"So, you're not going send Andrews home and risk his mental illness' coming back even with you knowing he has a wife and baby on the way?!" Boone asked our Admiral as he sat behind his desk

"I send him home your team is short a man in the deadliest area of this war, which you all are headed to today, now what do you feel the wife or your brother would think?" He then asked me

"With all due respect, sir, my wife wants me home and I want to be there with her as well because there are little things I'm missing and stuff my Mother in law is taking care of that I feel I should be. As far as my brother, I'd rather not speak about him and would really appreciate it if you'd stop mentioning him" I answered bluntly

"Sir, me and the guys can handle Andrews not being in the field with us we have before and can again if that means he's home and healthy." Ross then spoke up

"Okay, I don't believe you all are understanding. None of you, Andrews included, are not leaving until the mission is complete. Bring me Keram's right hand all of you can go back home to your lives, you guys don't you all are stuck here another month." He ordered causing me to laugh sarcastically

Admiral Louis then got up from his chair and walked toward me until he was not even an inch in front of me causing me to look him in the eyes and not back down as he tried to intimidate me.

"What's so funny, Captain?" He then asked causing me to say, "A lots going to be if you don't get out of my face."

"Oh really, well, let me tell you this you put your hands on me you won't have to be worried about the war because you'll be sitting in a cell next to your Father and I'll make sure that you don't see your wife or your baby for the next five years, maybe I'd even scoot in the picture and take care of your wife and that son or daughter for you." He said causing my fist to clench as I smiled

"Take care of my wife and kid, huh?" I then asked angrily

"That's what I said." He rebutted causing me to lift my fist up and right before I could do anything Houston, Banks, and Ross grabbed me as I tried to snatch away

"Get him out of here!" Boone then ordered them causing me to say, "No, he has a big mouth that he can get hit in, you got a lot to say about my wife and kid so you can get hit in their honor you piece of shit"

"He's not worth it, bro." Franks then said

"Phone lines will be cut once approved so talk to the wifey as much as you can before then, Captain, and tell
her I said 'Hi'." Louis then said as the guys pulled me from the office

Once we got to the empty rec yard the guys finally let me go causing me to angrily punch a nearby steel pole.

"Calm down, man, you know he can't do any of that shit," Houston said as my breaths got heavier due to the boiling anger that was building erratically within me

"We got your back, bro, we are not going to let anything happen. Is our word versus his remember?" Ross said as he hugged me

"Yes, and we may or may not have been recording the interaction for you." Banks said with a smile that the rest of them shared causing me to chuckle

"I love you crazy motherfuckers." I then said causing them to laugh

"We're crazy?! You just tried to fight the boss, boss!" Franks said

"Because he's a fucking asshole." I rebutted

"Yeah, but we have to play this smart," Boone said as he appeared out of nowhere

"By next week he's cutting the phone lines, so we have to put in double the work to find Keram's right hand before then so we can get you home to Dinah and the baby. But after this, we're getting his rank stripped because I'm getting the video footage from surveillance and written reports." He concluded causing me to nod

"So, where do we pick up on the mission?" I asked

"Hey, guys, Admiral Louis is ready for us to head out." Our Corpsman, Givens, said before walking away

𝗦𝗔𝗡 𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗚𝗢, 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗔

"You see that?" My doctor asked as I looked at the screen which showed the baby inside of me

"Yeah, it looks like it has three legs" I replied with a laugh causing her to smile as she moved the scanning device over more to the right of my belly and asked, "Now, you see that?"

"Yes..." I said with wide eyes as I looked at what seemed to be another baby

"You guys have some beautiful twins on the way! Now Mr. Andrews was right, you're having a boy...but a girl too!" The doctor said happily causing me to smile excitedly

"Yes! Yes! Yes! I've got a granddaughter!" My Mom cheered happily

"I see he's already getting a head start on winning this battle for six kids," I said while laughing as my doctor began cleaning the jelly from my stomach

"Well, we'll be here to deliver them for you. Just in the meantime keep away from stress, keep eating if not more since there are two babies in there, and if you feel sickness or anything out of the ordinary get in contact with us immediately." My doctor said with a smile before beginning to walk out of the office and stopping to turn and say with a smile, "Also, we as a hospital just want to thank you and your husband for you guys' service."

"Thank you." I then replied causing her to smile and head out of the office

"I have to call Colton!" I said happily as my Mom smiled and gently grabbed one of my curls before kissing my forehead while I began to dial my husband's number

'Hey, baby.' He said as he almost immediately picked up causing me to hear the loud background immediately as well

"You were right!" I said happily

'I was right about what babe?' He asked

"The doctor said it's a boy!" I said with a huge smile ready to deliver my other big news

'You said what baby? I can't really hear you' My husband replied causing me to laugh and say slightly louder, "The baby! It's a boy!"

'Oh, my God! It's a boy!' I heard him happily tell the guys causing me to smile

'Hell yeah, sis!' I heard Banks say causing me to laugh

'Congratulations!' Boone then said

"Babe, but I gotta tell you something else!" I said while playing with my wedding ring nervously

'Same, here. A lot of shits going down with my Admiral...' He then said before I heard tires screech and a lot of commotion out of nowhere before hearing a lot of gunfire

"Babe?" I called feeling my heart levitate from my body as my eyes watered and I just listened to more gunshots

"Baby?" I called again getting no response although still I was listening to shots

"Colton..." I said as I began to clasp my hand over my mouth and cry causing my Mom rush toward me

"Dinah, baby, calm down! What's wrong?" My Mom asked me the heavier I breathed but I couldn't give her a response until I knew he was okay

"Baby!" I yelled in shock still listening to the screaming, cries, gunshots, and shuffling as I cried uncontrollably before hanging up the phone

"Dinah, what's wrong?" My Mom asked as I sobbed, laying back against the patient bed gripping my phone in my hands until they were almost white

My doctor then rushed back into the room due to a button my Mom had pressed and rushed to my other side which my Mom wasn't covering.

"Dinah, sweetheart, what's wrong?" The doctor asked causing me to shake my head 'No' as I covered my face, continuing to cry

"She's going into shock, I need backup in here!" My doctor said into her radio before holding my hand

"It's going to be fine." She then said as she held my hand and the other nurses rushed in

A/N: Finally, I'm back with the juicy chapters!! I'm trying to finish the book quickly due to my new work (I have a new boxing romance book called Rear Cross and it's with Neymar Jr!) but anyway, that's why you guys are getting so many updates😂
