Leslie pursed her lips together, looking over to the window, contemplating what to say next. Scarlet and Roman waited patiently for a response, of course, they didn't want to rush her.

"Okay, I'll take the money. I appreciate this. My brother was a very complicated man, and I should've seen the signs before any of it happened." Leslie spoke, picking at her nails.

Roman sighed, nodding in understanding "I'm terribly sorry for the trauma I caused on your family. The pain you had to go through when Stu committed those acts with Billy Loomis. I caused this to happen. Nobody is to blame, but me."

Leslie gave Roman a soft but sad smile. It meant a lot that Roman and Scarlet were willing to help her, under the circumstances their families were in. Scarlet stuck out her hand, giving Leslie a smile in return. Leslie took Scarlet's hand in her own, shaking it warmly.

VINCE LAID WITH Scarlet in his bed, rubbing his hand up and down her back. Scarlet kissed his cheek, biting her lip.

"Thank you." Vince broke the comfortable silence, looking down at Scarlet.

"We've known each other for two years. We kissed 2 days ago. I was wondering, do you wanna be my girlfriend?" Vince questioned, stroking her cheek.

Scarlet nodded, kissing him "I've been waiting for you to ask me that question."

Vince kissed back, pulling her on to his lap "What do you want to do?"

Scarlet pulled off her shirt, cupping his face "You?"

"Like, sex?" Vince blushed, biting his lip.

Scarlet thought it was cute how nervous Vince was around her. She could use that.

Vince gasped at the feeling, holding Scarlet close to him. Scarlet got off of him, taking off the reminder of her clothes. Vince got undressed, reaching over to get a condom from his drawer. Scarlet opened the condom, sliding it down on his cock. They were really doing this.

Scarlet smiled a bit, looking up at him "Thanks, V."

Vince smiled in return, kissing her cheek "Anything for you, beautiful."

Scarlet closed her eyes "Sleep time."

The pair fell asleep in each other's arms.
