✶ BIRTHDAY─── this story is set in 1994-95, you can add the zodiac sign too if you want. ( this is set in during the movie : harry potter and the goblet of fire ).

✶ BIRTHPLACE / ETHNICITY ─── the story is set in england but maybe the character has different origins !!

✶ SEXUALITY ─── self - explanatory

✶ GENDER ─── self - explanatory.

✶ LOVE INTEREST / TROPE ─── do you want your oc to have a love interest? / what kind of love would it be?

✶ FACECLAIM ─── i prefer someone who has a good / decent amount of material. you can reserve it in the next chapter, plus add a description maybe adding details that the real faceclaim doesn't have.

✶ BACKSTORY ─── just a preview of your character's life, add family members and the type of relationship with them.

✶ BLOOD STATUS ─── talk also about the status of their family status.

✶ PATRONUS ─── do they have a patronus ? in that case, which one ?
