"Is that a new student ?"
Ashley asked Frankie and Hank as they headed towards their lockers the next day.
They looked up to see a girl with forearm's length black hair and dark grey eyes. She seemed tough, cruel, but most of all. Lost.

"Maybe we should offer her help ?"
Frankie questioned, but was followed by Sophia heading towards them.
"Hey, guys ! Hi, Hank !"
He pulled her in for long, lingering kiss, and let go after Frankie coughed awkwardly.

Ashley looked over to the direction the new girl was in. But she was gone.
"Hey, where did she go ?"
She questioned as Hank and Sophia finally paid attention to her.
"She must've left."

Hank said simply, holding Sophia's hand.
"Who left..?"
The blonde-haired girl asked in confusion.
"Who we think is a new girl. But never mind, we should go to class."
Frankie explained, eyeing the area where the girl was standing once more.

They headed towards class, but Sophia was getting suspicious.

New Student ? Why did no one say anything ? She thought, but decided to let it go as she was distracted by Mr Rock.

Later :

"So are you two coming over ?"
Hank asked Frankie and Ashley as they headed out of the school.
"well, I'd love to. But I can't. I still have homework to do, and the essay is due on Monday."

Frankie explained, and Ashley nodded.
"Yeah, me too."
Hank sighed.
"Maybe tomorrow, Hank."

"Yeah, maybe."
They said.

As they entered their block, Hank turned to Sophia.
"You want me to walk you home ?"
She shook her head.
"Actually I was thinking about going out. You want to go out with me ?"

She didn't want to make him upset, as Frankie and Ashley had homework to do. She didn't have any.
"Of course, Sophia. I'd love to !"
He hugged her shoulders tightly.

She hugged him back as he kissed her cheek.
"Thanks, Sophia."
He whispered.

Later they went to the park.

1 Hour Later :

"Thank you again, Sophia. I had plenty of fun."
He said in enthusiasm, smiling.
"You're welcome, Hank. I had a lot of fun too."

She said, wrapping her arms around his waist.
"so, you want to come over?"
Hank asked her.
"Sure, why not ? I can help you with the homework."

Hank groaned.
"Ugh, I totally forgot about that."
"Don't worry, I'll help you."
She smiled, and to him, it was beautiful.

"I love you, Sophia."
She hugged him tightly.
"I love you too."

They went back to Hank's home after.
