Shubman pov

Groaning I say upright from the bed. I noticed that I was still at YN's place.

I saw the painkiller tablet beside the bed on the table along with a bottle of water.

After taking the tablet I dragged myself to the living room where I found YN adjusting the cameras.

I went and sat beside her and that's when she noticed me.  "Hey,  slept well? " she asked as I nodded yawning.

"When did you wake up? " I asked her running a hand through my messy hair.

"About an hour ago, " she answered before sitting cross-legged facing me.

My hands automatically held hers and I started tracing patterns with my fingers.

"you could have woken me up, " I said and saw her smile.  "I didn't want to wake you up. You were sleeping so peacefully, " she answered.

"Anyway,  you should get going because your parents might be worried about your whereabouts, " she said as I nodded.

"Okay, " I muttered before placing a soft kiss on her lips after which I took my things.

"Drive safe, " she smiled making me do the same as I got in the car before driving off.

It took me a few minutes to get home. Parking my car in the garage I entered my house to see my dad reading the newspaper and my mom preparing food in the kitchen.

When my mom saw me,  I could see the relief takeover.

"kaha the thum?" she asked her hands on her hips.

"Friend ki ghar me. Sorry that I didn't inform you. Charge katam hogayi thi," I apologized and saw her smile.

"Acha teek hai. Chal jaake nahakar aana, " she spike as I nodded before heading to the room I my sister Shahneel shared.

"Where were you? " she exclaimed upon seeing me.

"Friends place, " I muttered before hanging the overcoat in the wardrobe.

"girlfriend na? " she smirked making the heat rise to my cheeks.

"Kya? " I asked turning to face her.

"So you were at your girlfriend's place, uski naam kya hai? " she asked sitting upright, eager to know.

"YN, " I muttered.

"Hold up. Our YN, " she gasped and when she saw me nodding, she started cheering.

"I knew it I knew it, " she exclaimed making me close her mouth with my hand.

"Are chup kar, " I whisper yelled.

"Okay okay, " she answered.

I then took my shirt and pants to wash them. I couldn't help but smile at the sight of her lipstick stain on my shirt.

I then dropped them in the washing machine before entering the shower to refresh myself.

All I could think about was YN.
