Day 2 of my training. I got up, quickly got ready and the martial arts could begin. But I didn't expect it! It's okay Yana, pull yourself together! You're doing all this to find the cause of your father's death. Like a switch my brain clicked. When I got to the room, RM was already there, just tying his fists. I thought I'd attack him. I started running and jumped from behind to his back and wrapped my arms around his neck. I started to choke him, but as if he didn't notice, he didn't move. What's the...? What is this man made of? Better question... what are they fed?
When he finished tying his hands, he reached back for me with a relaxed movement and threw me away. When I hit the ground I started coughing and gasping for air. I will never be able to defeat this man in my stinking life! Wait... I can't think like that! Yes, I have to defeat him, because otherwise I can never get ahead of my goal!
I quickly got up from the ground and ran towards the meat tower. I wanted to punch him in the stomach, but he dodged. He aimed for my ribs, and I reflexively put my hand there to protect my side. His hand stopped in the air and redirected it to my face. Hit the spot. I fell to the ground from the big blow. Again.
'That was the reception, Yana! ' he held out his hand to me in appreciation. I remembered his words.
'Never trust an opponent!'
Then I wrapped my legs around his arm. I squeezed one of his fingers well and started to push him backwards.
'Never trust your opponent! ' I called myself. RM hissed, but smiled nonetheless. I smiled back at him and let him go. Now he actually helped me off the ground.
'It's good to see you're improving Yana! ' patted on the shoulder. 'However, this isn't what I thought we would do today.' he said. I looked up at him questioningly.
'So what are we going to do? '
'I will assess your physical abilities.' he started flipping through a notebook.
'Yeaa... and what will it consist of? ' I stepped to the side to see if I could see his notebook, but he quickly grabbed it from me. I furrowed my brow.
'Let's start with recliner.' he looked at me.
'Um, okay...' I fell to the ground and tried to push myself out, which I managed, but when I let myself back in, my hands promptly folded.
'What did I expect...' he muttered under his breath.
'How what? ' I shook my head in confusion.
'Nothing, I could have thought you couldn't do. If I just look at you, I can see that you don't have any muscles in your arms.' he said condescendingly. For some reason, this statement hurt deep inside. Maybe because he was right? I was never very good at athletics, but I was good at other things and...
Guided by a sudden thought, I started to move, projecting the little movie in my head.
'And you...?' RM looked at me questioningly.
I didn't deal with it. I gave in to the feeling. I imagined how I was in the living room and dad was sitting and watching me. He doesn't take his eyes off me for a second. And that made me happier than anything else. I could hear the melodies of the music creeping into my ears. That pleasant and sensual voice... god I wish I could hear it again! Tears welled up in my eyes. I stopped. I lowered my head. Dad, I miss you... I wish I could hear your voice again! I'm sorry Dad that I didn't listen to you that morning when I should have! Then surely things would not have happened like this and I would still be with you...
'Hey, is everything all right? ' RM came closer to me and I pushed him away. I roughly wiped my tears and left the room without even looking at him.
'We'll continue tomorrow, have a good rest! ' I said back then ran.
When I got to my room, I fell on my bed and curled up on it to release the accumulated tension. I cried non-stop. Like a little newborn baby who is just now seeing this world.
'Yana, YANA! ' came a voice worriedly approaching me. I couldn't concentrate on 'Yana why are you crying? What happened? ' he caressed my arm. The image of my father appeared before my eyes again when he was kneeling by my bed when I was a little girl comforting me because I had a bad dream.
'Hey, Yana, listen to me...' she pushed my hair back from my face with her fingers. 'There's nothing wrong. It's totally understandable that you're so upset. I can't even imagine what they might be inside you. But know that I will always be by your side.' he caressed my face.
'Why? What is she going through? ' someone entered the door.
