placed on the deck of the main ship. While the three of you were tangled up in the net, Lo'ak stood in front of you all with the knife.

"Drop your weapon!"

"Put it down," a bunch of sky people and some na'vi with sky people clothes started saying to Lo'ak as he hissed at them and started to swing. He was quickly taken down by one of the na'vi there, being pinned to the ground.

Meanwhile, you all had different na'vi handling you, holding on to your arms to restrict your movement. You still made them struggle, though you didn't have anything sharp on you, you clawed at the arm of the na'vi who was trying to hold you, moving your body to the side to make it harder. While Tsireya was struggling like you heard someone tell someone else to drop their knife. You saw in your peripheral vision Tuk holding a knife that matched her size and slashing it at the na'vi who was trying to detain her.

"Hey! Hey, what are you doing? Stop, stop! Don't hurt them!"

"Spider!" you hear Lo'ak call out, you look over to him, still struggling in the na'vi's arms. Was this the sky people friend that Neteyam had talked about?

"Bro, are you okay?" Spider asked. You hear Tuk yelp as she's properly detained by the na'vi lady who was holding her down. Around this time, you felt yourself getting weak as your stamina started to wane. The na'vi who had been handling you managed to get your arms behind your back as you yelped while struggling to resist it, but failed.

"Cuff them to the rail," the guy who had brought you on the boat yelled out. Though you couldn't understand him, you knew that you were going to be restricted even more. Purely based on the fact that all of you were being moved closer to the railing with these orange things being slapped on to one wrist and enclosed so that you couldn't bring your hands close to yourself.

"Be brave," you hear Lo'ak say to Tuk even though you were on the other side of Tsireya. All of a sudden you hear the calls of the Metkayina people, your eyes lighting up with the hope that you were going to be saved.

"Na'vi inbound."

"Weapons up!"

"Lose left, spread out."

"Dad!" Tuk cheers out, spotting her father leading the huge group of Na'vi. You look at the group as well, your eyes searching for your own father. A sense of relief and fear mixed together washes over you when you see him not too far behind Tonowari. You didn't notice the military na'vi guy from earlier rip off the thing that Lo'ak used to communicate with his dad to talk to Jake.

Your eyes stayed on the group of na'vi in front of you, scared of what was happening behind you. Your senses felt as if they were heightened, like if you moved all of a sudden something bad would happen to you. You felt every single drop of water fall from your body with the ache in your knees getting stronger and stronger.

"Jake, tell your friends to stand down. You want your kids back, you come out alone. You know better than to test my resolve," he says, again you don't understand what he says but he takes out a weapon and points it at Lo'ak's head. Lo'ak's ears twitch a bit in fear.

"Lo'ak, no!" Tsireya cries out, looking at him. You started to fear for him, not knowing what was happening and letting out your own 'no,' not wanting the younger boy to get hurt.

"I took you under my wing Jake, and you betrayed me. You killed your own. Good men, good women. I will not hesitate to execute your kid," the guy continues.

"Offers looking like it's going to expire. What's it gonna be?" at this point, his voice was haunting you. A threat that you could not understand was scarier since you didn't even know if the threat was for you. You shuffle closer to Tsireya, wanting to comfort her as she looked like she was going to burst from anxiety. You look back and forth between the Metkayina people and the ship, not knowing what would happen next but you let out a gasp as Jake went out alone, scared that he was going to get shot.

You look at Lo'ak, a certain look on his face as he shaked his with Tsireya's free hand on Tuk's shoulder for comfort as Tuk lets out a cry for her dad. Your own face was full of confusion and worry, knowing that Jake had put his weapon down and was making her way closer.

there is going to be an alternative ending to this story w endings for ao'nung and neteyam (that follows the alt ending) - ao'nung's ending is the canon one because u guys wanted his to be !

did you know:  the biologist dr. ian garvin (the one who actually helps the na'vi at the war part of the movie and is the nicest imo to spider, he gets sad when they kill ro'a) is jemaine clement! jemaine clement is part of the comedy/musical duo flight of the concords! he's been in a lot of movies actually such as rio and the lego batman movie. the reason i mention him is because my boyfriend introduced me to flight of the concords and i recognized jemaine while my boyfriend didnt, its one of my flexes over him hehe

also !! do u guys prefer that i do the little blurbs in the description of the story w the extended version inside or do u like it when the whole description is there ?? i need to know for the next fic i write !!
