Dayvon rubbed Kemani's back in circles, trying to put him back to sleep like he'd previously done with Avayah. His babies thought they were so funny-staying up all hours of the night.

"Say wassup lil' folks." He outstretched his hand, staring into Kentrell's vlogging camera that he held, recording himself and his son.

Of course Kemani didn't speak back, but still stared into the camera as well, sucking on his own tongue while doing so. Von kissed his face a couple of times, listening to him blow out a slow breath that made Von's heart flutter.

Being a dad was the best thing in the world. It was so hard to believe that he'd helped bring an entire human into this world-like, literally reached his hands in a vaginal opening to pull the baby out. He still wanted to pass out every time he thought about it.

As Von continued to rub Kemani's back, he finally ended up dozing off by scratching lightly against Von's skin, groping on Von's collarbone with his tiny fingernails.

Standing up from the couch, Von held back a yawn as he laid Kemani down carefully in the crib, pulling the cover over his small body.

He turned on the baby monitor, then stretched his body out, finally exiting out the nursery. He was proud of himself for putting the babies to sleep, all on his own, too.

Yesterday, him, Dream, and Kentrell did further their discussion about their parenting skills when it came to their children. Dream agreed to not be such a perfectionist when it came to being a mom, because honestly, it was true that she didn't know what she was doing; and by thinking she did, she was spending days at a time awake, tiring herself out.

She also realized that she had to give Dayvon and Kentrell chances when it came to helping out. They weren't going to do everything right, hell, they probably wouldn't do anything right at all, but what mattered was that they tried. And they would keep trying until they got this thing called parenting all the way down.

Another thing the three of them agreed on, was that they would have to be more patient with each other. The whole time that they talked, Dream was emotional because she loved how communicative they were. The two men expressed their feelings so well yesterday.

Snapping out of his thoughts, Von entered the bedroom, placing the baby monitor down on the nightstand while simultaneously pulling his shirt off.

He frowned in confusion after not seeing Kentrell in the bed anymore, which was surprising because he usually slept all the way through the night, and it was currently three in the morning. He never even got up to pee in his sleep, so Von wondered what he was doing.

His wonders were solved when the bathroom door opened, and he laid his eyes on a tired Kentrell whose face held his natural pouting expression, and a dark colored towel was in his hand.

"What you doin' up so early?"

"My baby had ah' accident. Turn that light on." Kentrell mumbled, and Von did as told, turning their bedroom light on. When he did so, his eyebrows rose at a puddle of blood that Dream laid in.

It was way heavier than her normal periods, and both men almost thought something had gone wrong, but remembered the midwife telling them what to expect for her first period after pregnancy.

"Damn." Von spoke in disbelief, tying his hair back into a ponytail so that he could help Kentrell clean up the mess.

"Take her to the bathroom. I already ran her a bath. I'll clean the bed up." Kentrell told him, and Von nodded, walking to be on the side of the bed.

"C'mon ma. Wake up for me." His hands held around her torso, easing her up from the bed, letting her legs wrap around his waist. She still wasn't up and aware while he carried her to the bathroom, but slowly begin to groan at the excruciatingly painful cramps coming from her lower half.

"What are you doing?" She mumbled, covering her eyes from the illuminated bathroom lights, finally waking herself up.

"You started yo' period mama. You gotta get in the tub." He used his strength to hold her body against his with one arm, and used the other arm to pull her panties down her thighs.

"Oh my god. Are you serious? Put me down please." She held on to his shoulders, and he sat her down on the toilet whilst putting her panties in the trash can, knowing he'd take it out after they got her situated.

"You aight baby?" Kentrell entered the bathroom, and Dream saw that the gloves he wore were covered in blood that she guessed came from her. She was so embarrassed.

"I messed up the bed?" She asked in her naturally soft tone, a small frown resting on her face.

"Just a little bit. I'm cleaning it up though. Do you need somethin'?" He leaned over to kiss her face, lying to her because she actually had messed up the bed pretty considerably. He wanted to spare her feelings though, and it wasn't like her accident upset him or Von.

"No. I'm sorry." She mumbled, chuckling once Von kissed her face as well. She was so incredibly in love with them and the way that they loved her. If she was in their positions, she definitely would've been a little disgusted-especially since she'd unknowingly bled on Kentrell from him holding her while they were asleep.

"You ain't gotta apologize. C'mon and get in the shower so I can rinse you off." Von helped her up from the toilet, and she let him lead her to the shower, limping because the cramps were that bad.

He used their detachable shower head to rinse her body off, and Dream watched the normally clear water turn red with a frown on her face. She didn't understand how she didn't know her period was near. Usually, she cramped a few days before to warn her.

Then, she was also surprised that her period was already here and she'd just given birth three weeks ago. Her midwife told her to expect it at any time, but that it usually came for first-time moms three to six months after birth.

On top of her period starting, she had previously been bleeding from her vaginal delivery, but it was light and not too painful. This was another level though, and she sort of felt like passing out.

"Sometimes it aggravates me that y'all are this nonjudgmental." She chuckled, shaking her head as Von carefully rinsed through her slit, which caused a blood clot to fall. She definitely would've been disgusted if she were them, no matter how natural a period was.

"This our fault anyway. We the ones got you pregnant." He chuckled as well, standing back upright once he'd gotten rid of all the blood.

"Touché." She shrugged, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. Surprisingly, she'd been asleep since yesterday morning. She felt totally refreshed now, and was so thankful for it.

After her shower, Dream soaked in a hot bath with epsom salt and Dr.Bronners to ease her cramps for around half an hour. Then, she got back in the shower to bathe, before finally getting out with a towel around her body.

"Thank you papa." She mumbled, sleepy again from her nice bath, currently being carried towards the freshly made up bed by Kentrell.

"You welcome. I'ah get you dressed." He told her, and she chuckled, nodding her head. Again, she was so in love with them.

"Here." Von passed him one of the padsicles he'd just gotten out of the freezer, and Kentrell took the sticky part off, placing it on the inside of Dream's underwear.

Padsicles were something that they had saw on tiktok, and Kentrell and Von decided to make some for Dream to help her vaginal healing process. They were just regular long overnight pads, and Witch Hazel and Aloe Vera Gel were rubbed onto them, then put into the freezer.

After pulling Dream's panties on, Von rubbed her body down in her body butter while Kentrell went to go get one of her mumu's from the closet. When everything was all done, they all got back into the bed, The Lorax now playing on their large flat screen TV.

"Tell them how you feeling." Kentrell held his vlogging camera to be focused on Dream, and she looked away from her phone, smiling.

"I'm feeling like I have the best baby daddies in the whole world." She held up the peace sign, and he smiled while Von laughed at how corny she was.

"What you doing on your phone?" He angled his camera lower, zooming in on her screen's dimmed brightness.

"Playing candy crush. Get you some business." She went back to her game, and he chuckled, rolling his eyes at her.

"What you on Grandson?" Kentrell put Dayvon in the frame next, watching as he turned his head, throwing up GDK in front of the lens.

"Throw that shit up ma." Von said to Dream, who threw up the same sign, banging 4KTrey on her other hand, making Kentrell laugh.

"Gang gang." She chuckled, swiping out of Candy Crush on her phone just as she yawned.

"You gang foreal?" Kentrell asked her, and she nodded her head, a smile on her face.

Dream switched over to her camera footage app, and clicked on the twins nursery to check on them. She turned the audio on, just watching as they both slept quietly. She loved her creations so much.

She also saw Midnight laying right outside the twin's door, his head resting on his paws while he slept as well. He was probably more overprotective of them than he was over Dream.

Covering her mouth as she yawned again, Dream put her phone on the charger, then placed it on the nightstand, lowering her body underneath the cover.

She turned to lay on her stomach, putting her heating pad under her body so that it could help soothe her abdominal cramps. It was working well so far.

"Y'all are such copycats." She mumbled, feeling both Kentrell and Dayvon lay all the way down, cuddling up to her body. The twins would be up in two or three hours, so they decided to take advantage of this free time with a nap.

"Shut yo' ass up." Von rubbed her thigh that was thrown over his waist, earning a chuckle from her while she rolled her eyes.

"Baby," Kentrell called just before she could close her eyes, so she met his low gaze, seeing he was just as tired as she was.

"Hm?"

"We gon' go out later, on a date. So you can't sleep too long." He told her, and she was about to protest, but he cut her off.

"I wasn't asking you. I was telling you. It's gon' be 75 degrees today. We can bundle them up and they ah' be fine." He added, and she rubbed his face, slowly nodding her head.

He left a soft kiss on her lips, and she smiled, finally closing her eyes again. She told both of them that she loved them, and after hearing it back, she was asleep in seconds.

Kentrell held his daughter one of his arms, walking upstairs with her, heading towards their bedroom. It was now nearing three in the afternoon, and Dream was still sound asleep in the bed.

Honestly, it was to be expected after going almost four days with zero sleep. Kentrell and Dayvon were trying to let her sleep as much as possible, but they had plans today.

"Say fat mama, it's time to wake up." Kentrell tapped her shoulder after pulling the cover back, watching as she began to twist in her sleep.

He placed a whining Avayah on her chest, latching her onto Dream's nipple because she preferred milk straight from the boob rather than refrigerated breastmilk that Dream had previously prepared.

Dream's hand went over Avayah's back to keep her still, and Kentrell watched with a smile as she groped on Dream's skin, familiar with her mother's touch. He was so proud of how good of a mom Dream was. She was perfect.

"You gotta get up and get ready in a minute, okay?" He pecked her lips twice, and she nodded, keeping her eyes closed.

He then left out of the bedroom, and headed towards the nursery where he knew Dayvon was. There, he found Von asleep on the couch with Kemani on his chest, asleep as well. Parenting was exhausting and it was so obvious.

"Bae, get up." Kentrell tapped his shoulder too, waiting until he began to slowly wake himself up.

"C'mon. It's time to get up." He leaned over to kiss his face, meeting his lips moments later. Von kissed him back a few times in a row before pulling away, rubbing the sleep from his eyes.

"Get yo' gay ass out my face bruh." Von spoke with his eyes closed, knowing that Kentrell was still standing near him, making him laugh. Whenever it was time to wake Dream up, she got up within a minute or so; but when waking Dayvon up, you had to make sure you saw with your own eyes that he got up because he'd fall right back asleep.

"Get yo' punk ass up then." Kentrell took his son from him, gently kissing his face to wake him up too.

Dayvon rose up from the couch, putting his arms in the air to stretch his body out. He let out a low groan at the feeling of his bones cracking in place, yawning right after.

"Where my baby at?" Von followed behind Kentrell out of the nursery, heading back towards their bedroom.

"Wit' ha' mama." Kentrell told him, and Von moved his dreads out of his face as they entered the bedroom, seeing Dream now sitting up on the bed.

"Wassup ma? How you sleep?" Von leaned his head down to kiss her, and she tilted her head back to return the kiss.

"Fine. I think I got a headache from sleeping too hard." She chuckled, removing her nipple that was in Avayah's mouth as it became sore.

"Let me have some." Kentrell leaned his head down next, and Dream pushed his head away as soon as he grabbed her boob, earning a laugh from him and Dayvon.

"You aggy. Here, go take them a bath while I get ready." Dream held her daughter up, and Dayvon grabbed her, kissing her nose while she grabbed at his face.

The first thing that Dream did to get ready was take a shower, thoroughly washing her body off even though she'd just taken one a few hours before. When she was out, she rubbed herself down in lotion, out a fresh pad on a new pair of panties, then tied her robe on.

She knew that the process of getting ready would take her longer than usual because it would be her first time actually getting dressed in over a month. She was glad that she finally was though.

For her makeup look, she did her usual light beat, and glued on some wispy lashes, reminding herself she needed to book a lash extension appointment. After that, she flat ironed her long blonde hair, swooping minimal baby hairs on her side part.

Lastly, her outfit consisted of a tight white cropped top, distressed jean shorts, and a cropped yellow bomber jacket that matched her yellow lambskin platform Dior sandals.

By now, two hours had passed, and she looked so pretty that she actually wanted to take pictures today. All she'd been doing the last few minutes was complimenting herself in the mirror.

"Dream is you alm-damn." Kentrell cut himself off after laying eyes on her, biting his lip at her figure from the back.

"You like it? Should I change?" She pulled on her jacket sleeve, letting his arms wrap around her waist from behind.

"Would you let me fuck while you on yo' period?" His hand slid between her legs as he ignored her questions, and her jaw dropped, making him laugh.

"You disgust me Kentrell. You be going too far sometimes."

"What? I can fuck you in yo' ass 'cause yo' pussy still healing." He spoke as vulgarly as normal, but was being so serious.

"No you cannot. You think I look cute though?" She chuckled, pulling her shorts up further over her stomach.

"You beautiful as fuck. I love you." He grabbed a handful of her ass while kissing her cheek, and she smiled, wrapping her arms around his neck.

"I love you too. I'm ready." She kissed his lips a few times, then let him go to grab her purse from the bed.

He followed her back downstairs, and then out of the house, meeting Von at the truck after locking up their house. Von damn near had the same reaction to her appearance that Kentell did, only making her smile grow bigger.

"You look so pretty. I'm fuckin' wit' yo' hair shordy." He ran his fingers through her long blonde hair while giving her a hug, feeling her pull her shorts up.

"Let me see." He grabbed the front of her jean shorts, and she watched in confusion as he unbuttoned them, then leaned over. He kissed her postpartum belly, knowing that she was insecure about it, making her smile fall into a small pout.

"You look pretty." He repeated, and she wrapped her arms around his neck in a hug, still pouting.

"Thank you papa." She mumbled, pulling his head down to her level so that she could give him a kiss.

"Tell her let me fuck her in her ass tonight." Kentrell approached them with midnight, putting him on the third row of the truck.

"Don't laugh at him because his nasty ass is serious." Dream hit Von's chest while he laughed at how genuine Kentrell's request was.

"Shit, I'm on that too. You fine as fuck girl." Von slapped her ass once she turned to climb in the backseat, and she chuckled, rolling her eyes at them both.

"Awwww, they look so good and smell so stinking clean. Look at you baby." Dream rubbed her nose against Kemani's, feeling him rub on her face as she did so, making her smile.

Avayah then sighed as if she wasn't getting enough attention, and Dream laughed, fixing the cute little hat she wore.

"You look so pretty fat mama." She leaned her head down, gently kissing Avayah's nose. Her kids were the best thing to have ever happened to her. As tiring as it was, she loved being a mommy.

The three parents engaged in a casual conversation over the course of a half hour drive, and Dream never asked where they were going because she loved when they surprised her, even with something simple.

The time now read 6:37 p.m., and the evening sky was a nice shade of orange, blue, and pink. Dream loved views of the sky, and this date was perfect because they'd taken her and the kids out on a picnic at a quiet park.

There was a small pond in front of them, but Dream was more so focused on how much fun Midnight was having running around in the vast green field. He had the zoomies, as usual.

"I know. It's messing all my shirts up." Dream mumbled with a chip and spinach dip in her mouth, referring to her breastmilk that was leaking through her top.

"Yo' mom body fire as hell. I love seeing shit like that happen." Von told her, massaging her right foot with his hands.

"On god. I still can't believe my kids really came out of you. You like God to me." Kentrell added in agreement, and Dream laughed at his comparison.

"Yeah, I am pretty cool I guess. I'm a mommy and stuff." She smiled, cockily shrugging her shoulders in response.

"Speaking of how cool you are, we got a gift for you." Von reached in his backpack, pulling out a stuffed bear that still had a tag on it from Build-A-Bear Workshop.

"Assholes! Y'all went without me? It was my idea in the first place." She frowned to be fake upset, chuckling afterwards. She'd been saying she wanted to go ever since her third trimester of pregnancy. She never got around to it though.

"Actually it was mine 'cause I'm the one who showed you the TikTok." Kentrell shifted the way he held Avayah, letting her small hands grab on the blanket they sat on.

"Oh, please. I was already looking at your for you page." She waved him off, taking the bear once it was held out to her.

As soon as she grabbed the bear by it's front paw, a familiar voice made her entire body go still, feeling as if her heart had stopped. "I love you, Nana. I love you so much. Always remember that for me, okay?"

Hot tear immediately welled in her eyes, and she covered her mouth in pure disbelief, hearing her mother's voice after a long eight years. For some time now, she couldn't even remember what her mother had sounded like.

That had to be one of the worst parts of death; when things slowly became forgotten. It hurt Dream like hell that she couldn't remember the sweet voice her mother's energetic body had once carried. The guilt ate her up too, because why couldn't she remember?

She found it impossible that this was actually Brianna's voice in the bear, but goodness, it sounded exactly like her, and those were the exact words her mother had last spoken.

"Unzip the back mama." Kentrell told her, and with blurred vision from her tears, she did as told. Inside of the stuffed bear was a small heart shaped item, the pendant from the only diamond necklace she'd ever bought herself-which was actually her mother's urn.

"What is this for? How did y-where d-," She stammered over her words, now in full blown tears as she pressed the paw of the bear again.

"The hospital deletes all camera footage every ten years. They still had the audio recording of the night she passed." Kentrell revealed, low-key wanting to tear up at the sight of how emotional Dream was about her mom.

He wished he could've had a bond like that with his own mom; and the crazy thing is, his mom is currently alive and doing well, but yet he still didn't have a good relationship with her.

He watched Dream as she kept her face covered with one of her hands, the other clutching her bear close to her chest, seemingly giving her mother a hug. She was so distraught.

Dream couldn't wrap her head around the fact that Kentrell and Dayvon literally made the world spin for her. If they could reach in the sky and grab a star for her, she knew that they would. She just didn't understand how people could love her that much.

"We can't never replace her, obviously, but we wanted you to know that we love you as much as she does. That's da' type ah' love that last forever. We tryna' do more than forever wit' you doe'." Von told her, and already figuring what this was, more tears fell down Dream's cheeks.

"This shit ah' last a lifetime mama. You know we gon' be hea' for you, forever. Nigga ain't never been this happy in my whole life. You deserve everything and even more after dat'." Kentrell pulled her hands down from her face, and Dream sniffed, looking down at the ring being shown to her.

It was a diamond carat encrusted eternity band, with oval designs. The diamonds were all GIA certified, and danced excessively under the evening sun. The ring was almost a quarter of a million dollars, and was made specifically for Dream. There wasn't another ring in the world that resembled hers, even in the slightest.

An eternity band morally meant far more than a wedding or engagement ring. It's traditionally used as an anniversary gift, but signifies that the love in the relationship will be everlasting, literally until death does them apart. The eternity rings tend to mark a huge moment in the next step of couple-or, throuple-life.

Along with getting Dream a ring that came from them both, the two men also gifted each other engagement bands, but hadn't even proposed to each other yet. The marriage would be happening regardless if they did or didn't. They were locked in for life.

"We getting married?" Dream finally spoke up, her voice as sad as ever, but she was genuinely overwhelmed with happiness on the inside. She was so blessed.

"So first you ain't let us ask you to be our girlfriend, now you ain't even gone let us propose? You stay rushing shit." Kentrell shook his head at her, and she laughed, wrapping them both up in a hug.
