upon first meeting, elena may be one of the most amazing people you'd ever have the honour of meeting. innocent with a mischevious smile on her face, you probably want her in your company. she's sickenly sweet like honey, and may appear clueless as well. don't let that fool you. elena is quite the opposite. she's pure treasure, and she knows it. call it arrogance or self-assurance, but every step she takes is her radiating superiority or confidence. intelligent, aware of all she's capable of, but may come off as a little stupid seeing as english is anything but her first language. but she knows what she's doing or what's talking about.

innocent at first, but she can kill you in the blink of an eye. she's blunt and says whatever the hell she's thinking whenever she opens her mouth. so if she doesn't like you, better believe that she will make it so damn obvious. if she likes or even cares about you, she will fight for you everyday and night. seen as somewhat of a hopeless romantic, as well as that latina spice that the spanish are known for. she's sassy, sarcastic, silver-tongued, and she's pretty much fearless. and pretty reckless. she doesn't think things through all the time, but in a twist of fate, she always makes it through in the end. because she's a quick learner, and she knows exactly what she wants and how to get it. she's adventurous, daring, and as clever as a fox.

elena can easily get cocky, as she is aware that she is much more capable than what people put her down for. when she gets cocky, she gets confident, and when she gets confident, she gets flirty. or horny. or both. depends on how much fun she's having. speaking of which, she's a very fun-loving person. don't keep her sitting in one place for too long, or she will be the world's most annoying bored person. she likes living life and going out. meeting new people is a speciality of hers. very charming and can manipulate you to do anything, and you won't even notice. you'd be too busy convincing yourself that she is the sweetest person you'd ever meet. she really isn't, watch your step.

oh, and while we're on the topic of charm, elena does everything when it comes to romance. as a child, she liked phineas and ferb, but she always thought vanessa looked really pretty too. she's flirtatious and has the ability to convince anyone to have sex with her, and she wouldn't have to do much to do it. sly? sometimes. coy? most definitely. dangerous? bet your ass. again, watch where you step with her. and one more thing. she knows how to play mind games. she's the type of girl who will lure you in with a smile or some kind of act of kindess. and then stab you in the back. think of her as a veronica sawyer. because the minute she gets angry, she will find a way to destroy you.

but i guess she can be a nice person too. she tries to look on the bright side for everything. if she got to know you and if you get her to break down four walls guarding her. and if you tried hard-enough, she's a person you could lean on. she comes off as this strong, intelligent, fiesty young woman. but she's human just like the rest of us. she's independent and a feminist, but she craves someone to love her and hold her at the end of the day. to be clear, she doesn't hate her life at the moment.

HER TACTIC FOR HEARTBREAKING ;
elena is an emotional manipulator. she first uses her naturally exotic beauty or sweet demeanor to lure you in. it works more often than not.

then, after she has them firmly in her grasp, she will cater to their emotional needs, cater to their general needs, and will make it out to be a protective girlfriend. defend her significant other from anything that comes their way, do everything for them. she will make it seem that she would jump in front of a bullet in front of them. even say the l word to make sure that they're convinced. in return for all of this, she would accept all the little things from them, so long as they were teaching her english and as long as she 'spent as much time' with them. oops, she doesn't care.

obvious, by the way that once she's bored at looking at her current boy/girlfriend, she will leave with absolutely no warning. she will ignore you for days on end, and if you corner her, she will make it a point to officially break up with you. she'd be emotionless and she'd shrug her shoulders and leave you feeling like you just got shot.

WHY THEY WANT TO BE A PART OF THE CLUB ;
in short, everyone thinks elena's this innocent little girl because of the way that she approaches things. being a part of the club would prove that she is just tough as anyone else. plus, she's a natural heartbreaker. without even meaning it. and the fact that she would be surrounding herself with attractive people helps the case as well.

• the language barrier - elena was born in marbella, spain in a spanish-speakin house. she's working on it, but her english is still quite broken and unintelligible at times.
• cockiness - she can get very over-confident if need be. she acts like she can get everything done.
• stubborn - she does everything her way. and authority figures are boring as hell.
• hotheaded - elena gets pissed off very easily. and she ain't all that pretty when she's pissed.
• curious - they say curiosity can be a good thing. sometimes it is, and sometimes it isn't. for someone as stubborn as she is, a lot of the times it isn't.
• blunt - the girl says whatever is on her mind, no matter whose feelings it'll hurt.
