"Regulus Arcturus Black!" Cassandra exclaimed, running down the stairs.

She was met with five confused people in the living room.

"Kreacher!" Cassandra exclaimed. "Have you ever seen this locket before?"

"Yes, it was Master Regulus' locket." Kreacher spat out.

"But there were two, weren't there?" Cassandra asked, raising a brow. "Where's the other one?"

"Kreacher doesn't know where the other locket is." Kreacher answered.

"Yes, but did you ever see it?" Hermione asked. "Was it ever in this house?"

Kreacher mumbled underneath his breath.

"Answer her." Cassandra demanded.

"It was here." Kreacher answered. "In this house. Most evil object."

"What do you mean?" Harry asked.

"Before Master Regulus died, he ordered Kreacher to destroy, but no matter how hard Kreacher tried, he could not do it."

"Well, where is it now?" Harry asked. "Did someone take it?"

"Came in the night." Kreacher replied. "Took many things, including the locket."

"Who did?" Cassandra asked.

"Mundungus." Kreacher said. "Mundungus Fletcher."

"Find him." Cassandra ordered.

Kreacher apparated away.

"What was all of that about?" Sirius asked.

"Voldemort split his soul into a certain amount of pieces โ€“ seven I think." Cassandra said. "He did it to gain immortality. This locket is a horcrux but it's not the real locket. A piece of paper was inside and written on that piece of paper was RAB. I figured it would be Regulus."

"I could never imagine my brother going against Voldemort." Sirius sighed. "Hell, I couldn't even imagine him ever caring."

"I could." Brooklyn said, appearing behind Sirius. "He was different with me and Jack."

"Yeah that's because he was in love with you." Sirius scoffed.

"No need to be jealous, Sirius." Cassandra teased. "You have got yourself a divine woman. It is natural for others to be attracted to her as well."

Brooklyn winked at Cassandra.

"I'm not jealous!" Sirius said, earning a look from Cassandra. "Okay, fine, I am jealous."

"No need to be jealous, Sirius." Brooklyn said, in a seductive tone. "You know I am all yours."

"Alright!" Cassandra exclaimed. "That's enough now."

"Please, like you wouldn't kill to see how a certain boy feels about you." Sirius said.

"Shut up!" Cassandra buried her face in her hands.

It was a while before Kreacher came back with Mundungus. The loud crash from the kitchen alerted the house guests that Kreacher was indeed back.

Kreacher and Dobby were holding onto Mundungus to the best of their ability.

"Harry and Cassandra Potter, how long it's been." Dobby said as he held tightly onto Mundungus' leg.

"Get off me!" Mundungus yelled.

They tumbled onto the floor before Cassandra picked Mundungus up by the back of his shirt.

"As requested, Kreacher has returned with the thief." Kreacher said.

"What's your plan?" Mundungus asked. "Sit here? Breathe in?"

"Dobby only tried to help." Dobby said. "Dobby saw Kreacher in Diagon Alley, which Dobby thought was peculiar. Then Dobby heard Kreacher mention the Potter name. And then Dobby saw Kreacher talking with the thiefโ€“"

"You foul dick." Mundungus said. "I'm innocent."

"That is no way to talk to Dobby like that." Cassandra said.

"You're a thief and everyone knows it." Ron said.

"Master Weasley, so good to see you." Dobby said.

"You found a locket." Cassandra stated. "Am I right?"

"I was just minding my business in Diagon Alley, when a Ministry witch came up to me and asked for ID."

"Who?" Cassandra asked.

"This is her." Mundungus pointed at a newspaper.

"And just when we thought we saw the last of her." Cassandra sighed.

~~

"Are thoseโ€“" Harry started.

"Muggles." Hermione said. "In their rightful place."

The four of them had snuck into the Ministry, in hopes to get the locket from Umbridge.

"I got to tell you, I'm starting to freak out a bit." Ron said, joining the party.

"How long did you say this batch of Polyjuice lasts Hermione?" Harry asked.

"I didn't." Hermione said.

They got on the elevator when a man blocked their path to selecting a button.

"It's still raining inside my office." The man said to Ron. "It's been two days now."

"Have you tried an umbrella?" Ron asked.

"You do realize that I am going downstairs don't you?" The man asked.

"Downstairs?" Ron asked.

"To interrogate your wife. Now, if my wife's blood status were in doubt and the head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement needed a job done, I think I might just make that a pre-warning. You have one hour."

The man walked away.

"Oh my god." Ron said. "Oh my god, what am I going to do? My wife's all alone downstairs."

"Ron, you don't have a wife." Harry said.

"Oh right." Ron said as the elevator reached level two. "How do I stop it from raining?"

"Try finite incantatem." Cassandra said. "This is you, Ron."

"Finite incantatem, okay." Ron said. "What if it doesn't work?"

The elevator doors closed, leaving Hermione, Cassandra and Harry in the elevator. The elevator door opened once again, revealing Umbridge.

"Travis sent you, didn't he?" Umbridge said. "Good, we're going straight down. Albert, weren't you getting out?"

~~

"You're lying." Umbridge said. "Wands only choose witches and you are not a witch."

"But I am." The lady sitting down in the chair said. "Tell them Reg, tell them what I am. Reg, tell them."

"What on earth are you doing Albert?" Umbridge questioned as Harry took out his wand.

"You're lying, Dolores." Harry said. "And one mustn't tell lies. Stupefy!"

Cassandra shot spells at the other Ministry workers while Hermione got the locket off of Umbridge. Taking the locket from Umbridge, let free the dementors that were above their heads. Hermione tossed the locket to Cassandra and she caught it, beginning to run.

"It's Harry and Cassandra Potter!" Someone shouted.

"This'll be fun to tell the kids." Ron said as they ran away.

They got into the elevator, barely missing the dementor's hands trying to get in. They went back to the main floor, making sure to keep their heads down. Cassandra looked back, noticing they were missing Ron. He was kissing the lady that was on trial. He started turning back into himself as he was kissing her.

"Mary, who's this?" Her husband asked.

"Long story." Ron said. "Nice meeting you!"

Ministry workers were closing in from all sides. Spells were being thrown and Cassandra felt overwhelmed. They ran towards the Floo Network fireplaces and bars were coming down on them. They were able to duck under them and landed in a forest.

"Good job guys." Cassandra said. "No, really, I'm proud of all of you."

Ron's bare chest was exposed, he had been hit with something.

"Harry, hurry." Hermione said. "My bag, there's a bottle named essence of dittany."

"Accio dittany." Harry said.

He passed the bottle to Hermione. Cassandra was in charge of putting up the protection spells so she headed straight to it.

Today was a long, successful day.ย
