"So when you know that you have to do something about it you.."

I was listening to my cast mates talking about something I didn't really care for. I was done with my research in about thirty minutes and went back to the location before they even noticed. However, I was bored out of my mind, so I was waiting for Beatrice to come back to tell me about her date.

"What do y'all think about this breastfeeding crisis ?" Noah asked, trying to put on a memorable conversation. 

"I think women shouldn't be allowed to breastfeed in public. They should go to the restroom or whatever." Aidan retorted, and almost every teenager in the room agreed. Except me. And probably Gabriel.

"Men think the display of a woman's naked body is great until it's no longer for their pleasure." I said quietly, looking at their reactions. They were trying to defend their actions, opening their mouths to say something but nothing coming out.

Gabriel smirked, holding my hand and squeezing it gently.

That moment, we all heard the mansion's giant door opening and someone coming in. They all continued to talk, however, still trying to think of a reply.

Then, to my delight, I saw Beatrice walking into the room. Her face looked bright and happy, which I was glad for. She stepped towards me and hugged me tightly. I hugged her back, confused at her happiness but smiling at the same time.

"You were right ! Your brothers are different !" She exclaimed, enough for the whole crew to hear.

I smiled again without knowing why, and held her hand to guide her up the stairs to my and Gabriel's room.

"Come on, tell me everything !"

"To be honest, Bea, no boy should ever force you into doing anything. It just how the world works."

"Yeah, but.. He didn't seem upset or anything, and he kept apologizing for making uncomfortable..!" She seemed so happy as her eyes twinkled with happiness.

"Were you uncomfortable ?" I asked, my voice a-matter-of-fact. She shook her head as a 'no'.

"No, not at all ! I was just nervous that I would do that one wrong move that would make him hate me. It was my first date ever, you know." She explained.

"Thank you so much, Mal ! I know it's kinda weird for a girl to date her best friend's brother, but.." I shook my head in result and smiled.

"No, don't worry about it ! I know Adam wouldn't dare to hurt you, and you're definitely the best person he could ever date ! Also, his first."

She hugged me again, squealing with delight. 

If I knew Adam would make her this happy, I would've set them up since we moved in the mabor. Unfortunately I was too busy to focus on my friend's happiness, because I was too caught up with the research I've been doing. However, I think the research would make up for all the time I've wasted outside of the location. If only I was that focused on one thing..
