Eventually, Jackie walks in slowly with her head hung low. We all slowly get up worried about what might have happened during her interrogation.

"Just kidding I passed the test", Jacke says looking up from the floor with a smile. We all cheer and I hug her while Max speaks up.

"I knew you would pass. Even though statistically speaking, innocent people fail lie detector tests 50% of the time, and the guilty are more used to the psychodynamics of lying on a regular basis, so", Max says before he notices all of our faces, "They're just numbers. They don't really mean anything." Leo rubs his shoulder trying to calm him down.

"Thanks, Hayley", Jackie says,

"No problem. Anytime you need someone to take a lie detector test for you, I'm your girl.", Hayley says with a laugh.

"Cool", Jackie says with an awkward smile. We all laugh in relief that the whole situation is over.. for now at least.

Leo and I decide to go back to the music room after lunch. I laugh at a story Leo told me, about his cpatain when he first came to the greenhouse. We finally reach the room and I grab my favorite blue guitar in the music room and begin to get into position like yesterday.

"Okay, rockstar, let's learn the B chord", Leo says with a smile as I laugh. He plays the chord and then begins to show me how to play it. I begin to try and play the chord and after a few mistakes, I get it right.

"So, what else can you do?", I ask Leo.

"Well, I happen to be very skilled at songwriting", Leo says

"Really?', I ask Leo while putting down my guitar, "Are you writing something right now?"

"I don't know", Leo says while shaking his head at himself," I have this song but, I can't put it to words yet."

"Maybe I can help...we could do that next time", I say loving the idea of helping to write a song.

Eventually, we pack up so we could drop Leo's guitar off to the clubhouse before dinner started. We start a small conversation on the way to the clubhouse.

"I now know three chords. You are an awesome teacher you know?", I tell him while Leo carries his guitar.

"You could start a band", Leo says nudging my shoulder with his.

"I could", I tell him imagining myself playing on stage.

We stop at the door and I try to unlock it to go in. It doesn't work and I give Leo a confused look as Hayley walks up to us.

"Hey, whats up?", Hayley asks us.

"Somethings wrong with my Louie."

"Here, let me see it", Leo says holding his hand out for my louie.

"I've been having problems with it all day", I tell him aggravated with the small item.

"Um, that's because this is a fake", Leo says analyzing my louie.

"Are you sure?", I ask him not understanding how I could have a fake louie, "So where is my louie?"

Leo pulls out his louie and begins to do something on it. "Here. I'm checking to see if your real Louie had access here last night. There you are. 5:00 a.m.", he says showing me the time.

"That's impossible. I was surfing", I tell him.

" Your Louie wasn't", Leo tells me as Hayley begins to look at my louie as well.

"You meet any Eagles yesterday? No. Wait! I did Alex and I spoke for a second last night in the cafeteria. It was a fast conversation though. I mean we talked and hugged, and I left...", I trail off slowly understanding what happened.

"So that's why they were being so nice to him. He stole your Louie so they could break into our clubhouse", Hayley says angrily before storming off.

After I found out about the whole Alex situation I decided I would go to Brooke tomorrow and ask her about it. I spend the rest of the day finishing my book.

The next morning, I get up and get dressed to get breakfast with my family; I am rushing because I woke up late. As I walk out of the Raven's common room I notice that Leo and some other's are scheming to get back at the Eagles. I shake my head at their tactics and rush to meet my dad.

"Good morning", I tell my dad as I grab a seat and across from him.

"Good morning, I am assuming you had a good night's rest?", he says with a teasing smile.

"Yeah, where is everybody?", I ask him looking around for Brooke and Jason.

"Well Jason had to do some work he was behind on and Brooke said she was going to wasn't able to make it because she was helping Daniel", my dad says as the food comes in. We eat and have a small conversation before I have to go for voice class.

After voice, I go to talk to Brooke. I knock on the Eagles door to see Sophie at the door.

"Hey, Sophie. Is Brooke in there? I wanna talk to her.", I say with a determined look on my face ready to talk to my sister.

"Yes, she is...would you like to come in?", she asks me hesitantly. I nod my head and walk in as I look around at the cool common room.

"Look! I am sorry. It is just that we were jealous and wanted to get back at you all for winning the opening challenge. Please forgive me. I don't want to lose a new friend", Sophie rushes out.

"Don't freak out, I forgive you I get it just some foolish joke. Everyone has been apologizing to me lately. Just don't ever do it again and know that you owe me. I mean friends stick together", I tell her with a smile causing her to relax and give me a hug.

"Thank you. Brooke is right there on the couch", I walk to where she pointed out and sit next to Brooke who seems to be lost in her own thoughts.

"Hey, B", I begin as she notices my presence and suddenly a look of fear cross her face. I begin to talk before she has time to speak. Knowing what she was going to say.

"I forgive you for that. Why did you tell Alex to take my louie?", I ask her.

"I did not mean to take yours, Angie. Please believe me, a few of us actually screamed at Alex for taking yours instead of Hayley's. Please, I am so sorry", she tells me. I know she means it but, still doesn't make what she did okay.

"That is still wrong Brooke", I look at my selfish sister with a slightly aggravated tone, "Hayley is his sister and my friend. I get that you don't like her but you can't just target her."

Brooke looks at me speechless before handing me a louie, my louie. I give her the fake one before getting up and walking away from my sister, not knowing what else to say and go to my leadership class. I want to forgive Brooke and I think I do but, she still needs to see that what she did was wrong.

I finally make it to the area we are meeting and look for Hayley needing someone to talk to about Brooke. I knew she would understand my situation and could help me figure out what to do. I don't see her and go up to Leo and sit down next to him.

"Where is Hayley?", I whisper in his ear hoping he was notified that she would not be here.

"I thought she was with you",  Leo says giving me a confused look. He begins to get up and look around.

"I haven't seen her all morning", Becca says assuming we were talking about Hayley.

"She didn't spend the night in our dorm. Her bed was made", Tyler mumbles.

"She did seem upset last night", Jackie says

"Something is not right", I tell them leaving to find my dad. I begin to briskly walk towards his office as I hear someone calling my name behind me. I turn around to see Leo running to catch up with me.

"I am coming with you", Leo says as we both walk into my dad's office.

"Hey dad, we were wondering why Hayley is missing?", I asked while I sat down in a chair next to Leo. He explains to us that she left this morning because the Greenhouse was "too much."

"I don't understand. Why didn't she say something?", Leo asks my dad confused by this statement.

"I guess she didn't want to bother anyone", my dad shrugs sadly. I get up and rub his shoulders, I know how much he wanted Hayley to stay.

"Doesn't make any sense. I mean, she belongs here", I say knowing although she would never say it she loves the Greenhouse.

"Honey, you know the Greenhouse is not for everyone", my dad says before he gets up,"I am sorry but, I will have to ask you to leave. I have a meeting."

Leo and I both leave and I go to the garage as Leo follows me with a confused look. I turn to him and say, "Gave me your keys."

"How--", Leo begins to ask me.

"I saw your keys when we were walking but that doesn't matter. We are going to talk to Hayley", I tell him with a determined look.

"Okay, but I am driving", Leo says as he begins to walk ahead of me to his car.

We finally arrive at the Woods household, I hear Leo turn off the car and walk out of his car, which was a blue Toyota. Leo runs over to open the door for me and grabs my hand to help me get out. We go up to the door and Leo knocks twice. A ruggish man with Alex's curly hair answers the door.

"Hey. We are friends of Hayley from the Greenhouse. We were wondering if we could talk to her", I say with a kind smile.

He gives me a nod before opening the door wider and letting us in.

"Thank you, sir. My name is Leo", Leo says shaking his hand before introducing me as well as I go to shake his hand with a smile," And this is-"

"Angelina", I finish for Leo.

He leads us to a bedroom before motioning us to wait so me and Leo wait in the hallway before he motions for us to come in. We walk in to see Hayley on her bed tapping a button on her laptop.

"Hey, Woods", Leo says. I realize at that moment that I am the only one I know who, Leo calls by their first name.

"Hey", Hayley says with a grin.

"Hayley", I squeal as I go to hug her,"I missed you so much. Tell me when you leave next time."

"Um", Hayley says awkwardly trying to avoid the subject,"Do you want something to drink?"

"I'm fine", I tell her.

"Could I have a cup of water?", Leo says before Hayley nods at him and leaves the room.

"What are you doing?", I ask.

Leo shrugs before nodding his head towards the bookshelf and shows me one of Hayley's yearbooks.

"What are you doing?", Hayley asks us as she walks in the house.

"Just looking for embarrassing photos of you from the second grade", I joke.

"Oh, here", Hayley says giving Leo his water with a small blush. Does she like him? How do I fell about that? I mean Hayley and Leo are my friends but I don't feel comfortable with Leo dating her. Do I like Leo?

I go to sit on the bean bag while Hayley sits on her bed.

"Thanks", Leo replies walking over to the window to take a sip before setting it down on the sill.

So, you here to give me an inspirational speech about why I belong to the Greenhouse?", Hayley asks us while I hesitantly nod my head realizing how bad my plan is.

"Uh, I don't do speeches, Woods. I just wanted to see where you grew up", Leo says going to sit next to her while I am still sitting on a beanbag.

"Look, I just came home to be with my dad", Hayley says defensively, trying to not talk about Alex.

"Really? Is that the only reason?", Leo pushes.

"He needed me...", Hayley says as I raise my eyebrows at her before she asks,"What?"

"I don't know. Your dad needed you. Your brother needed you. When are you gonna stop taking care of everyone else and start taking care of yourself?", I ask her while I stand up to give her my hand so we could go back to the Greenhouse. She looks at me then chuckles.
