"What happened then, dad?" I frowned when he suddenly stopped speaking, a glint of sadness appeared in his eyes.

"She disappeared," He sighed and sank deeper into the couch, I frowned.

"What?" Dhristi spoke up before me, and I didn't look away from Dad even for a second.

"I just got a letter saying that she was sorry," Dev chuckled bitterly, "The letter that you kids found,"

"Wait... did you not even bother looking for her?" Ayush was furious, and Dev sighed.

"I did," Dev mumbled, and I chewed on my lip.

"Dad, did you try messaging her?" Ayush was deep in thought as well,

"Why are you kids so determined on finding her?" Dad chuckled, and I sighed.

"Because," I tried to come up with a reason, but couldn't.

"Well, there's another part to the story," Mom sighed, and Dad raised an eyebrow.

"Go on," Dhristi sat down once more,

"Charu didn't have the heart to abort, so she moved to England." Mom started, and Dad nodded, as though it was all coming back to him.

"I moved there with her, which was when I actually had a conversation with Dev," Mom smiled at Dad, who held her hand.

"She helped me get over Charu," Dad sighed, I could tell that he missed 'Charu'.

After Mom and Dad instructed us to go to bed, we became even more determined to find whoever this Charu was and where she was.

She couldn't have just disappeared... right?
