RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS

✰ There will be two types for all categories.

(1) Ongoing

(2) Completed

Named as 'Love' and 'Fate'

Love for Ongoing Books.

Whereas, Fate for Completed Books.

I wanted to do it as I've noticed people with Completed books most of the time get the win. It can be because of their character development or the plot being consistent throughout the chapters. Where on the other hand people with ongoing books can't even get the chance to get a fair judgment. Because of the same 'Chapter Numbers' point.

I thought it'll be fair to include these kinds of rules where people truly get the recognition they deserve.

✰ There will be a special category which will be judged by me or if anyone want they can judge too.

It'll include :

➣ SHIPS

➢ One Shot/Short Stories

★ If you've submitted your books previously in any of those 8 categories (Love and Fate), your book will not be accepted in the 'Special Category'.

✰ There will be 10 slots per category.
5 for Love and 5 for Fate. If needed I can add more slots. (Majore Change : as majority wants I've opened extra 2 slots for maknae line, if you seen the category is closed, you can ask me to confirm. I will let you know if it's open yet or closed)

✰ You can enter maximum in three different categories. For example, you can not submit 2-3 times in the 'Jungkook category', but you can submit one to three different categories like Yoongi, Taehyung, and Jungkook.

✰ Books should have at least 2 solid chapters (except intro, characters, playlist.. etc) for ongoing (Love) category!!!

✰ If your book is 'mature' please make sure it's marked as one. Mention if your book supports the LGBTQ community. In that case it'll be easy for Judges to understand beforehand.

✰ If your book has already won more than three times in any award show, you can not enter your book here. This Award Show is totally for people who get less recognition but deserve better.

✰ Participants can judge a totally different category where they haven't filled their forms. But it'll be only accepted if you fulfill all the criteria given below in the 'Rules for Judges' section.

✰ Your Work must be only in English.

✰ You can not contact your allotted judge, reach out to me for any queries.

✰ Your work should be originally yours. No translation works are allowed. Any sort of change or editing after the start of the judging period might get your book disqualified.

✰ Please be patient, everyone has a life outside wattpad. I'll be providing you with the best service so in return I want the same.

✰ Respect everyone, if you disrespect, argue or use any foul language, you'll be blacklisted forever.

✰ Your password is your bias and your favorite hair colour of his.

RULES FOR JUDGES

✰ After watching so many awards show, I've come to a decision where I will only allot one judge per category. Because different people have different opinions on a single work. In that case, if only 1 Judge judges every book on the given category, it'll be a fair Judgment on those books. Even though I can't be sure but at least I'll assure the participants with experienced judges.

✰ If only you're experienced with judging, I will accept your form. In that case maybe I'll be checking your previous reviews on any 'Award Show'.

✰ Mention in the forms : if you're comfortable with reading Mature/LGBTQ+ stuffs. Because, I've seen judges cutting marks as they're not into mature books. You should solely focus on the plot and other criterias which I'll mention later in the chapter 'Judging Criteria'. Your judgment should be neutral not biased on some specific likings of yours.

✰ If you don't have writing experience (such as if you don't have any books posted on your profile), your form won't be accepted.

✰ You've to read all the chapters and judge on that basis. Do not skip anything or else it won't be a fair judgement.

✰ Do not copy paste from any other reviews you've written before, it should be only based on the book you've just read to judge.

✰ As stated in the 'participant's rules', if you've noticed, there will be two categories and you've to read 5 books at least. But I would love to have someone who will be able to read 10 books per category.

To make it simpler, let me give an example.

Suppose, in the 'Kim Namjoon' Category there are 5 Ongoing books in 'Love' and 5 Completed books in the 'Fate' category.

You've to judge the 'Love' category first within the timeline and then again 5 books for the 'Fate' category within the timeline or vice versa, depending on which category gets filled first.

In that case, participants will get a fair judgment in a single category.

No need to worry about the timeline, you'll get enough time to judge. Feel free to ask, if you need more time but do not enter if you leave it in the middle.

✰ Judges are strictly prohibited to leave after the Judging starts. If there's any urgent problem, first find someone who can replace your spot. Only then you'll get the permission to leave.

✰ The judging criteria will be posted two days before the Judging phase begins.

✰ You cannot comment on any of the books while judging. If you feel to vote you can vote the chapters but let me know after submitting the reviews (you can ask me privately if you wanna know why I've decided this).

✰ Do not ghost me. I'll be always checking on all of you. If you face any kind of problem or any discrepancy, come to me at any time. I'll be happy to help you out.

✰ Do not take bribes from anyone. It's strictly prohibited. If I get to know, any of you doing that, you'll be blacklisted and called out in front of everyone.

✰ I can make a group on Instagram if any of you want to. It'll be easy to discuss and send the reviews. Because as we know Wattpad isn't always acting normally. If the server breaks, there will be no way to contact you and vice versa.

✰ Respect everyone, if you disrespect or use any foul language, you'll blacklisted forever.

✰ Do not give too harsh reviews to anyone. Try to be honest and to the point. Give them advice on how they can improve.

✰ Your password is your bias and your favorite song of his.

✫ Only 48 hours will be given after any sort of warning is dropped for breaking any rule.

✫ Please let me know if you change your username or the book name so we won't get confused. If not simply your book will be disqualified.
