3. Add the hiring book to your reading list. Adding this book to your library is optional, but we would suggest you to do so in order to keep up with the updates.

4. Please be patient if more time is being taken to accept your form.

5. After accepting your form, each and every participant will have to go through some interview questions, and after that, the founder will decide, whether the person should be hired. Please note, graphic designers, theme designers, bio designers, and video editors will be asked to send three or more of their samples during the interview period.

6. Any form of hate towards the community, members, or founder, won't be tolerated and strict actions will be taken.

7. Members must be 14 or above 14 years old. But if you are confident about yourself and your work, you may apply even if you are younger than the mentioned age. Because, being confident about yourself is what matters the most.

8. Any other social media is not required for joining this community, except that you should have a Gmail account as Butter Community works  on Google Chats. If members can't join through Google chats, they can do their work from wattpad too. For the members working through wattpad, you must send the photos, covers, themes, videos, etc. for the customers or for the community, through google drive, google photos, pinterest link, twitter link, or in any other link which is downloadable.

9. Homophobia is not at all supported or encouraged here. We maintain a nice, comfortable and pleasant environment for everyone and wish to keep on maintaining it. Therefore, please abide by that.

10. If we do not receive an answer within 4days from any member, then after one strike, they will be removed from the community. If you are going on a hiatus, or leaving the community, or going on a leave, then kindly fill up the hiatus/leave form, which is present in this book.

11. If you have changed your username, or deleting your account, then positively let the community know.

12. Please join only if you are comfortable with balancing school/college/university/career work/etc. with the community's work.

13. We possess the right to decline any form if they do not meet the required criterias. Kindly, keep that in mind.

14. You can apply for, in maximum, 3 positions.
